The shop is a bit small, probably only room for two cars at a time in their garage & two in front, but when I had arrived there was no wait time at all. Called 30 mins prior to arriving and the gentleman over the phone was very pleased to take me in for an oil change that my vehicle needed. Total wait time for service completion was about 1 hour. They have a little outdoor wait area where you can chill or you can take a walk just about anywhere you like since the location is at the heart of downtown Fullerton. The services done were a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and free multipoint inspection of my vehicle. Robert went over the diagnosis of my vehicle with me and did not make me feel pressured at all to get anything else done there and then. First time here for oil change & tire rotation that I had a Groupon for. I believe I was helped out by a guy named Teddy? I'm sorry, I forget names too fast lol. I set my appointment over the phone and he was so nice! Usually when I call other shops, they would be rushing to get the call done. But he was very patient and seemed like a nice guy already. When I got there that day and saw the shop, I honestly was a little taken aback because of how small it was. But I always want to give local shops a chance. When I went in, I was greeted by the same guy who was on the phone. He was very welcoming and checked my car in quickly. Even though he knew I had a Groupon, he was still very nice and patient with me. (My usual experience with other shops knowing I had a Groupon was not that great) He called me when my car was ready for pick up. It was finished a little over an hour. When he was completing the transaction, he went over the health of my car. My Groupon was for an oil change and tire rotation. But when he was talking, I realized they also did a multipoint inspection on my car as well! They checked my exterior lights and brakes. They also looked at my tires and filled up the air! Usually other shops would be like, "Oh your tire pressure is low. You should get it pumped." But they filled it up for me wow! *A side note from my past experiences: there were times where I had Groupon's for oil change AND inspection. But pretty much all of the shops I used them at, I am not even sure they did the inspection. They would call you up when your car is finished and hand you the keys. Usually that's a sign they did not even bother to go over the details with you or even do the inspection(?) But here I am at Boss, with a deal for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a friend go in for a simple tire swap that takes 5 minutes to do and they charged 20 dollars . He had the tire to swap already and they still over charged. On top of that I call and the dude that answers did not even know their location. After asking how much they charge for a tire swap is only to investigate the price he says and I quote " oh, 15, 20, 25 I don't know how ever much you wanna pay ".
