Booked my appointment on line but also called to confirm. They were very nice. Normal exam. Not a long wait. Not a large selection of frames but enough to choose one. Prices reasonable with insurance. read more

This place scams their customers and lacks any form of integrity. The guy in his 30s with the orange tinted glasses is rude and condescending and doesn't know how to do basic functions of his job. I ordered additional addons to my glasses that were not correctly added on, I called a number of times and got 5 different answers and they had no way to verify the addons were done. Avoid this place at all costs. They lack professionalism and basic organizational and communication skills. They also violated HIPPA by releasing my prescription to an unauthorized person and I will be following up with the medical board. read more

I really like my doctor! But the whole shop, I think only 2 people could smile: my doctor & another young guy who walked by me. My girl whole helped me, did not give much information... some misunderstanding when I get home & looked at the bills, like she told me: insurance was $3, never asked me to buy insurance for the 1st pairs of glasses... the most serious faces are the general manager & the middle age lady who checked the insurance. 10 years in USA, I could say, this is weird. I don't feel go to back at all. I'm not sure if because I'm Asian, I cannot speak English properly or what? I wish my doctor works at different location. read more

My Eye Doctor in Symmes Township is the only branch I will go to from now on. After having a horrible experience at a different location, the Symmes location got me in the same day and were so understanding. Jo at the front desk was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The doctor was great, and David whom fitted me for my contacts was patient, informative, and super friendly. Thank you for redeeming what the other location lacked. read more

Dr Zumberger at the Glenway locations was great with my son when he was seen on 7/30/2025, we were given his prescription for glasses and were scheduled for his Contact Lense class on 8/13. On 8/12 we were called and told that something came up on the schedule and they needed to cancel his appointment for the next morning, but that they would call once there was availability to reschedule him. I have worked in healthcare for 21+ years and to say we're canceling an appointment - that I already paid for and that the contacts were already ordered for with no indication of when it will be rescheduled is insane. I called and spoke to the Manager, Ruthie, who advised that someone quit and they were waiting to see if someone from another office could fill in. I was accepting of that, but told her if she couldn't get him rescheduled by the end of the day, that I was going to need a refund and to go somewhere else. 5pm rolled around, and never heard from them, so I called back and they said no one picked it up to fill in for them, so she could refund the money or I could go to another one of their offices. I had her refund my money and scheduled somewhere else, only to receive a call today that the other eye doc couldn't see him, because they hadn't released his information, so had to contact them again and am still sitting on hold. In the meantime, I also called the Crestview Hills location from my husbands phone, who said that they couldn't help, because all of it has to be done at the same location. So now I am trying to jump through hoops to not only get my sons information released so he can go to someone else. This is idiotic. I understand staffing issues, but the run around with this company is a disaster and I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business. read more

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Jo. If it wasn't for her I would have left when myeyedr. took over. When you think of superior customer service Jo always comes to mind. She's genuinely cares about the best interest for her patients. Dr. Herron is also great! read more

The eye Dr. Was very good, but the system they have to order their contacts was a mess. Don't recommend this place as they are unorganized and running frantic. Take your business elsewhere. read more

The doc was really good, after that it was downhill. This is the 3rd time that I have used their services - I have never purchased eyeglasses or contacts from them. So they had the store manager sit down with me to "hard" sell me on price matching contacts from lens.com. That is when the double talk started and I felt like I was at a used car dealership. The manager quickly went through their price match - which was all double talk. Be careful of people trying to force you into purchasing something - they are looking to make a sale, but when its at a LARGER profit than normal, this is not the way to run a business. I won't return! read more

I have been going to the Wing Eyecare chain for over 15 years. When I moved to Loveland from N. Kentucky, I was relieved to find a local wing location and I was not disappointed. The staff are kind and professional and I love Ms. Jo! Jo makes makes sure that I take care of my eyes and whenever I put in or take out my contacts, I can hear you voice telling me to wash my hands first! They reward kindness, loyalty, and are eager to answer questions and teach their patrons about the best in eyecare. If there is any optometry business that exemplifies the benefits of supporting a local business, it is Wing Eyecare. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

We have been patients at Wing Eyecare in Symmes Township for several years. We visited in mid-December 2019 for general eye health and contact exams. Instead of giving us the contact prescriptions, they supplied us with eyeglass prescriptions. When I found this in the packet, I called, they said that this is their standard procedure. Why?? We didn't go there for eyeglasses. I called last week to get my contact prescription faxed. It has been three business days now and I do not have my prescription. Also, I attempted to call the office all day yesterday and it just rang and rang. When someone picked up later in the day, the call disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes. I am very, very frustrated and do NOT recommend Wing, based on their customer service and follow up. read more

