glossy black, not grey primed and unpainted

Extremely low-quality product not fit for high-end or any nice vehicles. Ordered Glossy Black Grill for an Audi R8 Show me in this ad (https://milkymotorsports.com/products/extreme-dimensions-113070?_pos=1&_psq=audi+r8+gri&_ss=e&_v=1.0) anywhere it clearly states "this product is delivered with primer and must be painted." I have a hard time finding it, and it is not as appears in photo black/glossy. Once your order is placed, you immediately get a disclaimer. Weird, but now I know why, they will ship you a crappy product. Buyer Beware, Stay Away!!!!!

I purchased one of ED'S bumpers for my Challenger. Horrible craftsmanship. The sharp edges around the headlights were sanded down, there was a full 5/8" gap on one side and a 1" gap at the hood. I attempted to return it but they saidbi didn't take the correct pics. After almost two weeks going back and forth, they told me the return had taken too long and I was not getting a refund. I now own a $650 fiberglass piece of garbage. They do not care about making quality products, just making a buck. Stay clear of Extreme Dimensions. You will be sorry!!

Cracked and terrible workmanship

Okay, so am I terrible review number what? 100 and something? Tell you what extreme dimensions and business manager Bruce C, I'll give you guys a shot and see if you do the right thing. My father (same last name as me, Mr C) bought a Daytona style spoiler for my Dodge Ram Daytona as an early bday present. He found the product on his doorstep yesterday when he returned from work and I opened it at his house today after we got off of work. The spoiler is cracked in atleast 3 different places and there's a huge chip in it, but not only is it damaged but the quality of this product is nowhere near what you guys advertise. I do bodywork on my truck a lot and I have spent countless hours sanding, bondo, and painting bumpers, fenders, you name it but I'm not a pro. I could've done a way better job rounding the edges out and molding this spoiler! Who do you guys got manufacturing your product? You need someone new or you need to fire the guys making a bad name for the profesionals at your company, if there is any. Either way, my father would like to send it back or destroy it or whatever you guys want, but he wants his money back and I don't disagree with him at all. As bad as I want a spoiler on my truck, I'm not putting that thing on there, and I'm definitely not looking forward to many weekends and nights after work and over a hundred dollars in paint and bondo and sandpaper to fix this thing and make it look halfway decent. So please do the right thing and get back to me in a timely manner and have someone reach out to my father and refund him his money because this is ridiculous. Also, so it's not confused, we only set the wing on my truck to see how it looked and then we inspected it, so we did not mount it, or did I bring it home with me, it's still in my fathers house in the box it was shipped to. *That was my review that I was going to post over a month ago. Since then I have bought an OEM spoiler and currently have it mounted on my truck and even though it has a couple scratches and a chip as well, it looks so much better than the one extreme dimensions sent to my father. He still has the damn thing sitting in the box in his garage because after weeks of going back and forth with Amazon and extreme dimensions, he was finally told that oh no it's too late to do anything about it. You guys are thief's! I truly hope y'all go out of business because you're not only terrible at your craft but terrible people as well. Keep that money though and all the other money you've stolen from people. Karmas a mother, have a good one

This is the fit for a hood

Total crap product$725 for a hood that did not fit will not respond to phone calls or emails don't waste your money .I have hired a lawyer to go after these people.

The bumper does not align with the car

Purchased a body kit for my Porsche Boxster. These kits are more expensive than average and i ASSUMED that because it was more expensive it would be the higher quality kits..its not. In my experience the cheaper kits have more need for modification. The more expensive ones fit better. This kit has no pre drilled holes. In fact where the holes should be is just very thin and fragile fiberglass. The bumper lines are can't get flush with the car and the marker lights don't fit. Below is a picture of how it lines up. I like the look of the kit. But do not recommend anyone buying this. If you do, be prepared for a lot of fiberglass work as it requires more work than the cheaper versions on ebay

Front hood wont fit right lifted up on left side. No cut out for windshield washer sprays . Since fiber glass paint looks horrible

