    Virtual consultations available this year. Anthony started working on the deal far ahead of the date the vehicle was needed. We had narrowed the selection process down to two vehicles. The financing offers were across the board. I was called and given many warnings from other brokers or dealers to use their broker/dealer. This round, Anthony used his superb negotiation skills and his large network to find the best fit for what was needed. He works with many luxury car dealers. Be advised that many electric choices are now available in the luxury vehicle category. You may want to inquire about range, rebates and cost. CEO Anthony will give the client the option to lease or buy---and will educate you on why one is better than the other. Delivery was brief and Aimee and Samantha were instrumental. For over 13+ years now, DSR and Broker/CEO Anthony has refined his process of selection (he knows his clients). Thoughtful memories with Nurse Margie this year. Anthony was able to obtain a rate far lower than I imagined possible. DSR carries its own financing, can buy out a lease, sell or procure vehicles for your specific use---rates lower than credit union. Bravo, 5 stars!

    Very happy and in love with my new car

    Working with Anthony was very smooth and I have to give him the biggest shout out for being so patient helping me find the car I actually wanted for the past month and giving me the best price I could find anywhere!! He was able to search all over California to get exactly what I wanted and get this car delivered to me while I was away at our bnb! The process was very smooth and he walked me through everything and was very communicative. If you're looking for best price, least hassle, and getting exactly what you're looking for instead of being sold on something you don't want, contact now you won't regret it. Thanks Anthony!

    I feel compelled to update my review based on Mr. Lopez's response and provide additional details of our email and text conversations since the discovery of the $300 purchase option fee. It was never a late fee, let's start there. Initially, Mr. Lopez seemed responsive and pleasant to work with, but his recent behavior has been unacceptable. I find it deeply disheartening to witness a "business manager" stooping to the level of disclosing my workplace and exploiting it against me. The fact that my job is being used as leverage in this review raises serious concerns about privacy violations. It is important to note that the nature of my employment has no relevance to the issues at hand. This unnecessary disclosure not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also creates an unsettling feeling of vulnerability and insecurity. I am now left wondering what other personal information may be shared without my consent. This blatant disregard for privacy boundaries is deeply troubling and reinforces my reservations about conducting business with Mr. Lopez and the company he represents. Privacy should be respected, and actions like these only serve to erode trust and make individuals feel unsafe. I ask you, would you want to do business with someone who discloses personal information without valid justification? Mr. Lopez claims that I "created a problem." However, did I also create the same problem for my friend? It's worth noting that our transactions with Kia Financial were separate, yet she encountered the same $300 purchase option fee. Allow me to provide a concise timeline of events, reiterating the information I previously shared in my initial review. In addition, I will include relevant emails and text messages as supporting evidence: - On Wednesday, April 26th, Avinas Auto Transport picked up my car. - I unexpectedly received a monthly payment from Kia Financial for $498 and I contacted Anthony on May 10th, who advised me to call Kia customer service. He attached a check stub showing the payment of $27,069.40 made by DSR Leasing. Subsequently, I reached out to Kia Financial, and they informed me that the payment needed to come from the sender of the check. No response. - On May 17th, I followed up with Anthony regarding the $300 purchase option fee. His response was that they had paid the amount on the payoff quote, and none of the quotes indicated a $300 fee. He stated that if my contract with Kia Financial stated the fee, I was obligated to pay it. My subsequent response to him went unanswered. - Curiously, Mr. Lopez only responded when he started receiving my reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and BBB. On May 22nd, he emailed me, expressing surprise that I was criticizing him over a $300 fee they had already paid. He claimed that the payment had been sent to Kia. However, the truth is that I ended up making the payment to Kia on May 22nd, and the payment was reflected in my account on May 23rd. It wasn't until May 25th that the payment Mr. Lopez claimed to have made reached my account. So, did he pay the fee immediately upon learning about it or only after my reviews? In response to my initial review, Mr. Lopez requested that I retract it, suggesting I delete it or replace it with a 5-star rating. It is important to note that I never agreed to remove the review. Yelp STRONGLY OPPOSES businesses pressuring customers to change or remove their reviews. As an update to this prolonged situation, I received a check from Kia on June 15th in the amount of $793.18, which is not even the full amount they initially charged me. I have attached Mr. Lopez and I's correspondence for reference, and I encourage you to draw your own conclusions about the sequence of events. UPDATE 6/20/23: Yelp removed Mr. Lopez's response because it fell outside their Content Guidelines.

