Two stars for the manager, 5 for the long haired guy. . The long haired guy, very cool, easy going, easy to deal with. The manager George, not so much. Gave me a hard time about dumping oil. I guess I'll travel to another location then. read more

My car broke down suddenly behind AutoZone. I asked someone for help and Evan came to help. He started my car and then replaced my battery. If it weren't for him, I would have had lot more cars angry and honking at me. Again, I want to thank Evan for going beyond and helping out. Very happy as someone who invests in AutoZone. Thank you AutoZone and Evan for helping out. read more

Currently inside this store as I type this. There is one employee in the front helping a customer at the desk. There is currently a manger named Jocyln walking around the store talking on a personal call . Another employee Adrian was walking around the store on his phone when we first walked in. Have been standing here for ten minutes waiting for someone to help us . Adrian walked into the back staring into his phone and Jocelyn is still walking around on her personal phone. The customer at the register left, finally I thought , Thank God it's my turn. NOPE. The phone rang and the gentlemen at the register answered it and it was someone calling about a battery , he put them on hold and walked to the back to look for the battery. I finally interrupted Jocelyn on her personal phone call and asked if someone could help me. She said Yes , hold on . She walks to the back and tells Adrian that we need help and Adrian walks to the front with his cell phone in his hand and shuts the screen off as he puts it down on the counter to finally help us . Very rude and I will never come back to this store . Drive the extra couple of miles to a different Auto part store , I PROMISE it will be a quicker experience than going to this Auto Zone . read more

I just wanted to start off with what a great experience I had. This young kid Pablo helped me out. I came in confused looking for windshield wipers. He helped me find the correct size and model. Great store. I arrived 5 minutes before opening time at 8am and they opened the doors a little early at 7:58am allowing me more time to make it to work on time. I was welcomed immediately when I walked in and I was helped by the manager Peter who helped me look for an air filter, cabin air filter, and spark plugs. As soon as I let Peter know what vehicle I need the parts for, he made it really easy and went to the aisle where the filters are and grabbed all the parts for me. There was so many different options to choose from for the spark plugs, but Peter made a good recommendation for me and helped making my shopping experience convenient. I even asked about the rewards program and Peter helped me sign up. Overall, I received great customer service here and it was a good experience. I will be back for future purchases. Thank you Peter! read more

Shout out to John G and the employees at AutoZone at 146 N. Raymond. My son's car broke down on Raymond and he went into Autozone for help and the employees came out to push the car into their parking lot near Polly's Pies and Autozone. John quickly determined that it wasn't the battery and sid it was probably a faulty fuel pump. He was correct! Thank you John G. for helping my son at the time of need. These people are so nice and helpful. read more

This is the best autozone I have ever been to. Last night my battery died and after getting it jumped I drove to this autozone to get a new one. I am a girl in college without family nearby, who also knows nothing about car stuff. When I got there, immediately the employees came to help me out and were so kind, specifically Daniel J ! Daniel was so helpful and replaced my battery for me even though they usually don't do it after a certain time. He took the time to fix it while also talking to me about everything under the sun. When I offered to tip him, he wouldn't take it and just asked that I pass a good deed on. I am so grateful for him, as if he wasn't working I would probably be stranded with no car to drive. This was the best experience I have had with a car repair shop and I felt actually cared for instead of just another customer. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you so much !!!! read more
