I spent $158 this time to try out hybrid lashes which is a TOTALL DISAPPOINTMENT. my eyes were all red and swollen right after my lash was done, lashes kept falling right away so I had to went for a fix in just 2 days. However, the lashes still kept falling, right now my lashes are almost gone ( see pictures ) and it's only TWO WEEKS. They said they gonna do a fill for me for a discount price (yes I have to pay) but I just want to take these existing ones all off and get a new set coz it become a disaster and I am not feeling comfortable about it. You get what you pay for at posh lash! I got so many compliments after my application! The quality that you pay for the lashes are worth it. I have to say I periodically get my lashes done, and the staying power and the natural fall of the lashes were unbeatable to any place I've been to! I explained what I wanted to the technician which were natural lashes but thicker. Usually I would get super volume or very little volume and I ended up regretting getting my lashes done. My lashes would usually fall awkwardly. However, the technician was very skilled and was able to do exactly what I wanted. It looked natural but with some oomph in it. They were also faster with their application! The environment was clean and modern. I really enjoyed my experience and I would recommend everyone to get quality lashes here! They are on the pricier side (dt) but it's worth it if you are planning to wear lashes long term and are wanting higher quality products. read more

The first time I got my lashes done, I got them done by my friend's mom. She's certified and runs a spa right in her home, and she's incredibly sweet. That being said, although nothing went inherently wrong, my eyelashes looked droopy (I have Asian eyelids; they're not monolids but they're also not prominent double eyelids). I had no say in the selection of the curl that she used or the length of the lashes for each part of the eye. Then comes Posh Lash. My birthday is in two days, and I felt like treating myself. After searching up different lash places (most of which require a credit card number to even book an appointment, which I do not have), I booked an appointment with Yumi on Saturday to come in on Sunday 3:00 pm. My lashes look amazing. I got a classic set and she walked me through the different lengths of lashes I could use, holding an individual lash by my lashline for each section of my eye (inner corner, middle, and outer corner). I expressed that I didn't want that same droopy look and we decided on 11mm in the middle, 8mm in the inner corner, and 9mm in the outer corner. Not only that, the outer corner would be straighter in terms of curl. That's a LOT of customization. The experience was pleasant in itself: the music was good, she didn't make any unnecessary conversation, and I was out in an hour or so. Yumi was super nice, and I was given a spoolie on my way out as well as verbal aftercare instructions. Although a bit pricy (my classic set came up to around 103$), it beats going somewhere and feeling MORE ugly afterwards. I went to Posh for lash extensions for 4 months during the summer while I was staying in Vancouver. I'm originally from Calgary and prices for classic lash sets here are $150! So I was surprised that Posh (a place with pretty good reviews) had classic sets for around $100! I regularly went to see Melody at Posh, and she was amazing! She was so sweet and was nice to talk to. She also knew exactly what I wanted every time I went there! Melody would mix the lengths and curls for me to give me really beautiful long lashes! I loved my lashes here so much! They are not super pricey, and the classic sets look amazing! I'm not a fan of Russian or 3D volume and I find the synthetic lashes in the classic sets look really good and quite natural! Thank you Posh and Melody! read more

I had an appointment here about three weeks ago and I was incredibly disappointed with the lash extensions I got. Now I have to say that I thought my appointment was at 12:30 when it was at 12 and because I was half an hour late she was only able to fit me in for a half session but she saw was kind enough to somehow move things around to make time for me to get a full set. I really appreciate that and it was great of her because after all it was mistake not hers. Now on to the lashes. I've had lash extensions on and off for the past two years so I know what they're supposed to look like and what their supposed to feel like. I recently has a baby so all my lashes fell of and I wasn't able to get in with my usual lash girl and because I was going on a trip I needed my lashes done. On their website they have some great before and after photos and the lashes look absolutely stunning. The lashes I got on the other hand were terrible fake looking, poor quality, heavy and uncomfortable. Nothing like the photos on their site which makes me thing that those were just stock photos that they purchased. My usual lash girl bless her heart charges $85 for a new set and $40 for fills and she used much better quality lashes but at Posh Lash I was charged $160 for a new set. That's absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off!! Not only were my lashes incredibly uncomfortable but they looked terrible and I should definitely get a refund. I went back to my usual lash girl and I had them removed and replaced with a new beautiful set that I am super happy with. I don't recommend Posh Lash because of the poor quality of their product and also because they're a huge rip off so save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I first went to Posh Lash Beautique way back in Late September. Having tried multiple lash technicians and salons, I've been extremely picky. Posh fulfills all my requirements (consultation about the kind of lashes I want, clean environment, long lasting lashes). While some may consider it a bit on the pricey side, I find that the girls are super nice and the lash quality has lasted. My eyes aren't irritated from the glue they use either. When I went back for a fill two weeks later, they actually gave me a discount because I had kept my lashes in a good condition (50-60% lashes left). For some places that I had gone to in the past, if I wasn't there in the 2 week time frame, or if I had just about 50% lashes, I'd have to pay the full price. Here, I was able to get my fill done quickly, and the technician even left a note on my profile saying that it would be beneficial to get lashes with a stronger curl next time for that extra effect. I find that the girls at the salon are sweet, attentive and go above in terms of service. My lashes were a dramatic natural, looked super fluffy, and lasted relatively long. I'll be coming back soon! read more