Excellent service and excellent care, from my welcome to my fitting. Thanks, Wing. M. Wyatt read more

I want to thank Dr. Mark Herron and the staff at Wing Eyecare-Symmes. After several weeks of rapid decline in my left eye, several trips to Cincinnati Eye Institute and another optometrist, Dr. Herron was able to put my mind at ease and come up with an improvement to my blurry vision. The others were unable to get my vision into focus. It's still not back to where it was, but is better than it has been. I highly recommend Dr. Herron and the professional staff. I am loyal to this location moving forward. read more

Had my first appointment at this office and wow, what a great place. It was a far better experience then I expected. I'm severely nearsighted and have gone to many eye doctors over the years and this place really stood out. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I definitely plan to make this place my go-to eye doctor/practice. read more

I want to thank Dr. Stapleton and the staff at Wing Eyecare-Symmes. Everyone was friendly and kind and very professional Julie was excellent in working with me to pick out my glasses. My son and I took advantage of the BOGO during the month of November. We both had a great experience with Julie and are looking forward to receiving our glasses. Charlotte C. read more

My girlfriend from California forgot to pack her contact lenses when she has a business trip here. Since she's wearing the 1-day, it started drying her eyes when she tried wearing them again on the 2nd day. She was panic & desperately needed some new contacts especially she's driving in a new city. She found this place near her office & decided to make a call & asked for help. The staff & Dr. Victoria were very helpful and super nice to offer her samples to take care of the few days she's still here right after they got the faxed prescription from her optometrist! Thank you so much !!! read more

I have been going to Wing Eyecare since 2008 and absolutely love them! The entire Wing Eyecare team is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Their care is personalized and they are also mindful of your time spent there - with minimal wait times to be seen. They also offer appointments on Saturday which I love! I would highly recommend. read more

Dr. Herron and the staff at Wing Eyecare have provided eye care to me and my family for the past six years. They have done a great job assisting us with all our glasses and contacts. Their professionalism and patience are much appreciated, especially when dealing with a child who wants to try on every frame in the store trying to find the perfect look (Thanks Jo). I love being able to get appointments when it is convenient for my schedule, whenever I call. Thanks for such great service! read more

I would like to thank Teresa and the team at the Symmes location for helping me get fitted for the right contact lenses. The service was excellent, and they were able to provide a "solution" to my needs :-) Thanks again! read more

I had a bad experience at another Wings location earlier today. I got an appointment for a contact fitting and trial for this afternoon and was so, so relieved and happy with the customer care I received. The lady that helped me was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful!! read more

I have a complex prescription and Dr. Heroin at Mason/Loveland facility does a comprehensive exam & always gets the best results. Jerry the technician and receptionists are wonderful. They have actually become friends. read more

Victoria was very nice and helpful. I will say that I was a bit taken back when I was "FITTED" for contacts. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years. They literally gave me 5 trial contacts (I'm blind in one eye so it wasn't even 5 pairs) of the same type/prescription, to try for 5 days and charged me $70.00 without telling me that the "FITTING" would cost me. Total rip off!!! read more

Went to my 20 year h.s. reunion and a few weddings this summer. People kept asking what was different...makeup, hair? What they realized was that my eyes really stood out w/ my new contacts in. Don't get me wrong, the glasses I got at Wing are very stylish and look good. But I'm also glad I got the new daily contacts w/ moisture so my dry eyes can look good and feel good! Thanks Wing Eyecare! read more

I go here because of the convenient hours. The doctors are nice. The front desk staff is fairly absentminded (not paying attention, no eye contact, not even looking up from their computer), but I don't like how pushy and condescending the people who sell you the contacts and glasses are. They just upsell, upsell, upsell and explain it so quickly that I don't really understand what I'm buying. Luckily, I got Lasik so I'll only have to talk to the doctors from now on. :) read more

I've been going to this office & Dr. Herron once a year faithfully for almost 10 years. I've always been able to make my appointment when it's convenient for me. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The assistant immediately performs the necessary tests. Dr. Herron explains the results & does additional tests to determine prescriptions of lenses. Next is my favorite step. Selecting new frames. It's almost impossible for me to know what style looks good on me. Because of that I've never had to worry thanks to "my personal expert" Jo! She has selected my frames for almost the whole time I've gone to that office. I don't know what I'd do without her. On my last visit she greeted me & by the time my exam was complete she had my new perfect frames picked out! She had me look at other styles, none compared to her choice! I'm looking forward to at least another 10 years of eye care from this location (Symes Township) read more
