They do great work with manis, I love the variety of design and the products they use. They really take the time to ensure that clients are happy with the result, so please expect your service to take around an hour long. They have a great selection of gel and shellac products and their techniques are great. With shellac it's so important to ensure the nails are primed correctly to avoid lifting and they really take their time to do all the proper steps. One comment is that I like my cuticles trimmed and clean and I feel like they could probably do a little more cuticle work on mine - it's just a personal preference though so it might be fine for some others. I had a pedicure here before but I prefer another place down the street for that because I like my heels super smooth and they only do manual exfoliation and no scraping. Once again this is a personal preference so if you like a more gentle pedicure I'm sure you will enjoy the services here! The owner and technicians are VERY friendly and accommodating - great customer service and you really feel like you are a valued customer. I'm going to try their lash extensions next so i will update my review afterwards!

Elegant jazzy music fills the salon and comfy sofa chairs with pillows for ultimate relaxation. No fancy massage chairs here but I really didn't miss them. The staff are very friendly, speak English lol, and will actually talk to you if you feel like chatting. I went for a gel mani-pedi combo. The ladies both made sure I was comfortable and plenty of time and care was taken to do my beauty treatments. I am very happy with the work done. It was not rushed at all like I find most salons are now days. Perfect nail work. I really appreciate that they are more concerned with your comfort than theirs. I had to tell one of the girls to grab a chair because I was worried about her back lol There is WiFi provided for you if you ask. They offer cold and hot water. My only complaint for this salon is that it's too cold!!!! Brrrrrrrr All the staff members were in sweaters lol. I mentioned it and they said it was always cold and they didn't have control of the heat. I mentioned buying a heat fish from Costco.