It was my first experience with nana and I thought she did a wonderful job on my eyelashes. I didn't know what sort of eyelashes to ask for , I'm not a usual lash extensions user but discussed what sort of look I wanted . And nana suggested a natural look. The lashes are very nice and feel very light. Nana was very gentle and make sure I was comfortable during the whole process. It's now over a week and my lashes are still looking like the first day ! I've been to Posh lash twice now when I've visited Vancouver and it is definitely my favourite place to get my lashes done. The prices are reasonable and the staff there are very accommodating and really nice. Meera did my lashes there this past visit and she was phenomenal! I got a full set and she made them look "babydoll". Super pretty. Made my eyes look sooooo good, and there was practically 0 discomfort during the process (I actually kept falling asleep I was so comfortable). I've been on the search to find a good Lash place.. I think I've found it! Posh Lash lounge is fantastic. I like their online booking system although they also answer their phone as well. They are located downtown near Tinseltown so you could drive, skytrain or walk there. A lot of the girls were booked for a week or two. I wanted lashes before my vacation and looked sort of last minute and found that Jessica was available. She was really good! She asked me what sort of look I was going for, if I had an idea of the length I wanted, etc. She even showed me the different Lash lengths to make sure I got the look that I wanted. I felt very fluttery and beautiful afterwards. I abuse my lashes by going swimming and stuff but they stayed on pretty well.. Went in for a fill 3 weeks but it was just cuz I had a bunch fall off my left eye one day. The only thing was their bed I found to be kind of hard. It's more like a table with thick padding on it. The place wasn't air conditioned so it was warm in the summertime but bearable. But despite these issues, I will return! And leave feeling fabulous :) read more

I had a very good experience here. All the girls were friendly, the place was big and clean, and the whole procedure was super quick. I came in for a lash removal appointment. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and was $20 before tax and tip. The girl who worked on me was very professional and had a calming presence haha. I definitely would've fallen asleep if it took longer. Overall it was definitely worth walking through the neighborhood to come here!! read more

UPDATE: For my complimentary visit, I got my lashes done by Juliet. It was such a wonderful experience compared to my initial visit. Juliet tried her best to answer all of my questions and she answered them THOROUGHLY. She made me so much more comfortable with the whole lash experience. Juliet also walked me through the type of lashes, lash length, and style that best suit my eyes. And told me some tips on how to care for them. There was no burning/warm sensation on my eyes, and no poking feeling. After the session was over, the extensions literally feel like my own lashes. It's so comfortable and the lashes don't feel heavy at all. I'm glad I went back and gave lash extensions another try, I didn't think it could be this comfortable and good looking! I've been going to Posh Beautique consistently for about 1 yr. now and am very happy with the results. The first time I had Juliet and just decided to stick with her, but her colleague Vivian is just as great! These young ladies really take the time to discuss what's the best option for your eye shape and personal style, and they have special lash lengths, different materials and curls that not all other salons have (ex. D-curl, mink vs. synthetic, etc.). They're also friendly and enjoy what they do (unlike some of the experiences I've had at other places where they rush you in, and rush you out, and you feel like an unappreciated client). They say you have to suffer to be beautiful, but with these gals that's NOT true! Juliet is always super fast, with gentle hands and always makes you feel like a valued customer. Tip: Make a stop at the charming Prado Cafe next door or the delicious Pure Bread bakery across the street -- it's what I try to do whenever I visit. read more

