Was in a pinch and needed some brake pads. Called and spoke to Derek. Very responsive and helpful. Working on my wifes cousins car. Thought it had a 3rd row seat. Put the brake pads on hold for my wife to pick up. I double checked and found the car does not have third row seating. I called back and Derek answered. Most usually get frustrated when there is a mistake made and when they have to make changes. With Derek there was no problem. Was able to change my order with ease and was easy to work with. I bought a thermostat for my 05 G35 for $20. After I installed it correctly it kept heating up. So I took it to Pep Boys and per their diagnostics auto zone gave me a part to a Nissan instead and it wasn't OEM Pep Boys got the correct part from Inifiniti for about $30 and it ended up costing me a total of $227.06 parts and labor + $49.76 diagnostic and about $100 worth of Uber because I had no car for about 5 days. I can honestly say from past bad experiences with them, and recently having bought a scanner from the La Mirada store and when I asked the rep what he recommended he had no idea on what I was talking about this will be the last time I ever buy or set foot @ any of their locations read more

I came in saying my battery light was on and I needed to check what was wrong and she said oh well we don't check the when the light is on, but offered no help to come out and check the actual battery life of the battery. I'm assuming they go two and two. I do not recommend this place they do not care for the people who walk in. She obviously didn't listen to me either because when I walked in I told her my battery light was one and she gave me the reader for the check engine light. She also lied and said that they don't come out right now to check the car but I went to a different autozone and they came out and helped me with my car. Went in to order parts for the car I'm restoring and as I stood at a shelf looking at a window cleaning tool before going to order my parts a guy walked by and asked if I was wearing a mask. You could see I wasn't and I told him I forgot it. He said you need it. So I left and went to the PepBoys on Harbor. A parts store is a parts store. I went in and placed my order to be delivered and it came to just under 5700. less tax. Checking out the car, we discovered three different front lights were out (one headlight, one DRL, and one parking light); since when a light on one side goes out, the other is probably getting there, we decided to replace 6 bulbs total. Replacing lights isn't too bad if you are practiced at it, but it can get really messy if you are not, so I wasn't looking forward to doing the install... When I mentioned this in the store, they said "no problem", and Cesar immediately came out and installed all 6 bulbs, for free, and then politely refused to even accept a tip. Ten minutes, we were good to go. All in all, a great experience, and this Autozone is definitely our go-to car parts store! read more

Who reviews Autozone, right? I had to. I just had to. This business deserves it. Yesterday, while driving, my rear view mirror fell straight off my windshield. It just decided to roleplay as a meteor hitting Earth. So, I had to get it fixed. I was referred to the nearest Autozone by the place that usually fixes my car. Upon entering, an employee asked if I needed help and I explained to him my situation. He found a rear view mirror adhesive for me and explained what I needed to do to reattach it. He tried prying the mirror for me to show me how, but couldn't manage it. A for effort. I came home, followed the directions, and put the mounting bracket back onto the windshield. The next day, I tried reattaching my mirror onto the mounting bracket... and it snapped. I was angry. I had plans to go to West Hollywood in the night and I had no mirror. I went back and explained to them the situation. There were new employees working that day and they gladly found me the "best" rear view adhesive repair kit. They refunded the product I bought the previous day. Although annoyed at the extra trouble I had to go through, the workers there made up for it. I give the place 5 stars because it was not their fault for the dysfunctional product; 5 stars for great customer service. read more

Wow came in here to have my radiator replaced since I bought it here a while ago. And really I didn't know I was gonna be questioned about the item I purchased from you guys. It clearly is yours. I never had a issue about exchanging a part with Autozone like this with cary the store manager. Him and the guy behind the counter was trying to make it seem like I'm a criminal during this exchange. Asking me about where it's leaking and then telling me that the radiator it to dry for the exchange. So what it it is. They guy that removed it must have cleaned it out. But no to cary it was straight to " well I can decline the exchange and you can go to another store so he didn't have to do the exchange. Really now I have to take more time out of my life and stop at another autozone to exchange this part thanks cary but I'll be sure to take this up to the corp office.
