I found these guys through a Groupon and, after reading the reviews, decided I would give them a try. I always prefer to support small business when I can and I am glad I did. There were a couple of bumps in communication, but again, I think that is the result of being such a small business. So, the only thing that I would caution is that you remember you are dealing with a small business, so you may need to be more flexible than if you were dealing with some national or chain company. Now, this is what I call CLEAN! Holy moly! Larry, Dion, and Cody exceeded my expectations and let me tell you they are pretty darn high! I have a 9-year-old car which I really love but I purchased used from a police officer last year. The police officer had a dog and ate in the car a lot, trust me, 6 months in I was still finding all sorts of crumbs from goodness knows what kind of food! Recently, my little dog was diagnosed with kidney disease and she had a urine accident in the car. Now, I'm from Arizona and it's currently about 110 degrees daily. Mix that heat with urine and your nostrils are in for a treat! I found this deal on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I purchased the deep interior clean and the headlight restoration, and they threw in a car wash. The process took two hours, and I was fine with that because they had free wifi and it's also located next to a ton of restaurants and shops. The inside of my car blew me away, it smelled so fresh and so clean! ((insert throwback hip hop music, so fresh and so clean, clean) My black cloth interior was black again, and I didn't really understand how dirty it was because I didn't have a point of reference to before and after. Larry at Everything Steam Cleaned was incredible. I paid for the Mobile Detail Services and did the Interior Detail (Deep Clean) - High Pressure Steam Clean with Extraction for $250. It was worth every penny. I have a 2010 Toyota Prius and I left a big bag of frozen chicken from Costco in my car in the 100 degree summer weather in Arizona for 3 days while I was out of town on work. When I came home, the car smelled so bad that I thought I needed to get rid of it because it was beyond all hope. I called and spoke with Larry and I appreciated his confidence -- he said "We have the best process and tools to clean your car. I can almost guarantee that we will be able to clean it. And if we can't no one can, because we are that good." I liked him immediately. I bought a bunch of chemicals at Walmart - but nothing really worked. I called multiple locations, and ultimately decided to use Everything Steam Cleaned because of their high pressure steam clean and the extraction process. They were able to come to my work the next day and did it all in my office parking lot in 100+ degree weather. They arrived around 9 am and worked for 3.5 hours and finished at 12:30 pm. They went over the car and steam cleaned it 4x to get the smell out. When I came out, the car looked great, but most importantly IT SMELLED GREAT! Larry told me to get really close to the mats, seats, and carpet floor to really sniff because you could not tell. They saved my car. Do not waste your time at Walmart or other places with chemicals and other things. They mask it, but do not solve the problem. Most other detail cleaners do not extract - that is key! They were able to remove the smell up to 3 inches deep in the seats, mats, etc. It worked perfectly. Do not waste your money with anyone else - call these guys, they will take care of you and will make sure it is clean. It was worth every penny. My Prius is 5 years old and has never been detailed. My dogs go for rides on the weekends and dog hair is a problem. Regular vacuuming doesn't get it all. Passenger seat was pretty stained. They cleaned ok but after my car wouldn't start. They drained my battery so much that no jump or 90 min charge would help. Had I get a brand new battery. Won't use them again they said its happened to them 3 times before. That's 3 times to many. read more

From the website I scheduled a service for the Platinum package and Headlight Restoration. Larry reached out to me and we agreed to service for Saturday, May 12 2018 at 8 am. On the service date they arrived over an hour late (about 9:11am). The job that they did on my 2001 Toyota Sienna XLE was great job for the most part. Larry reached out by text that they did not do Headlight Restoration and I would not be charge. He did not explained why this service wasn't performed. There was only one small storage that wasn't fully clean and they did not do the Engine steam clean that was part of the package. I reached out to Larry and he did admit to the oversight and arranged to come out the next day for the Engine Clean at 8 am. They came out late again (8:15 am). They took care of the Engine and the small storage. They do take credit cards but did not inform of the 3% fee (I paid an extra $11.85). They offered no discount for being late for either day. I just recently bought the used minivan and from what they started with they did a AMAZING job. For the end result, I'm very happy with the job performed. read more
