glossy black, not grey primed and unpainted

Extremely low-quality product not fit for high-end or any nice vehicles. Ordered Glossy Black Grill for an Audi R8 Show me in this ad (https://milkymotorsports.com/products/extreme-dimensions-113070?_pos=1&_psq=audi+r8+gri&_ss=e&_v=1.0) anywhere it clearly states "this product is delivered with primer and must be painted." I have a hard time finding it, and it is not as appears in photo black/glossy. Once your order is placed, you immediately get a disclaimer. Weird, but now I know why, they will ship you a crappy product. Buyer Beware, Stay Away!!!!!

I purchased one of ED'S bumpers for my Challenger. Horrible craftsmanship. The sharp edges around the headlights were sanded down, there was a full 5/8" gap on one side and a 1" gap at the hood. I attempted to return it but they saidbi didn't take the correct pics. After almost two weeks going back and forth, they told me the return had taken too long and I was not getting a refund. I now own a $650 fiberglass piece of garbage. They do not care about making quality products, just making a buck. Stay clear of Extreme Dimensions. You will be sorry!!

Okay, so am I terrible review number what? 100 and something? Tell you what extreme dimensions and business manager Bruce C, I'll give you guys a shot and see if you do the right thing. My father (same last name as me, Mr C) bought a Daytona style spoiler for my Dodge Ram Daytona as an early bday present. He found the product on his doorstep yesterday when he returned from work and I opened it at his house today after we got off of work. The spoiler is cracked in atleast 3 different places and there's a huge chip in it, but not only is it damaged but the quality of this product is nowhere near what you guys advertise. I do bodywork on my truck a lot and I have spent countless hours sanding, bondo, and painting bumpers, fenders, you name it but I'm not a pro. I could've done a way better job rounding the edges out and molding this spoiler! Who do you guys got manufacturing your product? You need someone new or you need to fire the guys making a bad name for the profesionals at your company, if there is any. Either way, my father would like to send it back or destroy it or whatever you guys want, but he wants his money back and I don't disagree with him at all. As bad as I want a spoiler on my truck, I'm not putting that thing on there, and I'm definitely not looking forward to many weekends and nights after work and over a hundred dollars in paint and bondo and sandpaper to fix this thing and make it look halfway decent. So please do the right thing and get back to me in a timely manner and have someone reach out to my father and refund him his money because this is ridiculous. Also, so it's not confused, we only set the wing on my truck to see how it looked and then we inspected it, so we did not mount it, or did I bring it home with me, it's still in my fathers house in the box it was shipped to. *That was my review that I was going to post over a month ago. Since then I have bought an OEM spoiler and currently have it mounted on my truck and even though it has a couple scratches and a chip as well, it looks so much better than the one extreme dimensions sent to my father. He still has the damn thing sitting in the box in his garage because after weeks of going back and forth with Amazon and extreme dimensions, he was finally told that oh no it's too late to do anything about it. You guys are thief's! I truly hope y'all go out of business because you're not only terrible at your craft but terrible people as well. Total crap product$725 for a hood that did not fit will not respond to phone calls or emails don't waste your money .I have hired a lawyer to go after these people.

Purchased a body kit for my Porsche Boxster. These kits are more expensive than average and i ASSUMED that because it was more expensive it would be the higher quality kits..its not. In my experience the cheaper kits have more need for modification. The more expensive ones fit better. This kit has no pre drilled holes. In fact where the holes should be is just very thin and fragile fiberglass. The bumper lines are can't get flush with the car and the marker lights don't fit. Below is a picture of how it lines up. I like the look of the kit. But do not recommend anyone buying this. If you do, be prepared for a lot of fiberglass work as it requires more work than the cheaper versions on ebay

I usually don't write reviews, but I must warn all potential customers about the products from Extreme Dimensions. I wish I could give this company negative stars. The items they sell are junk, Poor quality, and check for damages. My bumper has cracks, and not to mention, none of the products they sell fit. All items are way off in size. I purchased three items for my Lancer through Driven by Style.com manufactured by Extreme dimensions 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Duraflex Evo X V3 Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Duraflex Evo X Look Front Fenders - 2 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer / Lancer Evolution 10 Duraflex Evo X Look Hood - 1 Piece I wish I had never purchased products made by extreme dimensions or that someone (Driven) would have warned me about the junk product they produce. The front bumper and the front fenders did not fit, not to mention the bumper had cracks. The same hood thing won't fit flat on the car. See the pictures attached of my hood. The hood is raised on the vehicle and won't fit correctly, not to mention the paint in the sun looks HORRIBLE because of the bad product. Keep in mind I took this to a professional body shop to get this installed and painted, and they advised the same thing, Parts junk. If I were you, I would stay away from parts made by extreme dimensions as its junk. Spend a little more to get a good quality item than to waste your time buying junk.

