BEWARE EVERYONE!! Quality tire is a complete trash of a company. GO ELSEWHERE!!! I purchased a set of wheels on 11/23/2023 1 pm. The company reached out to me via email 11/24/2023 5:35pm and informed me that their inventory was off and the set of wheels were out of stock. I replied 11/24/2024 6:17 pm asking to cancel my order. I gave them a day to respond and I did not hear anything by mid day 11:57 am, so I decided to call the company to make sure they got my email to cancel. I spoke to a gentleman and he confirmed they would cancel my order. Then it comes to 11/29/2023 9:52 pm and I got a email back saying they have a new batch of those wheels coming in any day. I politely responded "no thanks you told me they were out of stock, so I asked to cancel the order. I ordered other wheels from somewhere else already". Then the company (all documented in email) started to pull a scam on me. Saying "they already shipped" (which is not true) and kept trying to charge me extra money for a cancellation, for a item then never had in stock nor shipped. I told them "When you told me the wheels were out of stock I requested the order to be canceled immediately, there will not be a restocking fee". (Requested to be cancelled within a hour) After those emails back they told me they would get back with any updates. I did not hear anything by 12/01/2024 so I emailed and asked for updates and they are not responding to me. I believe it is unethical for a company to try to not let me cancel a order when I was told they are out of stock. And to try to charge me a cancellation for a item that they never had in stock or even shipped out. Long story short this is a joke of a company, save yourself trouble and do business elsewhere. read more

Extreme Wheels, in my honest opinion, is one of the better wheel/tire shops in the valley. Even though they sell a vast variety of wheels and tires, they offer so much more that can be done in their shop. They even ship their products world wide! I recently placed an order with their salesman Shaun for a set of wheels that they had recommended to me for my 1st gen Ford Raptor and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. We communicated back and forth in a timely manner and got me in their schedule within just a few days from my initial phone call. They also hooked me up with a set of hub centric rings and aftermarket lug nuts during the install. The techs seemed to be very professional with their work and the truck was clean and presentable when I arrived to pick it up. Extreme wheel did it for us once again!!! Just Bought my wife a 23 Kia carnival, was unsure if a custom wheel would work and what size and offset to go with. Billy and his guys took care of doing the research. His guy Horton found the right custom wheel and tire to fit just right and gave it a amazing transformation from a soccer mom van to smooth custom ride. These guys helped me pick the wheels that would fit best, made it easy to customize them, and had a quick turn around when I came in to have them installed. I barely had to lift a finger and I was left with exactly what I wanted! I ordered some Aodhan wheels, had them powder coated in Illusion Red. They ordered the tires and lugs too and I was very happy to be working with people so knowledgeable. I saw A ad from them for rough country shocks it was A good price ,I order them , they charged my card immediately and sent A email that they would have to order them would be a couple weeks ,they tried to switch me to other shocks they could get, A month goes buy and contact them and they respond that they dont when they could get them , it was A bait and switch ,then when you ask for A refund they want to charge you A fee read more

Personally I had a great experience. The staff is super friendly & professional. They didn't have the wheels I wanted in store but helped me order them that day. It took about a week for the wheels to get here & on the way up to get them put on my tire ended up popping... they ordered me a new one & had me back on the road in no time.