I usually don't write reviews, but I must warn all potential customers about the products from Extreme Dimensions. I wish I could give this company negative stars. The items they sell are junk, Poor quality, and check for damages. My bumper has cracks, and not to mention, none of the products they sell fit. All items are way off in size. I purchased three items for my Lancer through Driven by Style.com manufactured by Extreme dimensions 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Duraflex Evo X V3 Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Duraflex Evo X Look Front Fenders - 2 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer / Lancer Evolution 10 Duraflex Evo X Look Hood - 1 Piece I wish I had never purchased products made by extreme dimensions or that someone (Driven) would have warned me about the junk product they produce. The front bumper and the front fenders did not fit, not to mention the bumper had cracks. The same hood thing won't fit flat on the car. See the pictures attached of my hood. The hood is raised on the vehicle and won't fit correctly, not to mention the paint in the sun looks HORRIBLE because of the bad product. Keep in mind I took this to a professional body shop to get this installed and painted, and they advised the same thing, Parts junk. If I were you, I would stay away from parts made by extreme dimensions as its junk. Spend a little more to get a good quality item than to waste your time buying junk.

Front and rear bumper

Honestly I saw the website and thought it was too good to be true everything that I was looking for was way cheaper than other websites. Unfortunately when I was ordering the website was down but of the sales reps Albert and Andrew helped me out along the whole process. They told me my front and rear bumper would be ready the next day. When I got there I just had to fill out a paper with my name and order number and within 5 minutes both of my items were at the loading dock ready for pick up. Over all it was a great and simple experience if you need almost anything for your car I really recommend this place.

Horrible, simply junk, dont buy from them! Purchased a rear mtech bumper for my bmw e90 sedan and recieved the bumper cracked from 5 different areas and to top it off the fitment of the bumper was way off, a joke of a product, waste of money!!. I contacted them and they had the audacity to tell me that the 24hr window to report damages had already passed. My advice to anyone else is to spend a little more to get a good quality item than to waste your time buying from them.

Photo's of all sides of Packaging from freight company, showing no damage

One star, as there doesn't appear to be an option for zero stars. Total scam, I will never purchase a product from this brand, company or person again. Have absolutely no idea how they get all of the good reviews - all in CA, so maybe they are employees. Discuss... Bought a Hood, and two bumpers for my SL55 AMG. Hood was on backorder, so just had the bumpers delivered. I was pulled in by the price, and was aware of the "will require finishing by a Bodyshop" tagline, so went ahead. I was having a full wrap job, so wasn't too worried about the finish, as they didn't need painting, only smoothing out to give the wrap a good finish. When they arrived, they were totally unusable. Credit to Erica at Illeet Auto Wrap in Austin Texas, she was trying her best to make it work, but the bumpers were totally unusable. "Will require finishing" implies some surface work to be done to be ready to paint ("finishing", right?). However, on inspection, the parts were impossible to fit. The finish was TERRIBLE (gouges, dips, runs, bulges of fibreglass), the shape was totally wrong, gaps were inconsistent (and in some places, there were bulges which meant the part would fit against the body at all), but the biggest problem was there were NO MOUNTING POINTS built into the parts. You know, the places where they fit to the body of the car? So, less "will require finishing", more "will require you to manufacture the structural parts of the bumper". 14 body shops laughed at me when I sent them the pics, only one local shop would take the work on and said that for there to be any strength in the mounts they'd need to be built into the whole part, with extra skins of fibreglass, and quoted me 8-10hrs work for this and essentially re-manufacturing the part shape and edges to fit the car. The cost of the bumpers from Duraflex, plus this work, was WAY over the cost of any of my other options. Also, the additional cost for the wrap shop for my car sitting in there for a month when it should have been a week was embarrassing (they absorbed that, as they are ace). The end of the story? Not even close. I demanded a refund and was told they would charge a 20% restocking fee, they don't pay return shipping, and wouldn't give me details of their shipping company who would take a package that size. They promised to issue a refund though, so I sent at my expense ($500, as oversized), insured, and assumed I'd receive a refund of 80% of my cost. I then chased my refund, as it didn't arrive in my account within 14 days of receipt of the return, as I'd been told it would take, and was told "the package arrived damaged, and the parts were not in a refundable condition", but (get this) the company had SIGNED FOR THE DELIVERY AS ACCEPTABLE, so I couldn't use my shipping insurance, as the goods were officially received in good order (despite Extreme Dimensions stating VERY CLEARLY on their website that if you sign for the goods without inspection you, the customer, has no recourse - so they're not following their own advice). Oh, and they discard the non-refundable goods after 5 days if THEY haven't heard from YOU, so when I contacted them 14 days later to ask about the refund they'd already thrown out the 'unreturnable' parts, so they're completely uninspectable. The Freight company, FreightCenter, took pity on me and refunded me their charges, but as it stands I have a car with the original bumpers, wrapped, and nearly 6 months wasted. Oh, and I bought the bumpers on a payment plan which I still had to pay the interest on as the company didn't accept the return. So I'm out of pocket more than a decent set of bumpers would have cost me. Total Scam, avoid like the plague....