Honestly I saw the website and thought it was too good to be true everything that I was looking for was way cheaper than other websites. Unfortunately when I was ordering the website was down but of the sales reps Albert and Andrew helped me out along the whole process. They told me my front and rear bumper would be ready the next day. When I got there I just had to fill out a paper with my name and order number and within 5 minutes both of my items were at the loading dock ready for pick up. Over all it was a great and simple experience if you need almost anything for your car I really recommend this place.

I initially had a HORRIBLE experience... BUT it doesn't seem to be Extreme Dimensions fault. I purchased a Duraflex R-line Front Bumper for my Passat and it came damaged. Unfortunately CarID (also know by Onyx on the BBB) uses the cheapest, laziest shipping freight YRC and the bumper arrived on a rainy where the driver literally left it outside, I don't know who signed for it at this point and bolted. As expected with my luck, there was irreparable damage with the bumper. I contacted CarID and they said they contacted the manufacturer. They then basically told me to pound sand. NOW THE IMPORTANT PART... fast forward a bit and I left a review reflecting my recent experience. The owner from Extreme Dimensions reached out as you see below and got me in touch with a friendly customer service agent named Mac. She was a breeze to work with and she did me right. I got a full refund and a sincere apology. GIVE EXTREME DIMENSIONS A SHOT TO FIX IT if you have a problem. They may not have even been notified from my experience. And their products look great.

Horrible, simply junk, dont buy from them! Purchased a rear mtech bumper for my bmw e90 sedan and recieved the bumper cracked from 5 different areas and to top it off the fitment of the bumper was way off, a joke of a product, waste of money!!. I contacted them and they had the audacity to tell me that the 24hr window to report damages had already passed. My advice to anyone else is to spend a little more to get a good quality item than to waste your time buying from them.

One star, as there doesn't appear to be an option for zero stars. Total scam, I will never purchase a product from this brand, company or person again. Have absolutely no idea how they get all of the good reviews - all in CA, so maybe they are employees. Discuss... Bought a Hood, and two bumpers for my SL55 AMG. Hood was on backorder, so just had the bumpers delivered. I was pulled in by the price, and was aware of the "will require finishing by a Bodyshop" tagline, so went ahead. I was having a full wrap job, so wasn't too worried about the finish, as they didn't need painting, only smoothing out to give the wrap a good finish. When they arrived, they were totally unusable. Credit to Erica at Illeet Auto Wrap in Austin Texas, she was trying her best to make it work, but the bumpers were totally unusable. "Will require finishing" implies some surface work to be done to be ready to paint ("finishing", right?). However, on inspection, the parts were impossible to fit. The finish was TERRIBLE (gouges, dips, runs, bulges of fibreglass), the shape was totally wrong, gaps were inconsistent (and in some places, there were bulges which meant the part would fit against the body at all), but the biggest problem was there were NO MOUNTING POINTS built into the parts. You know, the places where they fit to the body of the car? So, less "will require finishing", more "will require you to manufacture the structural parts of the bumper". 14 body shops laughed at me when I sent them the pics, only one local shop would take the work on and said that for there to be any strength in the mounts they'd need to be built into the whole part, with extra skins of fibreglass, and quoted me 8-10hrs work for this and essentially re-manufacturing the part shape and edges to fit the car. The cost of the bumpers from Duraflex, plus this work, was WAY over the cost of any of my other options. Also, the additional cost for the wrap shop for my car sitting in there for a month when it should have been a week was embarrassing (they absorbed that, as they are ace). The end of the story? Not even close. I demanded a refund and was told they would charge a 20% restocking fee, they don't pay return shipping, and wouldn't give me details of their shipping company who would take a package that size. They promised to issue a refund though, so I sent at my expense ($500, as oversized), insured, and assumed I'd receive a refund of 80% of my cost. I then chased my refund, as it didn't arrive in my account within 14 days of receipt of the return, as I'd been told it would take, and was told "the package arrived damaged, and the parts were not in a refundable condition", but (get this) the company had SIGNED FOR THE DELIVERY AS ACCEPTABLE, so I couldn't use my shipping insurance, as the goods were officially received in good order (despite Extreme Dimensions stating VERY CLEARLY on their website that if you sign for the goods without inspection you, the customer, has no recourse - so they're not following their own advice). Oh, and they discard the non-refundable goods after 5 days if THEY haven't heard from YOU, so when I contacted them 14 days later to ask about the refund they'd already thrown out the 'unreturnable' parts, so they're completely uninspectable. The Freight company, FreightCenter, took pity on me and refunded me their charges, but as it stands I have a car with the original bumpers, wrapped, and nearly 6 months wasted. Oh, and I bought the bumpers on a payment plan which I still had to pay the interest on as the company didn't accept the return. So I'm out of pocket more than a decent set of bumpers would have cost me. Total Scam, avoid like the plague....

Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a front bumper cover from them through a retail distributor. It took them over a month to fabricate the item and when it arrived it was not even close to properly fitting my car. Through the retail distributor I sent several pictures that indisputably showed that the bumper was defective. It took Extreme Dimensions weeks to review my complaint and when they finally did they refused to admit that what they sent me was defective. Despite making such a low quality item, they refused to issue a refund. I have since filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The company appears to not care if they are reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is probably due to the fact that they have so many complaints filed against them, that they are used to it.

Excellent product. I have had one of their carbon fiber hoods for four years now. It is still there beautiful every day I picked it up. In addition it has the added benefit of having a set of reverse air inlets on each side. 3 on each side. With the proper cooling, I cut out the vent a little bit and I am using them now with a little modification to the underside of the hood, I have mounted to 10 inch engine bay fans for cooling my alternator battery and engine bay. I wouldn't of been able to do this otherwise. But because of this great hood it was a possibility. It's amazing that the quality put into this hood has lasted this long and has those kind of diminishing in the future.

I just purchased a full body kit from @ExtremeDimensions and I can't wait to get it installed !!! The product quality looks great even the detail down to the mesh grill inserts looks sweet. The sales guy Irvine (I think that was his name) was very helpful and made sure I had the correct trim on my car. Will definitely do business with Irv again and order my carbon spoiler. read more

Ordered a carbon fiber hood through the website and it came really fast. The shipping cost was not bad at all for hood that size. I opened the box and it was in perfect condition, exactly what I was looking for. You never know what could happen in transit when shipping something like this, but it was a relief they did such a good job with the packaging. My friend and I had it installed in a couple hours and everything looks awesome. Show Stopper! read more

Long story short. I hit a small pole and it demolished my front bumper. I called up Nissan for a new front bumper and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg. I saw Extreme Dimensions after googling for front bumpers and did my research. I was scared to buy with all the negative reviews. I went ahead and bought it anyways because the price was ALOT cheaper than OEM. I got the bumper and it fit great! The body shop installed it and painted it for a good price and I was super happy to save some money. read more

I have purchased carbon fiber hoods from Extreme Dimension and it never has fit correctly without taking it to a body shop for extra $$. Do not recommend buying products from this company. read more

I really don't know what some people expect to get. It's not a OEM piece. Being in the show scene for many years, anytime you get a body kit, you know there will be a bit of modifying and prep work. If they are expecting to get something that fits like OEM why not just buy OEM? I got my kit and did a little prep work and it turned out nice. If i could put a zero star i would. Bought some over fenders and had a driver pick them up. Open them up and they are cracked and had chunks missing. So i send pictures to Paul and was told he'd take care of it even tho they dont normally do that. Then drove all the way down there to be told no because they were broken. DUH!! He saw the pictures. Crappy customer service and a complete waste of time read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased a carbon fiber hood from Extreme Dimensions and within 6 months the clear coat started to un-bond from the carbon fiber. I called and had a conversation with one of their technicians and had described what was going on with the hood. He agreed that this was a warranty issue, but upon attempting to have the hood replaced through the warranty, they denied it 3 times in a row. It's a joke. I bought some parts for my car and was told that everything would surely be fitted. Brought to my friend's shop, and my friend was like, where the hell did you get these parts, none of them fitted, they are either too small, or not the same shape.so I immediately emailed them with invoice number about the parts issue, got no response. I decided to drive to their office with all the parts so people over there might help me out with it. Nope. When I got there, the front desk girl seemed like she has been on Pills or sth, totally out of her mind. I finally got a chance to speak with the person sold me the parts, and was told I had to call their customer service and cannot leave the parts in their warehouse, I explained to them that I live really far from the warehouse, the parts might be cracked from transporting. Nope, they don't give a shit, everything is on your own. When I got home, the parts are cracked, so now I can't return them at all. Fuck this place, and avoid this place. Totally scam read more

