But I will say that the selection is usually great, and I love being able to try on the frames to see how they fit my face, instead of just creating an image online and playing the guessing game. You can come in and just browse without being hassled, which I totally love, or you can have someone stay with you while you shop, so totally whatever mood you are in that day, take your pick. I prefer to browse, then take the final couple of pair with me for a final fitting, before I go all in and make the final purchase. I also purchase the "care plan" because...let's face it....I totally suck with glasses and cell phones! I got my $29.99 worth, when my new puppy shepherd decided to wear my 6 month old pair of glasses in his mouth...no questions asked...a few giggles, yes...but no hassle, a new pair of glasses in about 45 minutes! We already had the prescription in hand and glasses picked out, we simply needed the distance between pupils measured, which takes 2 minutes and is always done on the show room floor by any sales rep, however we were sent away because they were closing in 15 minutes and didn't want to take the time. I called the Liberty Township location, and they stayed open an extra 5 minutes just to see me. Liberty location has done loads of things for me in the past that went above and beyond.