    Sooo happy I found Dsr leasing!! I feel like I got screwed over in my last bmw lease so this time I wanted to do it right and started looking 3 months prior to my lease ending. I got quotes from 4 bmw dealerships. But they were all extremely high to me. I worked with Ryan and Eric and told them exactly what I wanted to pay. And they made it happen!! $150-200 cheaper monthly than what the dealerships were quoting me. But taking the price factor out of it, Ryan and Eric were so amazing to work with! I spoke to a lot of bmw car salesman over the past few months and was not impressed at all. Ryan and Eric were the complete opposite, they were so personable and truly wanted to get me the car I wanted at the best price. I had many questions and they were always extremely responsive and answered every one. The exact car I wanted was not available anywhere, so they had It factory built for me at no extra cost! I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to using them in the future. I loveeee my new car and they made it such a fun and enjoyable process for me :) Thank you DSR leasing!

    I could not have chosen a better broker to go with. I had the pleasure of working with Greg Paulus and he made my first time lease a breeze. Greg gave me a great estimate of what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect car in under 24 hours. He coordinated the sale of my previous car, the lease of my new 2022 BMW 330i, and it's cross country transport from CA to NC. He was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions. I felt comfortable the entire time and will certainly look to use them for all my future leases.

    Wow. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was pretty skeptical when I found their website but read enough good reviews to give it a shot and I am glad I did. Martin and Greg were great to work with and made the process a breeze. They saved me more than $10k vs. what my local BMW dealer was willing to do. I don't think I'll ever lease directly with the dealer again. I wasn't ready for how fast they were. I live in a neighboring state of Cali but within a day of our first conversation they had the found the car and were getting everything set up. As soon as I had signed the paperwork and sent it back the car was being shipped and arrived at my out of state local the next day. Ridiculously fast, I had been expecting a couple of weeks based off of previous out of state car purchases.

    Horrible online customer service. I had a fraud alert and contacted them on a Friday afternoon. The…read moreagent said they'd need to cancel my card and freeze my online access. I told her no, that I'd lock my card and unlock as needed till I could get to the bank on Monday. After I got off the phone, I went to lock my card through the app and she disabled my access anyway. I had to get off work to make it to the branch before they closed and withdrew cash. Called back the customer service to order my new card because the branch doesn't do it, nor give temporary cards. Over another hour completing this task. Finally, card ordered and I received it Monday. I activated the new card and called customer service to reinstate my online access. Later that afternoon, I went to the grocery store only for my card to decline. I step to the side, and once again call customer service. The first agent I get, I state my issue and he tells me I can't use this card because it has a fraud alert. I begin explaining to him that was the previous card and I just received this card today. He interrupts me and tells me to quit talking and to listen to him. I could not believe how rude and disrespectful he was. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he literally told me no and that I had to speak with him. At this point, I'm humiliated because I'm arguing with the man in the store. Ultimately, he puts me on hold for almost an hour and when someone answers, they hang up. I call back, speak to customer service, then the fraud department, then disconnected. This process goes on for 3 hours. Finally, someone from the fraud department says my card is not good and they will order me a new one. I'm freaked out at this point because it's Monday and I leave for vacation on Friday and need my card at minimum for my hotel. Wednesday is promised for the card to arrive. She did the 1-2 delivery and verified all my info etc. fast forward to Wednesday and my card still hasn't arrived. I call customer service and my card was NEVER ordered. Now I screwed. I pulled out cash and had my daughter put it in her bank account and used her card for our trip. I come back Tuesday and the new card arrived. I activate it and get my online access reinstated AGAIN. Go to get a coffee and lone behold my card DECLINES. At this point I just feel so defeated. I call customer service and after going through all the details, they sent me the same exact card. Same card number, expiration date and security code as the previous card that wasn't working. She said it's a 1 in a million chance that that happened and she doesn't know how it even happened. So, this card gets canceled and a new one gets ordered. This is almost 3 weeks of not having a card or access to my account. This shipping came the next morning and I was so happy. Open it up, and Lord Jesus... they send me the same exact card AGAIN! I'm in disbelief at this point. I have my online access after activating this card, even though the card is no good. So instead of ordering my card through an agent, I order on the app. I get the card a couple days later and go on the app to activate and I have a charge from Miami with the card number thst I just received. 19 years of banking with them and I am DONE. I currently have my card locked so no more fraudulent charges occur. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