Really?? Missing mesh for the grille, products not fitted.. Products missing some areas... Forget their "minor adjustments" needed... More like major adjustments needed.. And their return policy is bs.. If u do anythin to the bumper its voided.. How the heck you gonna check on the adjustments, how long the project will take, wats needed? Honestly the body shop said theyll charge me 600 for paint and fitted, once they started and the amount of work it took quoted me for 1700.... Wth... They took all the pics for the process and how much bull crap the bumpers are... Lies on site descriptions to try and get people to buy.. Prepare a lawsuit people.. WORSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTT company ever. Bought a lip kit for my 3 series and NOTHING fitted. It was all off, the body shop had to do so much modifications to make it fit. At the end, front and sides got fitted and the rear lip got scrapped because it was no where close to the real thing and I would never screw the next guy over by selling that to someone else. I received a hood and front bumper for my 1994 f-150 the hoods fit and finish is terrible lots of bondo and hours to fit and finish.The front bumper on the other hand belongs in a dumpster I Contacted the seller and mfg. they would refund my purchase price but I would have to pay out of pocket 370.00 to ship it back what a deal right like I said the bumper belongs in a dumpster it's not worth fixing. read more

I purchased a Carbon Creations carbon fiber hood ZR edition 2 (part # 106142) for a corvette, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE THINGS. It may be OK for a race car app but certainly not for a street car. The outside looked pretty good but the underside did not look anything like the pics on website. The underside was absolutely a POS. If you want to make this look half decent you will spend a couple thousand dollars in finish work. The vent holes are different sizes from side to side, example on the second row on one side the hole was 5" on the opposite side it was 5 3/4". Three of the tabs that hold the cheap mesh (and I do mean cheap) in broke off as soon as I touched them. As you look at the pics online there is a what I would call a secondary piece that covers the whole underside of the hood except for where the vent holes are at. That piece was not on the hood I received you can clearly see it was cut off for some reason. With that piece cut off so poorly there was alot of finish work just to make the rest of the underside look good. I could go on and on but assume I am running out of characters. I didn't notice all of these issues until after I started to make small changes then at that point it was too late because I made modifications and probably could not return it if I wanted to. If I didn't need a heat extraction hood I would have returned it, maybe I should have tried. To tell the truth I am very picky on what I install on my car and it has to be next to perfect, my car is a show car of sorts. Now once I am done with the hood it will be flawless but at a huge cost. read more

I mostly write reviews about food places, but I was so impressed with the prices and service here I had to give these guys some lovin'. I went here to pick up a front lip that I ordered online. I bought it from a different website that had it on sale, and I was able to save even more by just picking it up here since they're pretty close to where I live. Super helpful staff, even though I bought the part from someone else. It was nice being able to score a great deal online and still have a professional person to answer my questions when I picked up the part. They even helped me find a great shop nearby to install the lip. Definitely recommend. You should check out their Facebook page. That's where I found out about new products. read more

One of the few companies selling Tesla parts, but the only company that sells parts for a reasonable price. Purchased a carbon creations CF hood for a Model S and came out perfect. Not sure why people are posting negative reviews. Maybe they ordered the wrong part and can't return it, so they blame the company? These guys are pros! Knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. I felt like I got personal attention when I ordered my hood. I didn't see what others were driving, so I can't speak to their fitments, but I got mine for my BMW, and it fits perfectly! No issues. No damage. All the parts were there. And I live in NY! Easy. read more

I'm having an issue right now with CARID and Extreme Dimensions. I received a hood for my C6 corvette doesn't fit has defects missing grille in front really bad sloppy lines. But no one want to be responsible for the defect hood that got shipped out, not Extreme especially, they keep saying sand and smooth and get leveled. Never even looked at photos to see missing grille. Only offered to send a missing grille out after week 4 of calling carID. I took this hood to the dealership body shop, they don't even want to touch it. CarID keeps saying the manufacturers say its a good hood. Manufacturer makes DuraFlex. Maybe I just got a bad hood, but from the reviews I'm not the only one. My guess is that the company has so much stuff returned they don't want to pay for the return shipping for hood. How sad! I purchased some side skirts and a rear bumper for my daughter. I do not know much about cars but they really helped me out and educated me on the different materials and what would be good for what. Everyone was really nice and that is something that is a big deal to me. We ended up taking it to a body shop and they installed the parts. My daughter is happy and so am I. I purchased a "carbon fiber" hood from them for my focus. BIG MISTAKE. It has only like 1 layer of carbon fiber. The hood came with scratches, and these guys put the hood hook to clip into the car on BACKWARDS. Seriously? How hard is it for the slightest bit of quality control to keep such a major component of the hood usable? Don't fall victim to their lame advertisements about how durable they are, because they can't even get the product to fit or work right. read more

