Fast, excellent and efficient service. It's so easy to book an appointment with Sonia. All you have to do is text her (number found on the website) and she replies super fast. She will do her best to accommodate you. The studio is small. There's just 2 stations available. It's clean and the staff are super friend. They all do a great job with my eyelash extensions. The prices are also very reasonable. I kept on coming back here. I highly recommend to friends and family. read more

Eye Candy Lash Studio - Eyelash Service Near Me - Burnaby, British Columbia

I'm very happy with my visit to Eye Candy. I did a volume 450 lashes service with removal of my old lashes done by novice tech from another studio. The difference is huge. Don't go around shopping or spending cheap bucks on lashes! Go to Eye Candy and get it done right the first time. Sonia, in charge taking appointments is very caring as well (nagged me for a full 15 mins because I had to go to the gym the next morning after the appointment which is not recommended but you can tell it's because they care!) You can tell they put thought into the tiniest detail in the business so they are at in this for long lasting clients and not just some quick buck. read more

Fast, clean and lasts long. Very nice service. They answer my questions patiently also care about my concerns. Very clear description about before care and after care. Professional explanation about my eye lash conditions. Reasonable price. I have been there 3 times and definitely will keep going monthly bases. read more

Got my lashes done here at the beginning of the month. My experience was amazing!!! First of all, they are very accommodating with booking the appointment (Sofia). When I arrived at the studio it was so cute inside! I was given cold tea from the girls which was lovely because it was a hot day out. My technician was Joey and she did wonderful. She went through the book of options with me first so I could chose the amount/style of lashes I wanted. I went with 200 and dolly style. Joey had such light hands you could barely feel anything! It was very quick as well and took only an hour and a half. You are given a blanket so you can have a nice nap while the lashes are being applied. I will definitely be back :) Its been 2 weeks and my lashes look just as good as the day I got them. Highly recommend to everyone. read more

It's been 2 years since I started going to Eyelash Candy biweekly for my extensions. Sonia manages all of my appointments and will jump through hoops to book a time most convenient for me. She is sweet and patient - always greets me with a smile and a cup of hot tea (my favorite!). Joey is the most talented lash stylish I have ever come across. Her hands are like feather; so gentle yet efficient. In fact, I trust her so much, I never bother to look in the mirror after my appointment anymore. I know full well that when I leave Eyelash Candy, I will look beautiful. Thank you for giving me low maintenance beauty! read more

Eye Candy Lash Studio - 200+ lashes for grad - Eyelash Service Near Me - Burnaby, British Columbia

I just found my new favorite go-to eyelash place! I've been to a lot of different places for my lash extensions (mainly the ones downtown) and they usually end up above $90. At my last place, the lashes ended up slightly messy and clumped together, so I decided to try another place- here. It's a small place but it's very cozy! I was greeted and served tea by Sandra (super friendly and caring) and my lashes were done by Joey. In the other lash studios, I was just asked what I wanted (dramatic look or natural look) and that's about it. But, Sandra and Joey explained to me in details the different types and even showed me photos telling me which one was what and the amount of lashes used (100, 200, etc.). When I chose one, I lied down and Sandra gave me a blanket- honestly, what a dear. My results were exactly what I wanted. No surprises like the other studios. And, the prices are super reasonable, especially for this kind of service. read more

The lash artist don't have the patient to explain/listen to what style you want so you'd better to be a lash profession before you go. And they CHARGE extra for the eye patch, which is free in other stores. If u don't buy them, the artist will rip off the tape they used instead so HARD from the fragile eye area that you will feel you have at least ten more wrinkles. And they will use a spray to strengthen the eye lash glue, which is fine, but they never bother cover your nose and mouth when they spray it so all the chemicals get directly into your breathing system as well. Also, the reception is super rude and respond everything like a robot, you will receive a ten pages message every time for after every booking and visit. Don't choose this one. read more

I paid $100 bucks to get my both side eyelashes done. My right side fell out completely after 3 days, the other side fell out after a week. Such a waste of money. read more

Always really happy with my lashes here- and I find they last much longer than other places. I recently had to go somewhere else because it was last minute and couldn't get an appointment with eye candy and I paid way more and wasn't nearly as happy. Sonia is lovely to deal with and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in, you are offered warm or cold tea and slippers to wear. The lash tech then walks you through all the different styles and types of eyelash extensions. When you lay down, they give you a blanket to put over yourself in case you are cold. Overall great experience! Also booked me last minute for my fills because it was the last day that I would get a discounted price. People always ask me where I get my lashes done and I only recommend this place :) read more

Lovely studio, great customer service, the artists always gently clean up my eyelashes and adjust my eyelashes styles in the way I want it!

