Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. This is absolutely the place to go if you need car audio or electronics work done correctly. I can't thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out when I really needed it.

When we got it back, our back window had been broken and was not returned, the window doesn't even work, the door is missing the remote lock button, the doors don't line up correctly, and the paint doesn't match and has awful runs. I tried to be very understanding with extenuating circumstances and whatnot, I tried to be understanding that there was clearly more work than they'd anticipated, but I made it clear I'd be willing to pay for the addition work needed and speak with our insurance company to fix the damage done to our car. We were told not to worry about it, and got our car back after 8 weeks in the middle of the night. It wasn't until later, in the daylight, that we could see how bad the paint was and that the window had been replaced and was not tinted. We later learned about the window not being functional at all. I'm, at this point, worried about what else I will find wrong with my vehicle. I don't know if the company is even still in business, as they deleted their Facebook page which was our primary form of contact.

He was very honest and knowledgeable let me know that the car doesn't have much life left and was spot on with a time frame of when it would die again. I was able to pick up my husband from work but then had to find a new car. But that was my own fault. He was very kind and straightforward also very good pricing. He offered to help find me a new car! He asked for my preferences on what car I wanted and took the time to search for a new one. I ended up finding one on my own but the fact that he took time out of his day to help me find a new one was above and beyond service. He was able to assist immediately that evening, however, we agreed on a date after the weekend as it was not urgent. He was able to get me a discount on the battery, which was also nice making it less than the ones I had priced from Batteries+ and Costco. He came and removed the old battery to take to O'Reilly's, which provided disposal with purchase of new battery. He had already priced the battery from there with a 4 year warranty and had advised me before arriving. He was very quick to get it replaced, made sure all was working before he left and hooked it up to the battery tender. He also assisted me with some interior paneling that had come off in the rear trunk of the car. Very reasonable and affordable compared to other mobile battery services I sought bids from. I will definitely call Josh again. Most likely when I need an oil change.

He "fixed" my car but ended up putting on the wrong parts and the paint job was just atrocious. I specifically asked for the right parts, but he insisted on using aftermarket ones instead. To make matters worse, he charged me an outrageous amount when I picked up my car. I had to take my vehicle to another body shop and a different mechanic to fix all the issues Victor created. I cannot stress enough how bad my experience was. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend Sonora Auto Body to anyone. He explained the how the process works and what to expect from insurance - what I appreciated most was his frank honesty about the damage to the car and he could and could not do.
