Dr. T really listened, took the time to understand my lifestyle and vision needs, and used her deep technical knowledge to fit me with multifocal contact lenses that not only have me seeing better than I have in a year, but also properly addressed my dry eye. Her expertise and use of advanced diagnostic tools made me feel completely confident in her recommendations and treatment plan. You can tell she stays up-to-date with the latest in eye care and genuinely cares about providing the best possible outcomes for her patients. Side note~ I had recently been told by two different optometrists that I was not a candidate for contact lenses. This is not to speak poorly of them, rather to elevate Dr. T. She is a peer educator and teaches other optometrist about the latest advancements in contact lens technologies, including how to identify and treat appropriate patients. All that to say, if you have the opportunity to be seen by her, you are in very good hands. Erika is the optician at Be Seen and is equally as knowledgeable and talented -- she fitted me for the coolest pair of sunglasses I've ever owned. Their selection of regular frames is amazing, also -- they're more like stylish accessories than the glasses of yesteryear. The whole experience felt like true concierge-level care, blending top-notch technical skill with a warm, personalized approach. I'm so grateful to have found a team that combines professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care.

I was at UTC for normal shopping with the family and my husband said i should just check out Warby Parker, I argued that we didn't have time but he pushed so I said fine. I had a good idea of the frames I was looking for (clear acrylic) so it made it easy, we entered the store and were greeted by staff who were all quite friendly, they left us to browse and try on frames and were not at all pushy or hovering. I found the ones I wanted and was going to just order later and assumed it'd be similar to eyebuydirect where it claims to be one price but after add-ons it'd triple in price, but it really wasn't too much more. It wound up $50 more than the price listed on the frames bc I added on the blue light block and the guy helping me even knocked $15 off. So I was OTD for under $200 in less than 20 mins and received the glasses in the mail about 9 days later. Excellent experience!

I ordered a $430+ pair of Dolce & Gabbana glasses in a colorway that was not available to see in…read morestore, so I showed the salesperson the online product photos after trying on the frame. I understood that tortoise-print acetate patterns vary. What arrived, however, was overwhelmingly brown with only tiny hints of blue, while the pictured frame had prominent blues, purples, pinks, and amber tones--the entire reason I chose it. When I picked them up, I was disappointed, but I was in a hurry and wanted to go home and verify that I had received the correct colorway, particularly because I had seen it described online under two different names ("Havana Blue" and "Blue Tortoise"). A few days later, I reentered the store, and what should have been a routine return became remarkably uncomfortable. The man processing it stopped to lecture me about how acetate varies, then actually went into the back to bring out the original salesperson so she could repeat essentially the same lecture. She had previously been extremely friendly to me and my young daughter who was in my arms, but that veneer disappeared the moment I wanted a refund. Her tone was sharp, condescending, and shaming, and she seemed visibly resentful that I was returning the glasses. I don't know whether commission was involved, but the abrupt change in demeanor made the interaction feel personally motivated rather than like normal customer service. Variation was never the issue: most of the colors I selected the glasses for were simply absent. I wasn't going to keep $430+ glasses I didn't like to avoid inconveniencing the store, and after the way a perfectly legitimate return was handled, I certainly wasn't going to reorder anything from them. LensCrafters has lost a customer for good.

I cannot believe I've been wearing ill-fitting glasses for so long when Eleven Optical has been around. If you've got a low nose bridge, almost everything here will fit you so much better than brands that allegedly have low nose bridge styles but they still slide down (coughWarbyParkercough). I also don't really know what style of frames suit my face shape the best, but the super helpful staff here were able to point me in the right direction. Super quick turnaround time as well - I went on a Sunday and had them by Tuesday, but that's only because I needed the 1.67 index lenses which take a little longer and they're closed on Mondays. I think most prescriptions they can turn around within a day, which is amazing. On pick up day, I was able to get my frames adjusted to fit my face. As I understand it, they make as many adjustments as you need if you bring your glasses in. The only minor con is that the parking lot here is the size of a booger, but I was still able to find parking both times. I'll never get glasses anywhere else again!