I decided to try Posh Lash Vancouver based on their IG account which was a big mistake. I booked their " master" lash consultant, Julian. She was friendly but I felt she could've been more informative with the entire process. I showed her exactly what I wanted off her IG page. I specifically explained I didn't want extreme wings but I want it full so I don't have to wear lashes for my upcoming wedding. She recommended size 11 for my eyes. She didn't show me but I said I'll take her advice since this was my first time. I did not like my lashes at all. It looked like cheap China lashes, thin and short. I expressed some disappointment and requested more volume as shown in the photos. She explained it all depends on your natural eyelashes and I didn't have long ones. That's fine but I wanted that on my eyes.... Meaning, give me that specific look. I ended leaving as I had to pick up my son and she said to come back tomorrow. I came back and she added longer lashes, size 14. They looked a little better but still not what I wanted. I was extremely upset as I paid $185 (including tip) for classic hybrid. The next day, some were already starting to fall out. It's been 2 weeks now and they are pretty much all gone. It's best to get recommended from a friend as Instagram photos are very misleading. I left feeling completely ripped off. I would never come back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.....well.... only the ones with natural long lashes!! read more

I got my first lash extensions at this place. I didn't know what to expect so I assumed all the slight discomfort I experienced was normal. Now that I've been to other salons, I can now compare where Posh Lash went wrong. The adhesive they used was being applied on the skin of my eyelid. It made my eyes, itchy and irritated. Two, three days later, 80% of the lashes on one eye already came off. With the amount I paid, I expect them to stay on for a week at most. Plus, I don't think adhesive should be touching the skin, period. I told them what happened and they redid the lashes at no charge but they just fell off again within 3 days. The quality of the lashes seemed very cheap. It felt like thin wire of my eyelids. read more

I have gotten both lash perm and lash extensions done at Posh by Kathleen and was extremely pleased with the results. She was gentle and careful with the lash extensions as I have short and thin lashes. As allergies tend to make my eyes water, the lashes usually still last me about 2-3 weeks. With the lash perm, the curls came out perfectly and I enjoyed the ease of easy care for about 8 weeks. I've had my lashes done at Posh Lash now twice, and both times I have been in love with the result. Grace was my technician both times, she's very kind, gentle and friendly and always checks in about what I want my lashes to look like and provides suggestions based on my eye shape. She even helped my lashes look full despite having sparse lashes after a big lash shed which was awesome. The lashes themselves have also lasted longer than any other set that I've had at other studios. I've bounced around quite a bit trying to find the best place and I've definitely settled at Posh Lash and will remain a client of theirs because of their excellent work. I got a lash lift/perm by Viv. She was really sweet and professional. We chatted to make the time pass. She warned me to use the restroom beforehand - take that advice!! I usually never bother curling my lashes because they never hold up, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the results!! I'm considering purchasing the serum through them to grow my lashes (and use some on my missing brow patches too) - they were thorough with telling me about the products. One of the other girls there used the serum before and showed me before+after pics. If I use the serum, it means I wouldn't go to them for extensions, so I really appreciated their willingness to inform me and help me figure out what I want. read more

I had a fill done on 3/10 when I was in town to have my semi perm brow tattoo done. My current lash gal in Seattle was on mat leave so I figured why not, reviews were good, it was right by the place I was getting waxed and whom I kidding, the US dollar made it worth it. It's a very small place but nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable enough as well. I let her know the size of lashes I was looking for (12/13 c curl) and she showed me her options. After deciding on the type of lashes I layed down and she got to work. No complaints from me regarding application- and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. My only complaint was the constant beeping sound- like a fire alarm battery chirping- it was the only thing that kept me from falling asleep. It's in the trendy location of Yaletown (think NYC Soho) and is street parking is doable :). Overall I'm happy with my service and will probably book another fill when I come back in 6 weeks. read more

I had a full 2D volume real mink set done a month ago, and it lasted that long! I've been to a couple places around Vancouver, and hands down, this place is the best! I just recently went in for a fill and chose to go with the synthetic mink 3D volume because of the look I wanted to achieve. Juliet is friendly, professional and very skilled. Absolutely fabulous lashes and service. High quality glue and lashes. The experience was pain free, the esthetician was extremely careful and delicate with the eye area. No excess glue was used, which meant my eyelids did not stick together nor was there stinging from the fumes. I left extremely happy. Did not feel the need to wear eye makeup for two weeks! read more
