Avoid this shop. I went in to get an engine air filter. They didn't have my size in stock so I paid for it and they said they'd have it in the next day. It was $70. (I got the best one they had) I came in two days later and they told me they didn't have it because they sent it back . I asked them why they'd sent it back since I'd already paid for it. They said "I don't know". They told me to come back the next day. I returned and they gave me the filter. It was late so I didn't install it right away. When I did the following day, it was the wrong size. I went back to exchange it for the right one. This time it was the manager Luis. First, he made it seem like it was my fault asking me "did you tell them the correct car info"? "Did you tell them everything"? Yes. Then he made it seem like he was annoyed by his employees giving me the wrong one. He said "I'm sorry, please come back tomorrow, we'll have the right one" The next day, I went back and they couldn't find it. They said it no one ever did the return so they didn't have it but would be there the next day. In case you've lost count, this was my 5TH TIME IN THE STORE FOR 1 FILTER. I went back today and they hand me......the same filter from originally. The one that didn't fit. The lady sort of implied that maybe I didn't put it in correctly but I said, no, it's the wrong part number, look at the computer. Sure enough it was the wrong one and she blamed someone else. "Oh they sent the wrong one". Another lady, the asst manager stepped in and said, "well we can have it here for you tomorrow". This was my 6th visit. I said, can I just get my money back and go get it somewhere else? She refunded the money and I walked out. It honestly didn't seem like anyone cared or like I was annoying them. Ridiculous. Even their manager forgot to return the original so there was no one to complain to. In fact, when today's lady went back to get help from him, he walked out and didn't even bother to look my way. I guess his shift was over or something. Fortunately, Autozone is nearby and I went in, grabbed the filter and was out in 2 minutes. And this one fit. Also, the employee was on the spectrum (I work with people on the spectrum) and he was excellent and was able to do what 5 people at O'Reilly couldn't so a huge kudos to him! Anyways, yeah, avoid this store.

Lazy workers won't check for part. Will tell you they have part make you waste your gas to fake look for it and tell you they don't have it.

Terrible business. Just like what everyone else has said terrible craftsmanship and no attention to…read moredetail. I let them use my 2013 mustang to test fit hoods to make sure their molds are still good. Even after test fitting their hoods on my car, the "carbon fiber" hood I received as compensation fit horribly. Even after much adjusting the hood did not sit right and the two bolt holes in the back didn't line up with the factory hood struts (pictured). There are also several dimples in the finish along with the ends of the hood flaring out and almost scraping the fenders. The hood also does not sit flush and does not reuse factory hardware. The bolts provided are significantly smaller and do not include washers(again as pictured). Their carbon fiber hood is actually fiberglass, with a sheet of carbon fiber put over the fiber glass. Not what I was expecting and not stated on their website. When I went to put my compensation hood on my car, I noticed that every bolt for my OEM hood was different. When I let them use my car, all of the OEM bolts were there and now they're all different sizes like they lost the bolts and slapped ones they had laying around on. Thank you to Drew for doing his best to work with me and ordering new OEM hood bolts. Terrible quality especially for a business that has apparently been around for 20 years and for an item costing $2,000. Would not buy from this company or let them use your car.
