I was so happy with the service and results I got at the office that I had Marco come to clean the carpets in my home. The carpets in my home are more than 20 years old and so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was very surprised just how nice they looked when Marco was done. He is always prompt, gets right to work and works hard until the job is done. Extremely Clean is the Best! Thanks Marco. read more

From the very first conversation I had with Marco to get a quote to clean my hardwood floor and carpet, I already had the feeling that I will hire him to do the job. I have requested quotes from many other carpet cleaning companies and none of them said that they would come to the house and give the exact final amount of what we have to pay. Marco came out one day to measure the sq footage and to see how dirty it is and give us the exact amount. This is important for me because there is no surprises. He arrived on time, answered and explained all of questions. We decided to hire him to clean our wood floors, carpet and refinish the wood floors. Today, he came in the morning to do the job and at first after going through the dirty and smelly vacang house, he said that there were a lot of dust in the house and left over paint everywhere on the wood floor because our painter did not cover the floors when they paint. So he could not do the refinishing of of the wood. I was so disappointed but I also understood his explanation. However, he ended up cleaning all the dirt and refinish the wood floors and almost all the paint were gone! Its amazing what he did to our house and it looks and smells great! I will definitely hire him back to clean our carpet and floor. We are so very happy with the results. Thank you, Marco! read more

Marco visited twice - once for an estimate and the second for the actual cleaning. Both instances, he was on time and conducted both jobs quickly and efficiently. Our carpets look even better than when we had moved in! Thanks! read more

Our guy Marco is a professional. I've contemplated whether I was going to try and save money and rent the machine out at home depot and DIMS but thank God I didn't decide to do that. Saved about 10hrs and got the carpet cleaned 17X cleaner. The machine that he used is top of the line and every single stain has been removed. Very friendly and trust worthy guy and great service. The guy came on time, moved all the furniture to get all the carpeted areas cleaned. It looks like we got new carpet, literally. We have two younger kids so we've decided to get the carpet protection after the getting it cleaned and he was able to eloquently explain the process and what this additional service will provide for us in the future. And also gave me a discount. I would use him every single time and would recommend this service to all my friend and family. read more

So far so good! Marcos arrived on time to clean our carpets. Had a nasty pet accident which he tackled. He was honest and said the discoloration cannot be fixed but the smell will be gone. I appreciate that he does not hurry through or rush the cleaning. He is still here and is taking his time making sure everything is clean. This is a very big job - living room, family room, stairs, 1 bedroom, and bonus room too. I'll get back later with a final assessment. read more

Marco was very professional, on time, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently, was on time and got the job done in quickly. He came in originally for a water leak and wet carpet. He knew exactly what to do and we are confident we will have no problems with it in the future. We will definitely be calling them back for carpet cleaning in the future!! read more

Exceptional service. Left a voicemail at 8am, received a call at 10am and Marco was knocking on my door at 2pm. Scheduling was a breeze with Heather and I received text alerts when the appointment was scheduled, when Marco was in route, when the service was quoted and completed. Upon his arrival, Marco introduced himself, presented me with his card and immediately put on booties before entering my home. I showed him the areas that needed cleaning and he explained to me the varying carpet types. Told me the kind of carpet I had, the expected results, and provided the same quote Heather gave me over the telephone. A little over an hour later the service was complete and he asked me to take a look and point out any areas that he may have missed; there were none. He wiped down the areas where his tools were on my floors and left everything spotless. He also gave me two pairs of booties in the event we needed to walk on the carpet before it dried. I appreciated the level of professionalism and promptness of the service and would definitely use them again. Thanks Marco & Heather! read more

Marco and Heather are everything they say they are. Pricing was good and upfront. They vacuumed before starting the cleaning, used the proper equipment and were very professional and expedient. The job they did was excellent. They answered texts, phone calls, and showed up when they said they would. Very pleasant to work with. I changed what I wanted done and when I wanted them to come a couple of times and they were very accommodating and nice about it. I recommend Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning without reservation. read more

Extremely professional! I was impressed that Marco took the time to come out before hand to give me an exact. My home is small so most places want to give me an "estimate"over the phone. I really appreciate the clear communication, promptness and crew is all in professional uniforms. My carpets are like new again. Clean and white (I know...). I had Marco clean my white (I know...) cloth dining room chairs too. They too are clean and beautiful now. I am very pleased all the way around! Thank you Marco :) read more

All of the positive reviews are true! Marco was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did an outstanding job. He was quick to respond and quoted me a fair price, the price I paid (no upsale or BS). He and his helper showed up on time and were in and out in less than 30 minutes to clean my apartment living room and hall carpet with their van-mounted cleaning system. My carpet looks like new, feels softer, and smells great. I would absolutely use him again and recommend his service to others! read more

Marco did a wonderful job cleaning my sofa and love seat. I have a small dog who spends most of her time curled up on the sofa, not to mention the amount of time I spend curled up with the dog. No shoes, post gym, meal time, morning coffee time. We spend a lot of time on those sofas. Neadless to say, the seating was FILTHY! Marco quickly and efficiently got out the stains and grime from our favorite cuddle spots. Thank you Extremely Clean! read more