Love this place! Found this place on Yelp and was at first a bit skeptical about it before I went to my appointment. What a surprise. I've been having lash extension for more than 4 years and this is so far the best studio I've ever been to! The technicians are friendly and kind and professional. They do consultation before they start working on my lashes make sure I'm getting what I want. I normally fall asleep during the session because the technician does such a good job and I don't feel my lashes were getting worked on. After the job was done, they will tell you how to take care of your lashes when you go home. I've been returning to this studio on a regular basis and they've never failed me. I recommended this place to many of my friends and the reviews have always been good. read more

Not really sure why it's rated so high... I went and the glue they used irritated my eyes to the point where i was literally crying throughout the entire experience. Could be my personal sensitivity but I've tried other places before and it doesn't happen.. The tape they put under my eye and when they tear it, it HURTS!!! They offer an additional charge for a softer tape or whatever...but personally I think this should be included because I've never been to a salon where they don't try to offer all the neccessities to create a painless, easy experience??? I mean all I see below are good reviews, but is there anyone else who felt the same?! read more

In general, they were very kind but they do go out of their way to cover their bases on contracts and the fact that lashes do naturally fall out. This is fine for ensuring customers do not needlessly complain or take advantage, but they can work on discerning on whether the situation is different client to client to create returning clients. My complaint is that I had noticed eyelashes falling out at a rate of 10-20 eyelashes per day from just the left eye. I waited for about a week to see if this was due to it being my first time getting my eyelashes done. I had been VERY careful and followed all instructions + slept only on my back. I've concluded that for whatever reason, the glue was possibly applied weakly on my left eye's lashes. When I reached out to see if anything could be done, they quoted me for refills (since I waited a week) and made a statement about how I might be being not taking care properly. I was pretty upset with how it was dealt with because I didn't want to pay again for refills on ONE eye & was extremely careful!! For the rest of the next week, I had basically tugged at my right eyelashes every night to try and match them to my left eye's increasingly diminishing number of lashes and NONE of them came out!! So, for the right eye, they did a fantastic job, lol. I spent $100 for lopsided eyes. The lashes on the left eye all fell out within 2.5 weeks and the ones on the right lasted 1.5 Months. Won't be going back even though the technician was very sweet. It could've been a different situation if they were more accommodating with my experience, but it's not worth $100 + $40 refills to look like mulan after half her face is wiped off. read more

You're greeted warmly when you arrive, toss on some slippers and are offered tea. If it's your first time there they go through all the types of lashes (lengths, thickness, style etc) to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. You lay down and are tucked in with a cozy blanket. Sit back, relax then enjoy your lashes! Applied flawlessly and with such care. So glad I found this place ! read more

Joey is amazing, she is fast and my lashes always last a while. It's also affordable compare to other places. Services is amazing. Sandra always make tea for me and they make me feel relaxed every time. Fantastic place, really. They have eye masks as well, so I almost always get them while I'm there. I've been going on a 2 week schedule since September because they give additional discounts for refills. ~$45 if you bring cash :) They take card too, but they charge a minor fee. Highly recommend it. read more

Great customer service and very eager to make the customer happy. I wasn't completely satisfied with the first result, and my esthetician didn't hesitate to fix it right away (i.e. Removing a couple, adding in other places, have them pointing a different way) Very relaxing atmosphere. The home feeling is comfortable. They are willing and happy to give you as much information and explanation as they can and are very patient. read more

This was by far the worst lash extension place I have ever been to. I decided to go here because it had good reviews here but it was such a horrible experience for me. During the appointment, my eyes were burning unlike the many other times I had gotten lashes done before but I was too passive to say anything and hoped it would turn out okay. I walked out with my eyes beet red, but again, I was too timid to say anything. And my eyes did not get better for a least couple of days and the lower part of my eyes were very inflamed and uncomfortable. I complained (which is something I don't normally do) but they basically tried to blame it on me, suggesting I may be not taking care of them properly and what has happened is as expected. I do not have sensitive eyes, I have gotten lashes done loads of times and am very careful with them! My guess is that they did not shut my eyes properly and the glue got into them more than they should (or they use bad glue) because what happened was not normal. I was seriously worried I may have an eye infection/damage and couldn't wear contact lenses for a very special occasion. Would not recommend at all. read more

Found this studio on Yelp and decided to give them a try because they had better ratings than most other places. Will not be going back because my extensions started falling out on my left eye before I even left for my vacation which was 2 DAYS after my appointment...I emailed them saying I was unhappy and asked for some sort of compensation but all they had to offer me was a fill at full cost. Eye Candy, you have an unhappy customer and a shitty Yelp review. read more

Amazing place to get your lashes! They take the time to make sure you know what you want and give you all the options. The lady that did my lashes was very skilled and made my lashes look amazing in a short time. It is a cute and small studio with affordable prices. Would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

Great customer service - friendly and considerate! The technicians go through the whole process to make sure you get what you want. They also care a lot about your comfort during the process because some people have sensitive and teary eyes. The lashes look great and they stay on for at least 4 weeks if you follow their after-care procedures, and also depends on which set you get. read more

I have a wonderful time. The girls are very courteous and professional. The place-very clean. My new lashes-so perfect. This is my very first time to have an eyelash extension and I'm loving every minute of it. I will definitely come back. read more

Never going back again, my eye lash all fall out within a week. On the second day, I notice half of my eye lash were fall out.Try to contact them , they said refill is $40.But is only second day!! They said is not their fault, is because I slept on one side but I done eye lash extension before, and never happen. And on day three, no one notice that I have eye lash extension until I told them. I spent almost $100 on eye lash extension and won't last even a week!! read more