Wavy Extreme Dimensions mold that causes a gap between where the ED rear bumper and stock Supra back align.

I know what you're thinking... the prices are so low and the body kits in the pictures look so great.. How could I not buy these parts for my car when I can't afford anything else? STOP! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Extreme Dimensions or Duraflex. Their parts are poorly made, it will cost you 2-3x the cost of the parts just to get a good body shop to fit them on your car, and their customer service is terrible. Here's a summary of everything that happened to me when buying a front bumper, rear bumper, and side skirts for my 1993 Toyota Supra: - When I went to pick everything up at the Extreme Dimensions warehouse in Fullerton, I had to get multiple parts brought out to me because each piece was cracked. (If these cheap fiber glass parts are all breaking just when being shipped and stored at their warehouse, they cannot be trusted on your car.) - I was told by the same guy who brought the parts out to me at the warehouse that if there was an issue with installing the kits that I would be reimbursed. - After having a 5-star-rated local body shop on Yelp put the bumpers and skirts on the car, they took pictures and confirmed that the quality was terrible and it would be an extra $1,000 to make the body kit work on my Supra because of how off the alignment was. - When I tried to login to the Duraflex website to file a claim, my account would not work and I needed to contact their Live Chat to have them correct the issue on their end. - After submitting claims with multiple pictures clearly showing the issues, I did not hear back from their customer service for over a month. - After finally calling in myself I was told I would be called back right away and of course wasn't. - When finally getting a call back from Suzie, she explained to me that I would likely not get any money back due to the pictures not measuring the exact length of gaps in the obvious pictures the body shop took. - When politely telling Suzie that I would be sharing my experience with others online because of how obvious the fitment problems were, I was hung up on. - After being told that my clear pictures were not good enough and that I would need to provide measurements of how much the alignment of the parts was off, I sent another email with exact measurements and pictures, yet still never heard back. Bottom line: Unless you have a cheap car that you don't care about, STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME DIMENSIONS AND DURAFLEX! Even if you think you're going to save money with their deals, you'll end up paying twice what you think when you need extra body work just to make their low quality wavy parts fit correctly on your car.

Front bumper cover is too wide.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a front bumper cover from them through a retail distributor. It took them over a month to fabricate the item and when it arrived it was not even close to properly fitting my car. Through the retail distributor I sent several pictures that indisputably showed that the bumper was defective. It took Extreme Dimensions weeks to review my complaint and when they finally did they refused to admit that what they sent me was defective. Despite making such a low quality item, they refused to issue a refund. I have since filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The company appears to not care if they are reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is probably due to the fact that they have so many complaints filed against them, that they are used to it.

