Lo and behold the frame we chose for sunglasses had to have a certain type of lenses that were 125.00 more than what miss Natalie had just quoted us. Long story. I ordered additional addons to my glasses that were not correctly added on, I called a number of times and got 5 different answers and they had no way to verify the addons were done. Avoid this place at all costs. They lack professionalism and basic organizational and communication skills. They also violated HIPPA by releasing my prescription to an unauthorized person and I will be following up with the medical board.

Go back to get lenses checked and they are spot on with new prescription. make appointment with Dr again and assist again is great and get correct prescription. Dr B comes in and said to me" usually the dilation refraction works. she said she would split the difference and gave me new prescription. Split the difference? These are not unusually thick glasses and only ground for distance and no bifocals or anything else. Somebody there does not know how to grind glasses to fit in the frames. This has happened so often that I had to go to another optical company and get a pair made b/c these things are falling out of the frames even while I was trying to drive at night, when I need them. Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. The appointment was for 10am but there was no staff there. They strolled in about 20 minutes late. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?
