I highly recommend this company. Marco was professional, fast and did a fantastic job. Especially in our high traffic areas and stairs which had some mystery stains. They all came out. I especially like that there was no strong smell afterwards. He also took the dirty water with him. The last company we used dumped it on the side of our house and it killed the grass. Marco uses biodegradable, non-smelly cleaning fluid. read more

I just finished updating my home. I felt like it needed a bit more to make it sparkle. I called Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning to have my shower doors polished. They provided many other services that I was looking for. Marco came out to give me an estimate. I thought it was a very fair price. He first cleaned 4 rooms of carpets. The next visit him and his team polished our 15 yr old shower doors. They look brand new. They also deep cleaned the bathrooms and resealed the bathroom and kitchen counters granite. Today they deep cleaned dining room chairs upolstery and hardwood floors. Each time Marco was prompt, and through while explaining the process. He never tried to upsell me anything . This is service at it's best. My home is so clean and shiny now. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning for any of your cleaning needs!! read more

I messaged this company for a general pricing, and they got back to me within 24 hours. In order to provide a quote, they needed to come out to evaluate and we could either proceed with the service same day or schedule another time, or refuse. I booked an evening appointment last week. They texted me a link to gps track Marco (the co-owner) when he was on his way. Marco came on time to my condo, and he gave us a quote of $200 for one living room, 14 stairs, a hall way with pet treatment. This was our first time having our carpet professional cleaned, so I really don't know if the price was competitive or or. However, my husband and I agreed to proceed and have the service done the same day. It took about 1.5-2 hours to complete. At the end of the session, Marco gave me and my husband two pairs of disposable booties to wear. Overall, this business transaction was good and professional. read more

5 star service as hoped for. Family owned small business who takes pride in the work performed!! Initial call was answered quickly by Heather all of my questions answered and appointment made. Text reminder was sent and another when Marco was in route..excellent communication. Job was at my aging parents home and my Dad can be a talkative one, Moms caregiver was there, and my sister supervising whatever might pop up....Marco rolled with it and kept on working many thanks!! We have a big family and I've sent out my new find to them all. read more

We needed to have areas of our carpet repaired, stretched and cleaned after some water damage. I reached out to a few companies from Yelp for estimates. Of the companies that replied, Marco, from Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning, was the most professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and he's great at communicating. He delivered as agreed and we're extremely happy with the completed work. He also went over and beyond by returning to address an area that needed to have other work done first. I highly recommend Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and I would definitely use them again. read more

We are so happy with their service. Communication was great from the start. Marco took the time to explain the process and what he was doing to clean our carpet. They were extremely thorough. I'm more than pleased with the service provider by Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning. Marco's work and professionalism were outstanding from the first contact here on Yelp to the last minute he was in my home. He came by for an estimate first and explained the whole process. My carpet is old and had a lot of stains, but it looks like new again. I also had him cleaning the grout in the kitchen and dining room. Excellent work, fast and the price was right! I'll definitely call Mr. Marco again in the future and recommend his services to anyone who needs carpet cleaning done right. read more

We went with Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and had Marco come out to assess and treat our carpets. Picture this. We ask and pay our neighbors to watch our two Large dogs while we our on vacation for 7 days, feeding them and giving them water in our back yard. We come back refreshed from a week in Hawaii and enter the front door to our apartment just to be BLOWN away by the smell and mess of dog urine and excrement. Our two large animals were left inside to liberate our two story house with 7 DAYS worth of bowl movements. We have a 1 year old who crawls all over these carpets and they had become a neglected dog kennel while we were away. After crying and determining that we couldn't currently swing the 2 grand need to replace the desecrated floors all together, we called Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning and I am so happy that we did. Right off the bat Marco was kind and professional, which we really needed right now. He assessed the carpets specific needs and gave us our 3 reasonably priced treatment options. He let us follow him around and showed us where his equipment was visibly detecting fresh urine and gave all of these spots (and there we MANY) the specific treatment we selected. Just getting back from our trip and unable to leave our dogs for fear of the situation with our neighbors, he graciously worked around us and a fussing infant, of which we were SO thankful for. We decided on option two because we didn't have the time or the energy to have all of our heavy furniture moved so that he could also clean the under padding (but I was very impressed that this was a skilled service he offered and that is most certainly a treatment we will seek him for before we move out of our apartment next year). I was so impressed with his even and sensible acceptance. He did not force any up sales on us like most companies I've worked with in the past. This again was very appreciated. Please look at his site to see why we picked him to clean the floors our beloved little one spends so much time on. He carters specifically to people who NEED the service to be the safest, most eco-friendly, harsh chemical free-treatments out there. He worked quickly and efficiently but at no expense to the quality attention and work he put into our carpets and the end result was something I'd have zero qualms about letting my son play on. Marco restored our carpets from terrible smelling, biohazards to the clean surfaces we had left them and saved us so much stress and heartache. We can put our infant down on the floor of our home again and for that we will always be faithful customers. GIVE HIM A CALL!! read more

Extremely Clean Carpets did a wonderful job on our carpets! They did most of the carpet in the house and the stairs. Marco is extremely knowledgeable and really helped us out with getting some really dirty carpets clean again. No pressure upcharging, which was a real plus! They are very up front with their quotes. I will use them again for sure! read more

Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning is my go-to carpet cleaning company. They have cleaned the carpet at properties I manage as well as the carpet in my own home. The carpet in my home needed stretching before cleaning and Marco brought in his resources to complete the stretching work. The carpet stretchers backed up into a retaining wall and loosened a cinder block. I notified Marco immediately and he arranged for someone to come repair it for me the next day! Marco is honest, transparent and has fair rates. If you need your carpets cleaned, give them a call! read more