I am a quasi dealer through one of my performance distribution warehouses. I have tried 3 times to sell this product by customer request. All 3 times it cost me money, had to fight tooth and nail to get a credit the first time, and haven't received a credit on the last 2. And I'm the person they expect to be the face of their product and tell people it's good stuff, HAAAA! This is one of the poorest manufactured product lines I have ever seen. Parts arrive in bags sealed with chips and cracks in them (they tell me from shipping) but the chunks that have fallen off are not in the bags which are sealed by them! I would almost say that they are breaking laws selling such poorly made stuff and telling their customers to deal with it. Poor customer service, poorly made parts that don't fit. Extreme is the word for them, Extreme rip off!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Time to upgrade the hood to carbon fiber. I'll try and keep this short. I reviewed a number of CF manufacturers and narrowed it down to 3. So why Extreme Dimensions and Carbon Creations? Competitively priced and up to this point I am extremely pleased with the customer service. I haven't even received the product yet, for which I will update this review when I do. I can say, however, the service after the sale wherein one really judges the ability of an entity to satisfy customer needs and demands while exposing the business model used to deliver on their promises, has been exceptional. I have emailed Andrew, my account representative, a handful of times and he has responded promptly, so I've never had to call him. If there was a need to call, I have been provided with his office number should that occasion arise. Dealing with one person, the same person every time, and having their direct phone number. Who else does that??? So this is it...Extreme Dimensions employs a much different business model and assigns a dedicated account representative as a point of contact. All others...you get an 800 number with a so-called customer service or care specialist, whatever they're calling them these days to mask the reality of what they really are. Exceptional customer service at highly competitive pricing. So far Extreme Dimensions has delivered far more than their competitor's, and if this is any indication of their product quality then I can't wait to report back when I actually receive it. Since I just installed my Duraflex 86-R Hood, I figured I would do a review on it in case other people were thinking about buying one. I went over to Extreme Dimensions and the had a pleasantly good experience. The receptionist, Katie took care of me right away and my hood was ready pretty quick. I had ordered the hood from Mike, who came out to talk to me and make sure I was taken care of. I'm really happy with my purchase, as the hood fits perfectly and really stands out. It was easy to install too. The whole process from beginning to end didn't take long at all either. I have a damaged hood that has been 7 days and they will not replace the hood. They told me it can "buff" out..... If its under the clear coat, how is it going to "buff" out? Very very disappointed. I'm not trying to point fingers, but I just want the issue fixed or my refund so i can use that money to have a mechanic fix it .

Aftermarket Differential Bushing Upgrade - Highly Recommend Studio RSR…read more During my last oil change, the dealership let me know my differential bushings needed to be replaced. Rather than install another set of OEM bushings with a reputation for a relatively short lifespan, I decided to upgrade to an aftermarket solution and add the optional dual rear differential mounting plate. As many BMW owners know, BMW engineered the differential with provisions for **two rear bushings**, but from the factory only one is utilized. Early cars are especially prone to failure because the original bushings are hydraulic (fluid-filled), and even cars driven exclusively on the street have been known to need replacement in as little as 30,000 miles. Although Studio RSR is over an hour from my house, I called Robert, the owner, to discuss my options. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different setups and recommended the **Dual-Mount Differential Plate with ECS Poly Differential Bushings**. After the conversation, I felt confident it was the right choice. I had the parts shipped directly to Studio RSR, and they completed the installation while I waited. The entire experience was excellent. Their workmanship was top-notch, they communicated everything clearly, and it was obvious they know these cars inside and out. If you're in Southern California and need BMW performance or maintenance work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Studio RSR. The shop has a no-frills atmosphere, but don't let that fool you--the team is knowledgeable, honest, and their pricing is very reasonable. In an industry where finding a trustworthy BMW specialist can be difficult, these guys have earned my confidence. In fact, they previously helped save my car after another mechanic had made a serious mistake. They're also well known for their crank hub upgrades, so if that's on your list, they're definitely worth talking to. For anyone interested, I purchased the bushings through Turner Motorsport, but the installation could be done by any qualified BMW performance shop if Studio RSR isn't local to you.

Full job done in just 5 hours, same day turnaround is no joke. Easily worth the 3 hour drive, especially for the price. I bought the car stock 3 years ago at 110k miles from a close friend, who got it from the original owner. He mentioned the original owner claims that the rod bearings had already been done, but there were no receipts to prove it. Decided to get it done for peace of mind down the road (better late than never). Now at 131k miles, Robert and the team said they hadn't really seen wear like mine. The bearings had unusual divots in multiple areas, not your typical wear pattern. Thankfully, I got ahead of it and there was no damage to the crankshaft. Based on what they saw, they believe the bearings may have been aftermarket and possibly installed improperly.
