This is the most unprofessional location I've ever been to, they have large guy wearing a grey shirt with a poor attitude and treating customers and staff like trash all while not helping anyone just causing more problems. Other workers aren't even in uniform, and no one seems to know anything about looking up anything and just guessing and giving out wrong info. Prices seemed to get a lot higher but what hasn't? Also, hopefully you still get what you pay for. I've had 2 great experiences now twice in a row. Customer service seems to be lacking in this day of age, especially during these strange and difficult times. But.... Twice now I've gone into this AutoZone and the one on Euclid and Commonwealth both in Fullerton and the Customer Service has been awesome! So good, it shocked me in both cases. Also, the knowledge these both had on what I needed was Spot On. Great job you guys and thank you. Friendly customer service is worth more than people realize. I got there before 10 am and didn't have to wait too long. I was next in line within minutes. Love that, not all Autozone are created equal! But. This particular location got my business anytime. I went into autozone to buy my mother's car an alternator with my nephew Austin since he's our little mechanic. District manager Sofia helped us out in the counter. When it was time to pay we asked if we could use our fathers discount and she said only dependents very rudely otherwise he can get fired. She repeated it multiple times asked for my fathers store number to call and verify. She called and verified and still continued to state that he could get fired. She sold us the part with his discount after the unpleasant, embarrassing scenario. I asked if I could pay or if my nephew had to pay just in case so my dad wouldn't get fired, She stated that I could pay. As I'm paying she stated, "I can tell your very upset", for what reason is she asking? Clearly egging on the situation. The transaction was complete why continue to harass us? I lost my mind at that point and had to let her know how unprofessional she is threatening that my dad can get fired multiple times. She even called his job site and continues to pick at the situation. If my father gets fired I will definitely be taking this to court for harassment. They have video and audio footage on cameras at their store they can refer too. read more

They've never asked to hold my license Jason did not explain why they're holding my license extremely rude. If he would've explained it I would've thought about it I've got my identity stolen before. Unacceptable, Unprofessional and Totally Offensive Experience at Autozone 180 W. Orangethorpe Fullerton California at the corner of Brookhorst around 11:36am on June 2, 2021 Store# 5522 Manager's Name Jesse 714-870-8286 Regional Managers Name: Sofia Calderon 714-526-1313. Here's what happened: I, a 4'11" tall 130lbs woman was standing in line at Autozone Fullerton, CA when an inappropriate, rude and verbally abusive man who was approx. 6' 2" tall and approx. 280lbs makes his way between me and the gentleman in front of me in line and stops, so I politely informed him the line was behind me and he say's I know where the da*nm line is in unmistakably rude tone. I responded politely while I wasn't sure so I thought I would let you know, there is no need to be rude. The rude man stands behind me in line and a few second later I hear him mumble "you dumb b*tch" and I just ignored him still standing in line. A few seconds after that the rude man mumbles again "you f*cking wh*re and I still ignore him, then I am called to the next open register, I start to walk toward it and I hear him again mumble "f*cking b*tch*, I stopped and turned around and said I hear to calling me names that is totally inappropriate and rude and I proceeded to the register. I informed the male Autozone employee helping me of what happened and names that rude man was calling me while we were in line and the employee did not even respond. I said what a jerk and made a comment to the employee that I can't believe they allow people like that in their store. Again the employees said nothing. My husband who had been browsing around the store while I was in line came to the counter and I told him to watch is back, I told him that this rude man was calling me names and what happened then my husband immediately confronted the rude man verbally; Asking who called my wife a b*tch and a wh*re and the the rude man responded f*ck you. No employee or manager at any time stepped in expect when my husband smacked the plastic protector yelling at the rude man and then and only then the employee and the manager Jesse told my husband to leave the store; My husband said I'm leaving and abruptly walked out, as he was going through the door the manager Jesse shouts you almost hit that lady as he swung the exit door open, as a woman was entering the store and my husband was leaving to which my husband apologized to the lady and she replied it was was fine. The manager was trying to make my husband look like the bad guy. In the meantime the store staff went on the serve the rude man. I told the manager Jesse that the way the rude man spoke to me, the rude man should have been asked to leave the store not my husband who was the only man defending me. The employee should have told the manager the minute I informed him of what happened with the rude man in line and the manager should have spoke to me and then removed the rude man from the store. When I left the store I convinced my husband not to teach the rude man some manners his way as it was not worth the trip to jail so we left. I called another store to get the phone number to the district manager and was provided the number listed above for Sofia Calderon. I called and spoke with the district manager Sofia Calderon who seemed uninterested in my complaint and kept interrupting me with "uhuh 's) Sofia said "I am sorry for your inconvenience" instead of 'No one should be treated like that in our stores by the rude customer or staff'. Sofia said she'd have a talk with the staff in an unconvincing tone. My experience today was that Autozone staff at the Fullerton store allow their male customers to mistreat female customers any way they choose without reprimand what so ever so they obviously disrespect woman as they disrespected me and care more about the sale then the women that shop at their stores. read more

Very glad I stopped into this Autozone today. They were quite busy but Jorge was really on top of getting to every customer. It seemed like he was running the place with all of the other associates no where in sight. Bought a couple new headlights and Jorge offered to install them for me. I don't know how this location has the highest ratings out of the other auto zones in the area. This is definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced with this company. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes then when they finally pick up my call I let the guy know how long I was waiting and he says nothing and just asks for the part number. No apology or any customer service skills there. Then I tell him what I need and he gives me the wrong part and then tells me they have a product and so I tell him to double check if that's true because I just called a different auto zone and they don't carry that part in the system and he looks into it and boom I was right he doesn't even know what he's talking about. After overhearing my problem he went and found an alternative to my problem without being asked. Luckily my Co-Worker jump started me and i went Straight to Autozone In Which this case this was the closest one too my freeway Exit, So I Went inside and this young Guy named Jesus attended Me and i asked him if there's any way you can check if my battery is bad or my Alternator , And he Grabbed A Battery Meter or whatever its called and came outside to test my battery & Indeed My battery Was BAD. & i Believed it because my car had died on me twice before this incident i just never worried about it. & so i Purchased a New Battery Came with a 2 Year Warranty And Jesus Installed the New Battery and removed my old one and brought my car back to Life!
