I tried other places (especially places found on groupon) and I found that they are not as intricate and detailed when they are applying the eyelashes on which results in them falling out a lot quicker. My extentions last about 3 weeks & I also highly recommend getting their lash serum (it makes the extentions last A LOT longer) I used it on my trip to hawaii and my extentions lasted 3 weeks & I went swimmmg almost everyday for two weeks. read more

Great prices and value. I got a classic full set done with a junior tech, which came to only $54 (before tip), as you get 10% off for checking in on Yelp on your first visit (normally $60). Even though I had my eyes closed the entire time, I could tell that the other technician was coming into my room periodically to check on the work of the junior tech, so I never felt uncomfortable or worried that anything was going to go wrong. The actual lashes turned out great! I was a little taken aback at first, because they were much thicker and darker than I had expected - I think here they actually apply one extension to every single eyelash, rather than capping it off at 80 or 100 lashes like some other places do. My roommate actually thought I had gotten a volume set done - my lashes looked so full! Had to remove one star though because I find maybe the glue they use isn't as good as at other places. Over the past few days, I've noticed quite a few extensions have just fallen out on their own, unattached to any lashes. It's not a terribly huge deal, given how incredibly full the set was to begin with, but just something I noticed compared to my experiences at other places. She really took the time to find out what look I wanted, what best suited my eye shape, we talked about the length. She made sure I was comfortable. The conversation was easy. I got the half set faux mink done and the first time I got 15 length which was too long for my eyes so most of the lashes fell out within a couple of days. I emailed Le Lash and they very kindly offered to do a free fill with the 14 length. I'm pretty sure Tina did my fill and these lasted for several weeks I was very happy with this lash job. I came back for a fill which was done by Miranda and got the exact same style and length but this time I noticed over 15 lashes fell out while I was sitting at my computer on the first night. I emailed them and once again they offered to do a fill. I came back and it is now a couple of days after my appointment and I have noticed most of the lashes have fallen out again. Le Lash is very good about offering to fix your lashes if you are not completely satisfied. I love the space there and everyone is very friendly. Not bad pricing either. I am not sure I will be returning to Le Lash as I am not sure it is worth it to continue going back and forth to keep having to get them redone. read more

Got faux mink 2D lashes done so I dont have to bother with make up on vacation. Tina was my technician and she is great at what she does. I couldn't even tell which was an extension and which was my own lash. They make their 2D fans in house rather than buying them pre-made. Prices are very reasonable; I found them to be comparable or even less than other shops and home-based studios. My set lasted 3 to 4 weeks, and more than 2 whole months until they all fell off. I personally would not continue to get fills because although they felt very natural (weightless) I found extensions bothersome-- I couldn't rub my eyes, sleep on my side, or use/remove eyeliner properly. The thought of using superglue on lashes also make me feel uneasy. Fumes from the superglue cause tearing and eye irritation initially. That said, I was pleased with the service and will be coming back if I ever need extensions again for special occasions or long vacations. read more

I came in for an appointment, first time with this place and I was thoroughly disappointed. First of all, the moment I walked in the lady was super rude to me, and said I couldn't get a tint because my lashes were black? I don't know how this store does their tints, but normally tints are supposed to make lashes DARKER, so it doesn't matter if my lashes are black or not? Lash lift didn't lift lashes at all, was a complete waste of like $80-100. When I asked the lady why it wasn't lifted at all, she responded by saying that it wasn't like an eyelash curler, and lifts don't curl that much. I have mixed feelings about this place. I'm from out of province and here visiting family and Le Lash lounge is quite close and convenient. The prices are also quite fair. The shop is clean and initial service was actually pretty good. After my lashes were done I was quite happy with them. I followed the care instructions of no water or moisture for at least 24 hours and made sure to go and purchase an oil free make up remover/cleanser. That night I brushed my lashes before bed and that's when i noticed a couple lashes come off. It was a little weird to me that it was just the lashes and my original lash wasn't with it. I initially thought I was just losing some lashes normally. However, as the next day progressed more lashes came off. One side had a decent amount more come off than the other. Once again I noticed that it was also just the extension coming off and my original lash didn't come with it. I waited for the next day to see if it would slow down. My one eye is totally fine but my other continues to slowly lose lash extension without my actual lash coming with it. I reached out to the shop to see if anything could be done. I appreciate that they got me in the same day but after seeing the girl who applied my lashes, she told me this was normal and that I had loss far fewer lashes than I actually had. She was saying I had loss a total of 7 lashes... when really I know within the first 24 hours I loss 7 lashes for one of my eyes. They still look fine. One looks more sparse to me than the other. And as I'm writing this review one lash from the side I've been losing most of the lashes from, has come loose and is on my cheek. I wanted the girl to add more lashes to the outer corner when I went back but she didn't seem to want to do it, I mean I would have paid for it if it didn't fall under the specifications of them fixing not having enough glue on the lashes to keep them on. I just have a wedding to go to when I go back home and wanted this to be dealt with. The staff were polite enough but i would slightly question the quality of the service at times. I think my girl was slowing down because it's supposed to be around 2 hours to complete putting on the set. I was done within an hour an half and this is with my girl being on the phone and also helping other customers as I was laying on the table. I only wish I kept the lashes that had fallen off as some evidence that more than normal have been falling out. I come to Vancouver quite frequently... but I would really reconsider coming back after this or recommending it. I'm sure people have had a good experience here. I had half a good experience because I'm really happy with the outcome of one of my eyes but feeling a bit dismissed about my concerns kind of has left a bad taste in my mouth, even with the positives. I may still look for another lash bar to go to to have them fill in some of the lashes that have fallen off as my actual lashes are still there and very visible. read more
