Not only did I leave unhappy with my eyelashes and left with nothing I asked for (right before my best friends wedding) but when I expressed my concerns I was ignored and shluffed off and then I was highly overcharged. I tried to get in touch with the owner or anyone but no one has gotten back to me. I do not recommend Willow lash lounge anymore.

I have to pencil them in everyday once again . I was never given my touch up which was included in the price. I had asked if I paid for the dark colour ( that is available but she didn't have ) If she could do it with that. For whatever reason this never happened and I was never called for the appointment.

We've all been back for our annual touch ups and I constantly get compliments on them! Recently I had the Vasculyse treatment to get rid of some sun damage and broken capillaries, she took care of everything in one appointment. It was definitely a lot cheaper than the $600 face cream I purchased from the dermatologist a few months ago - which gave me no results at all. My skin is now smoother and more even toned (no spots or red veins). I'm very happy with my skin now. I've referred all my friends who suffer from the same issues and will be taking better of it with sunscreen all year round. Thank you for making me look 5-10 years younger.

I love the way she held the lengths up to my eye to choose what I wanted and they turned out better than anywhere else I've been in the city. Thank you so much Posh Lash, my new favorite lash spot!

It's a bit tricky to book, you have to text - but worth trying to get that appointment. The lashes stay on, and she continues doing fills, none of that ridicules one fill only, then having to wait for them all to fall out, or paying to have them removed. The lashes are so light, you can't feel them at all. The studio is quiet, off the street on the 1st floor of the Vancouver building (by the London Drugs at Georgia and Granville) and not in public view. Plus Rachel takes her cue from you, if you want to chat she'll engage but if you like a quiet service, she makes for a comfortable silence. I sometimes fall asleep!

All of the reviews you will read are TRUE! Polina is amazing...... "mic drop!" It was a wonderful experience to have such professionalism and an actual explanation of things. My previous salon just assumed I knew what I wanted and how things work. Well I didn't, which let to not liking my eyelashes the first few time. I also didn't understand why they were falling out in chunks and never looked quite right. Polina explained that the length and thickness you can wear will have limits based on your own lashes. My previous technician just seemed to throw whatever on and it always seemed rushed. There is real care and precision taken while Polina makes you look your best. I was much happier with my new look and my lashes felt more comfortable, more natural. I also feel they actually look more natural, even though they are fuller and curlier than I could ever hope to have with my mediocre genetics lol. I did the plush volume mix set. $120 for a new set, which included removal of the disaster set I had on. The Beauty Corner is small, but it's clean and comfortable with competitive prices. You get to listen to some old school tunes while Polina does her thing! Tips are also not expected. I tried to tip and she would not let me lol. It's kind of nice when you are already forking out so much Moolah! Just a heads up.....it's a little hard to find this place, so make sure you look for the address. There is no street sign or sandwich board to alert you. I walked right passed it lol!

I had a mixed Russian + classic full set done. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from…read morethe other reviewers. Please note that I have been regularly getting my lashes done for the last 4 years. I've recently moved to the Kits area so I was in search for a new technician. I have never had such an uncomfortable experience in all these years. The process was very uncomfortable and painful to the point where I even considered stopping the appointment. My eyelids were taped uncomfortably too high at the corners. The tape was pulling on my eyelids so hard that my eyes were pulled slightly open and the bright light was blinding me. I managed to wiggle my eyes out of the grip that I could keep my eyes 100% closed. My top eyelids felt too exposed and the glue was stinging me. Throughout the appointment, her hand kept resting on my forehead or nose which made it very uncomfortable and unprofessional as well. I was also disappointed with my initial consultation prior to beginning the appointment. I communicated that I wanted full, dramatic long lashes. There was one lash left from my previous set (done by a different technician) and she told me that the lash was too heavy for my natural lashes and that she wanted to preserve my natural ones. Fair enough, however I am fully aware of what I'm signing up for and the risks involved. I wanted something dramatic since I was leaving for a beach vacation the very next day and didn't want to put on any other extra makeup during this time. However, after some more back and forth, she insisted that we go a more natural look so I eventually agreed. Once the appointment was finished and I went home to have a good look, I was very disappointed since it did not have the dramatic look that I was hoping for. For a natural look, the lashes and texturing turned out nice. Unfortunately, it just wasn't what I wanted. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the uncomfortable procedure and unwillingness to cater to the client. In hindsight, I'm upset at myself for not directly speaking up or giving constructive criticism during my appointment. Live and learn.
