    This company is dishonest and thieves. I ordered a set of wheels online using Affrim Got confirmation email of order in seconds. First 2 days went by and i never received a email about shipment. So i called and was advised the rims i ordered werent in stock. Ok thats fine, but you couldnt contact me to tell me. So i informed them to cancel my order, The sales rep Shaun tried to advise me to just apply what i had paid to another set, and i didnt want any other rims so i wanted it cancelled. 5 more days go by and no refund and no cancel confirmation email or anything. So i call them back and get the run around and put on hold for 30mins at a time just to get hung up on. I kept calling back, and i asked to speak to a manager (who never comes to the phone) and kept getting hung up on. Then i guess Shaun finally got tired of me calling and states " there is nothing we can do for you, you will get refunded when you get refunded". Finally I called Affirm and put in a claim. After a long drawn out process (which is why this company gives you the run around when using Affirm) and Affirm doing their research, they refunded me. Then like a month later the manager has the nerve to contact me to try and regain my business, lol smh. Will never order from here again and will advise everyone i know. Hope this company gets caught doing bad and dishonest business practices. Reported them to BBB.

    STAY AWAY! Don't believe me? Check their consistent and recent complaints and F rating with the BBB. I got my wheels powder coated here and they are completely ruined. They would not do anything about it either. I posted a video on my TikTok and instagram that went viral and the staff requested to fight me. Now they are pretending they did not do my wheels to try to deflect! They powder coated over chrome, over heated the chrome and it's bubbling and flaking as well as they powder coated the mating surface of the wheel, dead giveaway they have no clue what they are doing. Dont take my word for it though. Just realize a company doesn't get this many bad reviews and an F with the BBb by accident. Also they have fake reviews on Google to try to prop up their score.

    Let's talk about the worst customer service fails you have ever experienced and add in a bit of poor money management in the age of computer accounting systems, and you have Extreme Wheels. Online, they appear to offer any wheel you might ever need, including some hard to find ones. Now let's talk about the financial hanky-panky. I ordered and paid in full for a wheel to replace a bent rim on my car. I tried multiple times in the intervening weeks to reach them through their "contact us" website feature without a single reply, so after 6 weeks we were out in their area, at a time when they were open, and stopped in their office. After waiting about 10 minutes with nobody around a young guy appeared out of the back and asked us what we needed. I gave him our order number from my screenshot of the order. He looked at it puzzled and proceeded to tell us that it was one of a group of orders that had been lost. So I asked what could be done to expedite it because I really needed it. He went to his computer and told me the wheel was no longer available and they would have to refund my money. I said ok and he told me he would give the order to his boss to process the refund. Now we are 4+ weeks later and still no refund! Talk about poor business practices! These guys need to close their doors to avoid inflicting further damage on the world!

I meet with Adam and Brian to look over what Gerber had done to the truck. With the obvious body line off, Brian noticed the frame was bent on both sides. This was after Gerber saying the truck was like new! Once they got the truck on the lift. Brian and Adam did thorough inspection, finding the frame bent, suspension buckled, intercooler, transmission cooler and radiator, and radiator frame buckled. Brian said the truck was not safe and I dodged a bullet. At that point my truck was totaled by American Family. Even though they didn't fix my truck Brian and Adam did a great job in identifying the issues with the truck. Brenda was very helpful and worked on trying to get a rental for me. From the very beginning, I was given a full tour of the entire shop. It was spotless, well-organized, and it was obvious they take exceptional care of their customers' vehicles. Every employee I encountered--including the technicians in the workshop--was friendly, engaging, and genuinely happy to answer questions. The waiting area feels welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful personal touches like drinks and even the *best chapstick* (seriously, I loved it). Juan was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was extremely diligent when dealing with my insurance company, which did not make things easy. Juan stayed firm, advocated for what my vehicle truly needed, and kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure Hyundai's recommendations were followed, including properly calibrating the cameras after the tailgate had to be removed--even when insurance pushed back. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way gave me complete confidence that my car was receiving the best care possible. Brenda was equally amazing--professional, personable, and truly a joy to work with. Every visit was engaging and positive, and she made me feel like I was genuinely part of the SWC family and I definitely consider her a friend now (seriously she's so fun and I loved all our conversations). I was also fortunate enough to chat with the owner on one occasion, and it was no surprise that she was just as professional, friendly, and engaged as the rest of the team. One thing that meant a lot to me was how accommodating they were with my request not to leave my car outside overnight. Every single night, they pulled it inside--and on one night when a storm rolled through, I later learned they pulled *all* customers' vehicles inside. That level of care speaks volumes. They were meticulous in finding every dent from the hail damage--far more than I even realized were there. When I brought my car in, it was little more than six months old and still felt brand new. I was heartbroken and honestly skeptical about how it would turn out. Brenda and Juan both assured me it would look amazing and that I wouldn't be able to tell there was ever damage. This was my new "baby" I worked so hard for and was so unsure that she would ever look the same. They were absolutely right. My car looks flawless--back to its original beauty--and you would never know the damage it had. I could not be more pleased with the results. I visited six different shops while searching for the right place, and SWC stood out above all of them. Being a smaller shop, they provide a level of personal attention and customer service that the larger shops simply can't match. They don't have a lot of reviews but don't let that deter you, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I would recommend SWC over and over again. Whether or not they officially consider me part of the SWC family (Juan....Brenda...) LOL, they have earned a customer for life. If I ever need auto body work again, this is the only place I will go.