We first used Extremely Clean a few years ago and our tile and carpets looked great. Over time and since getting a dog, our floors and carpets have gotten dirty and dulled although we didn't realize by how much until we used Extremely Clean again. Wow what a difference! Marco was right on time, offered a great deal, and was quick but thorough in his work. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and friends, but also to anyone on Yelp looking for their carpets/floors to get cleaned professionally and freshen up their home! read more

Dare I say that we haven't had Marco steam clean our carpets or floor tile since the pre-pandemic era...and while it needed cleaning, Marco does such an amazing job every time that it doesn't look that badly to us between the cleanings. He's got a magic touch with the ceramic tile grout. We trust Marco because he is honest, careful and thorough in his work, punctual, and communicative. To us, his prices are very fair. What we like best about the services is that it's Marco performing them, not someone who works for him so the work is consistent. He vacuums before steam cleaning the carpet. We don't have soaking wet carpet that takes days to dry out. As it's just him doing the work, it's a great aspect of quality control and pride in the work that he does. read more

I waited awhile before writing this review, because Marco was friendly and personable and he got the job done. Unfortunately for me, I was too naive when I first called him and have since had WAY better experiences. My deal was supposed to include a cleaning of my couch (which wasn't that dirty). When he arrived to clean two small bedrooms that barely fit queen beds, (the rest of the place is uncarpeted) all of a sudden they were "too dirty" and would take too much time. The couch was no longer included and I was charged MORE than his competitors (with tax). What irks me is I just received a coupon for $10 off my next service with him for being such a "good customer". Well no, kidding. It's the oldest trick in the book. Offer a coupon and then charge MORE. I have found when dealing with many honest companies that they don't need to offer these discounts if they are doing the proper job. Marco ended up costing me MORE money in the end than the other guys and I received less of a service. Not only will he not receive repeat business from me, but now I wanted to share this with other honest Yelpers. I am sure that most of the reviews on here are legit, but considering mine are usually 3-4 on average, you be the judge. It's unfortunate because those two rooms need cleaning again. As for the couch? I bought my own steam cleaner that works fine and I can do it myself quite quickly. I hope that Marco reads this because perhaps he will think twice before taking advantage of an unsuspecting customer. In the end, it will cost him way more because I also belong to a network of neighbors who share everything. I know next time I will ask them before relying on Yelp for this type of service. read more

We are getting ready to put our house up for sale and it just wasn't in the budget to replace the carpet. I messaged several companies asking for estimates and although this wasn't the cheapest, they certainly had the best reviews so we decided to make an appointment with them. They were prompt, very professional and friendly and were done so fast!! The carpet looks fantastic. We have two dogs and, although I hate to admit it, they have made severao messes on the carpet. The guys managed to make the carpet look amazing AND smell fresh and clean. I highly reccomend them! read more

Marco's reputation has exceeded himself. He is accommodating, informative, reliable, service-oriented and friendly. He showed up on time and provided the services he promised and then some. It only took him 2 hours to clean a 2,000 sf home with stairs and cleaned a wool rug at my last minute request with a smile. He can multi-task and stay on task, not wanting to waste your time or his. He's a 5-star recommendation and will have my support to keep him in business. Please tip him well if you feel he deserves 5 stars, I did. Thank you Marco for impeccable service =) read more

I'm very disappointed with this service. I chose this company because there were a lot of good reviews posted. Many are right.... The guy that came out was very courteous and professional which was nice. However, the service was a disappointment. I am giving 1 star for professionalism. My carpets were pretty bad, I know that's why it took so long to write this review. I wanted to give him a good review because he was so nice and professional. The guy said he would move furniture that was not heavy which was not true. He didn't move anything at all. They claim they go above and beyond but they don't. Maybe this guy was having an off day, I don't know. I also asked him to turn each window fan on when he was done with each room since he only did the upstairs rooms. He said he would but didn't. I paid a lot of $$$ thinking this service would be better than my normal guy. I'm going back to my normal guy cause he's good and he's cheaper. I am not happy with this service at all. It was wasted money for me and I don't have money to waste. read more

I was referred to Marco by a friend. She said he did an excellent job at her place and highly recommended him. I even did my own Yelp research and found that he has nothing but 5 star reviews. That says a lot! I setup an appointment for him to come by and give me an estimate. I wanted to do the main living area and my entry stairs. My main concern was a terrible grease stain the size of a pancake that I had my living room. (I had the carpets cleaned once before, but they stain came back with a vengeance.) It was black and ugly. Marco did a thorough walk-through and gave me my options. I decide to go ahead and have the carpets cleaned. He did a great job! The stain is gone and my living room and stairs look great! I definitely recommend Marco! He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. read more

I found Extremely Clean Carpet Cleaning on yelp while looking for someone to clean the upholstery on my 8 year old office waiting room chairs. They have never been professionally cleaned before and I was actually considering having them re-upholstered in a darker color (they are light green). WOW!!!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Marco is. He was right on time for his first appointment to give me an estimate. He was able to start the job less than a week later. Everything about him is fabulous!!! He is concientous and friendly and professional. His price was very competitive. My entire bottom floor is travertine. I have had it cleaned and polished before. However no one ever did as great a job as Marco. He spent a ton of time doing the preparation. Removed all my furniture, Covered up walls and baseboards. My floor is sparkling clean and shiny. It looks like it is brand spanking new!!! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! THANK YOU SO MUCH. read more

I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule so it was hard for me to make an appointment and sit around to get the carpets cleaned.
