We went with Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and had Marco come out to assess and treat our carpets. Picture this. We ask and pay our neighbors to watch our two Large dogs while we our on vacation for 7 days, feeding them and giving them water in our back yard. We come back refreshed from a week in Hawaii and enter the front door to our apartment just to be BLOWN away by the smell and mess of dog urine and excrement. Our two large animals were left inside to liberate our two story house with 7 DAYS worth of bowl movements. We have a 1 year old who crawls all over these carpets and they had become a neglected dog kennel while we were away. After crying and determining that we couldn't currently swing the 2 grand need to replace the desecrated floors all together, we called Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and I am so happy that we did. Two minor issues we ran into- the floor and upholstery didn't dry in near the time we were told and the areas of pet staining that were treated looked a little worse after all was said and done (I was told a white powder formation might appear once dried and could be easily taken care of but the appearance didn't look like a white powder) however- once I called them to take a look- they didn't hesitate to come out and do a re-rinse and now everything looks great. We contacted Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning about our tile floors and two rooms with carpet. Marco came out and was very patient and thorough in explaining the systems he uses and his services. He measured all the rooms we were interested in having done and then provided a quote with options to clean or not clean certain areas. The price quoted was very good so we opted to have everything done. Marco and Israel returned this past Saturday and immediately got to work. Prior to doing any work they put corner guards on every doorway, even ones they never dragged a hose around, and put on heavy-duty over-booties to prevent tracking any dirt in the house. Although we had already vacuumed the carpeted areas, they used their commercial vacuum and got more dirt and dog hair up. They then proceeded to pre-treat all soiled areas and cleaned the tile and carpet. There was no wasted time or motion. Very efficient and done at the time they had stated. To say we are pleased with the results would be an understatement. The floors look great and they were able to get heavily soiled areas of carpet spotless. Awesome job and when they were done cleaning up you could hardly tell they had been there. We had expressed concern about the master bedroom carpet drying prior to retiring for the night. So they did this room first and then put heavy-duty ventilators in the room to speed the drying. No damp spots that night. One interesting note: I had offered to let them use our sewer clean-out to dump the dirty water. Marco informed us that the water only has dirt and a very small amount of cleaning solution, all bio-degradable. So we got a bucket and with his assistance proceeded to hand-water our thirsty plants.
