Avoid this shop. I went in to get an engine air filter. They didn't have my size in stock so I paid for it and they said they'd have it in the next day. It was $70. (I got the best one they had) I came in two days later and they told me they didn't have it because they sent it back . I asked them why they'd sent it back since I'd already paid for it. They said "I don't know". They told me to come back the next day. I returned and they gave me the filter. It was late so I didn't install it right away. When I did the following day, it was the wrong size. I went back to exchange it for the right one. This time it was the manager Luis. First, he made it seem like it was my fault asking me "did you tell them the correct car info"? "Did you tell them everything"? Yes. Then he made it seem like he was annoyed by his employees giving me the wrong one. He said "I'm sorry, please come back tomorrow, we'll have the right one" The next day, I went back and they couldn't find it. They said it no one ever did the return so they didn't have it but would be there the next day. In case you've lost count, this was my 5TH TIME IN THE STORE FOR 1 FILTER. I went back today and they hand me......the same filter from originally. The one that didn't fit. The lady sort of implied that maybe I didn't put it in correctly but I said, no, it's the wrong part number, look at the computer. Sure enough it was the wrong one and she blamed someone else. "Oh they sent the wrong one". Another lady, the asst manager stepped in and said, "well we can have it here for you tomorrow". This was my 6th visit. I said, can I just get my money back and go get it somewhere else? She refunded the money and I walked out. It honestly didn't seem like anyone cared or like I was annoying them. Ridiculous. Even their manager forgot to return the original so there was no one to complain to. In fact, when today's lady went back to get help from him, he walked out and didn't even bother to look my way. I guess his shift was over or something. Fortunately, Autozone is nearby and I went in, grabbed the filter and was out in 2 minutes. And this one fit. Also, the employee was on the spectrum (I work with people on the spectrum) and he was excellent and was able to do what 5 people at O'Reilly couldn't so a huge kudos to him! Bless this place for being located where it was when the car's power steering went out. We had to pull over off the freeway and into a neighborhood to check the hood what was wrong. Tried to find an Autozone but drove past O'Reilly instead and it was like the answer to our prayers. Plus it was opened! Borrowed some tools and bought a new part and changed it in the parking lot all within under 10 mins. The employee that was working was super helpful as the tools we borrowed wasn't the right size and they let us use a spare one. Got everything done and we were on our way back to our scheduled programming. read more

My car battery needed to be replaced. I drove to O'Reilley's . They said on the phone they'd install the new one unless a complicated installation. One of the cashiers promptly spoke to me when he got off the phone, and came outside to look at my battery. Unfortunately my battery clamp was bent way down and he didn't have the right tools. Advised I should take it to an auto shop. Of course when I tried to leave my battery died again. Went back in and asked the same cashier if he could jump my car. Oh... I felt like a pain in the butt! But he was happy to help. Quickly grabbed a jumper unit and got my car started. Told me how much I should expect to pay for a new battery at an auto shop. What a wonderful experience! I plan to go back there with some tools from home. Why give the business to anyone else! read more

These guys are the best! My car battery died in across the parking lot and they were cool enough to come jump my car so I could drive over to the store to get my battery charged. Come to find out my battery terminals were completely rusted and broke off but and Luis came to my rescue! He changed out the terminals which took forever because of the rust and then an antifreeze tube snapped out of nowhere and he replaced that too. He spent so much time helping me out in the cold just so I wouldn't have to go to mechanic for a $500 repair (it was only $48 in parts). I couldn't appreciate it more, I owe him big time!! And now my car is as good as new thanks to Luis! read more

This place really deserves one star. I had what I thought to be an easy part to get become a nightmare. It had to be ordered and I was told it was going to get there at 3. So I show up at 3, and turns out it won't get there until the next day now. So I had to leave and come back because they couldn't get their ordering right. After an excruciating wait because of this huge 3 person line (sarcasm), I finally got the part. The ordering mishap ruined my schedule so I wasn't able to get to the work for a few days. But when I did have the free time, I found out the part was wrong!! I was livid at this point so after my oil change I went in to dump the oil and return the part. But one kid greeted me as I walked in, saw I went to the oil drop off station and affirmed me he would be right with me. Only a few seconds later he was able to take care of me and get the part returned and oil dumped. He even took the extra time to wipe down my container! I never have a problem at O'reilly Auto parts. Came here to get my batter changed. Even though the employees aren't necessarily supposed to help install anything in your vehicle, I appreciate it!!! I love oreillys. Out of the 3 major auto parts stores I usually stick with this store based on the price. They always have considerably lower prices than the other two. The only thing is, this store is usually smaller than the other two. So there's a very high chance that the car part tha I specifically need for my make and model won't be in stock. But, I will order it online on their website. Then if this location doesn't have it, they will have it transferred from a sister store usually within the same day. So that's awesome. read more

Went here once because they said they had what I needed in stock according to the website about a year ago, got there and they "couldn't find it" Fast forward to this weekend when I had to rebuild the front end on a raptor for a customer and they said they had the uppers in stock and had to order the lowers. First was told they'd be in later that day, they never showed up (doubt the worker remembered to order them) said they'd be in the following day, they never showed up. In 2018 there is no excuse for this kind of BS aside from pure laziness, especially when I did their job for them and gave them OEM part numbers to cross reference for everything I needed. Normally I prefer O'Reilly if I can't get what I need from the dealer or NAPA but I'd avoid this store. I've never had any issues with the other stores close to me, it's just obvious nobody at this store takes pride in their work. read more