We have not had good luck with carpet cleaners in the past, hate when they leave us with a soaked floor and stains come back. But wife called Extremely Clean based on their reviews. We found Marco to be very upfront and professional with us, with very fair prices. Then did a great job. It's been a while now, no stains, very happy, kept his card for future cleaning. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about Marco and Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning! Marco replied to my request for a quote quickly and scheduling was very easy. I have used Extremely Clean Cleaning over a period of 10 years. They are wonderful. They make the whole cleaning experience easy. They have merged electronic devices with over the phone customer service. They sent me a text me when I made the appointment confirming the time and date. I had to reschedule on the original date, and Heather changed the date . She was cheerful and a professional. They sent me text when they were on their way to my home. Marco was the tech who cleaned my couch and chair. My furniture was dirty after a year of living inside. I found Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning through Yelp and was impressed with the 5 Star rating. They have definitely met their rating! First off, when I called to get a bid on having our carpets cleaned, Marco actually came to our house and took measurements and looked at the carpet. In the past when I have called around, most companies will throw a price out of the phone. He took the time to explain the carpet treatment he would be using, was very thorough and knowledgable. The day of our carpet cleaning appointment, Marco showed up right on time and went straight to work. He was so professional, worked around my toddler and I and our carpets look fantastic! I highly recommend Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and will be calling them again! 5 Stars all the way! read more

Marco did a wonderful job! He cleaned our dinning room chairs that were a white cotton and they look amazing! He also did our sofas and they haven't looked this nice in years. Our sofas appeared to be very clean but after he did his job the color showed even brighter! We really recommend him. He even gave us some cleaner to maintain it. We will definitely be using him in the future! Very professional wore booties and before he left everything was dry and looked great! read more

I honestly thought my carpets were done for. There was so much wear and damage, I believed in the "high traffic" areas there would be no difference. I have that old, almost flat carpet thats ugly unless its perfectly clean. They honestly restored it to new conditions. Sincerely exceeded my expectations. My home looks so much better now! Thanks so much! read more

Marco is dependable and professional. I have used his services for a few years now and would definitely recommend him.

With 3 kids and their friends and my husband that forgets to take his shoes off; I needed our carpets cleaned. I told him what worked my schedule and he was very accommodating. He was here on time and got to work. My carpets look great. I will be using him again when I get my travertine and sectional cleaned. Honest, hard working guy. read more

Very happy with their carpet and upholstery cleaning services. Their prices were very comparable to other companies that I had checked with. Employees were very nice and professional. The service was done on schedule and well done. Two minor issues we ran into- the floor and upholstery didn't dry in near the time we were told and the areas of pet staining that were treated looked a little worse after all was said and done (I was told a white powder formation might appear once dried and could be easily taken care of but the appearance didn't look like a white powder) however- once I called them to take a look- they didn't hesitate to come out and do a re-rinse and now everything looks great. I would definitely not hesitate to use this company again. The owner is a very nice guy and does most of the work himself. Great company! read more

Marco was polite and quick to my quote request. Everyone else wanted to call and ask me the same questions over and over (defeats the purpose of a yelp request), but Marco was knowledgeable and professional and knew how long the job would take and how much it would cost. He makes communication easy through yelp messaging, emails, alerts and texts which I value as a mother of an eight month old who likes to scream while try to talk on the phone. He was on time and finished when he said he would. My carpets are a decade old and have never been professionally cleaned and now they look brand new! Our family is in awe of how great they look. Out of the eleven local guys I got quotes from, this was the least expensive company; by $100! read more

We contacted Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning about our tile floors and two rooms with carpet. Marco came out and was very patient and thorough in explaining the systems he uses and his services. He measured all the rooms we were interested in having done and then provided a quote with options to clean or not clean certain areas. The price quoted was very good so we opted to have everything done. Marco and Israel returned this past Saturday and immediately got to work. Prior to doing any work they put corner guards on every doorway, even ones they never dragged a hose around, and put on heavy-duty over-booties to prevent tracking any dirt in the house. Although we had already vacuumed the carpeted areas, they used their commercial vacuum and got more dirt and dog hair up. They then proceeded to pre-treat all soiled areas and cleaned the tile and carpet. There was no wasted time or motion. Very efficient and done at the time they had stated. To say we are pleased with the results would be an understatement. The floors look great and they were able to get heavily soiled areas of carpet spotless. Awesome job and when they were done cleaning up you could hardly tell they had been there. We had expressed concern about the master bedroom carpet drying prior to retiring for the night. So they did this room first and then put heavy-duty ventilators in the room to speed the drying. No damp spots that night. One interesting note: I had offered to let them use our sewer clean-out to dump the dirty water. Marco informed us that the water only has dirt and a very small amount of cleaning solution, all bio-degradable. So we got a bucket and with his assistance proceeded to hand-water our thirsty plants. Awesome extra in this time of drought and water cut-backs. read more

So far Yelp has never let me down. I found this company on Yelp and sent a message. I received a quick reply and made an appointment for an estimate. Marco came out and looked at my carpet and gave me an estimate. I must admit with three kids my tan carpet looked terrible. I had some doubts on whether it would even look clean again. But Marco pretreated my carpet and cleaned my carpet so good. It looked brand new. My high traffic areas and my stairs were practically sparkling. When he was done my husband and I were so pleased. He is very professional and prompt. He does a great job. I couldn't be happier!!!!! Thanks Marco!!!!!!! read more

I usually use Stanley steamers but was not 100% impressed last time plus they are always pushing up sell items on you. Marco Apanco at Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning was awesome.
