They installed Katzkin leather seats in my 2022 Hyundai Palasade. You cannot tell the difference between these seats and those installed in the factory. If you need to replace your cloth seats with leather, there is no better place to go. read more

Brought my 2020 Chevy Bolt to them to get the clothes seats removed for leather (after ordering from Katzkin directly). They only took 4 hours and it was done. Purchased a new Ram 2500 Megan Cab thru Arizona Federal Credit Union member services. They couldn't find one with leather, gave me a contact to here. After a bit of phone tag, we came in..large selection of stock leather choices. Nice lobby area with WiFi. 2 days later my leather was installed, dark purple with pink stitching. Only disappoint was some random filmy stuff left on my door handles. The leather looks beautiful. I am concerned about my passenger backseat stitching, I showed an employee in the lot. He said not to worry. I hope he is correct. Warranty is 3 years, 36k miles. read more

My sunroof would not close all the way. I had Arizona Sun tops diagnose it to needing a new sunroof assembly. Anthony, the repairman, give me two options. The first option was to buy a new assembly from the dealer and have installed which was near $1,000. The second option was to find a used one, therefore I bought one a lot cheaper then brand new. I had Arizona Sun tops install it and works like a champ. The first quote of labor was near $400. Final cost about half the price as quoted. Also they were very quick to do the job than expected. Lastly they had Superior customer service, were super friendly, and clean comfortable waiting room. I highly recommend using this company! read more

Called and spoke with Tabitha about getting my seats done from cloth to leather after speaking with her she informed me it would be $1700 for FULL LEATHER. I called around a few other shops and they don't me I was misinformed.. what she meant to say was it's leather where your body touches but vinyl where it doesn't. I called her back and she then said yes that is the case.. I feel like I was mislead had I brought my car in to get this done I would of assumed it was 100% leather only to find out it wasn't. After calling back and clarifying she apologized and then hung up the phone. Too bad I will take my business else where read more

Want to add my star review. Am driving a Ford SUV with a factory sunroof. Went thru the car wash Tuesday and water poured into the passenger area seat. Found Arizona Sun Tops and took it to them. Like everyone else with a sunroof leak, I expected the worst scenario. Anthoney water tested and found that the glass needed an adjustment. 10 minutes I was on my way with no charge. Made my day. Bought a new (to me) car a month ago that ended up having a leaky sunroof. Took it to them prepared for the worst, like having to remove the factory sunroof to replace the seal. Ended up just needing adjusted and a drain cleaned out. I had planned to leave the car with them for the day but they were finished before my ride even showed up to get me. Awful. Installed sunroof and when the sunroof fell completely apart only a few months past warranty, the guy told me it would be full price to replace. Roof won't operate and is literally falling out of the truck. Horrible product. No help for me. read more

Ordered Katzkin seats on our new Rav4 and had to take it to Phoenix for installation. Really wonderful service; they gave us a ride to Arizona Mills (not really close by) so we could kill 4 hours. Visited on October 25, 2019 to have a cruise control installed on our Kia Soul after being referred by the Kia dealership. I called in advance and spoke with Kerry I believe and was told that it could be done no issues. On the date it was to be installed I was there for approximately 5 hours to be told that it wasn't working. Kerry advised they would get more information and would call me the following Monday to advise what they found out and to set up another appointment. NOT once have I ever received a call from them, I have called at least 4 times to get an update to which their response is they still don't have answers. The lack of communication is what has me upset. read more

Had a wonderful experience here! The dealer put in an aftermarket sunroof 5 yrs ago when I bought the car. When it suddenly stopped working they were no help, couldn't even tell me who installed it. After getting one estimate at another shop where they didn't seem enthused at all for the job, I landed here. I was thinking I would get an estimate and have to arrange to leave the car another day but they squeezed me in even being short handed that day. I hadn't planned a ride and decided to wait there and the office staff were so nice and offered a ride but I ended up just relaxing on their very comfy couch and they were done a bit ahead of schedule and also beat the other estimate.