Visiting Mr. Wayne at Dr. Detail was an amazing experience. I have lived across the street since…read morethe store opened but never stopped in due to a false belief that they only catered to professional detailers and car wash businesses. My black ten-year-old car was definitely starting to show its age. Despite car washes every other week, waxes every month, and attempts at hand polishing, the clearcoat was starting to oxidize and the paint was looking tired. I had gotten quotes for paint correction from a few mobile detailers and businesses ranging from $400 to $600 depending on how far I wanted to go with the restoration. Wayne greeted me from his corner office and after two minutes of me trying to explain my concern he was outside with a bar of clay, a spray detailer, and some compound. My main concern was that the clear coat on my car was too thin and that any further attempts at "cutting" or abrasive polishing would wear down the paint. Mr. Wayne assured me that I had plenty of clearcoat left and proceeded to test a small portion of the hood, bringing it back to a nice shine in a few minutes. The entire time he was educating me on products and methods on how I could achieve this in an afternoon with the right tools and supplies. After going back in the store, Wayne lined up products for me on the counter but I NEVER once felt any sales pressure. Hesitantly, I even mentioned that I had some Meguires polish at home and Wayne recommended that I use a Meguires compound as it will work best as a system. Normally, this type of comment would yield an irritated response from seasoned shop owners, but not in the case of Dr. Detail. He recommended that I purchase a dual-action polisher from Harbor Freight despite having a wall full of them in his store. He then even coached me on which pads to use with which product and the method by which I should hold and maneuver the polisher over the panels of my car. In the end, I left his store with only a bar of clay, a spray detailer, glass cleaner, but most importantly the knowledge and confidence that I could tackle this job on my own. Cut to this past weekend, after about four hours of pretty tiring work my car looks better than it has in YEARS. It most certainly isn't a show car but those were never my expectations for my daily driver. I was able to remove 90% of the oxidation from my hood and roof and attribute the remaining 10% to my own user error with the products and tools. We need more shop owners like "Dr." Wayne, he is a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to seeing him again soon!

FREDDY IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND POWER TRIPPEN TO THE MAX, FREDDY NEEDS TO HE FIRED!!!!…read more Freddy, like I said, I'm going to make this a big deal because the way you handled this situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. You messed with me in the right day, in the right time. On October 16, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to purchase an oil filter for my motorcycle. While waiting in line behind a woman with her two children, a man attempted to cut in line. I addressed him, and he apologized. After the woman finished her transaction, it was my turn. That's when you looked at me and said, "Just so you know, the guy was first." My issue wasn't with letting the guy go first. It was the way you chose to address me about it. If you knew he had been waiting, you could have communicated that respectfully before I reached the register. Instead, you confronted me about the situation, and I had an answer for everything you said which you obviously became visibly upset, started shaking and pacing around, then repeatedly keep saying, "I'm just letting you know that guy was first" constantly like arguing with a 3 year old. Not even your co-worker Gabriel was backing you up cause you knew YOU FREDDY was in the WRONG! Especially when I set you straight! This entire situation could have been avoided with simple communication or you just ringing me up then the guy, I came in to purchase one item, not to have an unnecessary confrontation with an employee or be cut in line, I will definitely not be made to feel like I did something wrong when I was simply responding to what I saw. Your attitude and behavior were unprofessional, and I expect this incident to be taken very seriously. People like you don't deserve to be in the position you are in with your green button up shirt, you need to be fired, today you showed me your TRUE colors I saw your "FAKE Great reviews" and seems like you've been working there for a while too, so I clearly need an explanation as to why you kept calling me Robin hood over and over getting more aggressive by the second? Do they not train the employees Because I know you wouldn't dare to act like that In front of your main store manager, Shaking with anger when I was the one who felt very disrespected and since you wanted to call me Robinhood repeatedly, remind you Robin hood was a legendary medieval rebel who fights systemic oppression by robbing the rich to sustain the poor, so if your calling me Robinhood that means I'm doing something that's right and standing up for the people who can't stand up for themselves..then YES ILL BE A ROBINHOOD AT ALL THE O RILEYS LOCATIONS AND DEFEND THOSE WHO WAIT IN LINE VS THOSE WHO CUT, but tell me is that how you treat your loyal customers??ones who spent thousands of dollars at your store??you sounded very cocky especially since there's was no manager at the store thats very interesting the best part is that there's cameras around the store to give me some credibility which is awesome, like I said all you had to do was ring me up but instead you had to open your big mouth and now we're here and trust me we're just getting started, this is just the beginning, me and my family as well as my coworkers and friends will no longer support this shop location and pray for its downfall unless Freddy is permanently terminated from the company, HE definitely should not be working there, treating loyal customers with horribly by saying disrespectful comments, I will be returning to confront store manager and will be contacting corporate, will be contacting Mr Matlock, and Mr Beckman I don't care how long you've been there today you messed with the right person!! Everything you said was perfect for someone to crash out at your store and make a bigger scene then it was especially since I was having a fantastic day only for you to ruin my whole experience and instead of lashing out im going to do the it the right way and let corporate deal with you rather than to destroy myself and get myself in trouble, I will not be letting this go!!! And will make it a mission to have you removed from there! I still have a lot more to add
