Atrocious customer service…read more Was emailing back and forth with this company for about a week, and had discussed a price for a small package of parts (they were offing a deal if I bought 3 at once). When we had come to a price agreement and I went to order from them online they quickly removed the deal we discussed out from under me. Sadly, after contacting customer service about this again, they gave me no explanation as to why they would not honor the deal we had reached, and would only say "This deal is no longer going on." regardless of our discussed arrangements. Bottom-line: Pick a more honest and reputable seller for automotive parts, don't be deceived by cheap prices. You get what you pay for, you're much better off going with an established brand like Stillen, WW, Razzi, etc. They also have much better customer service. ADDITIONALLY this manufacturer has been caught stealing photos for product advertisement multiple times from different car forums without permission from the car owners. This isn't a huge deal, but it just shows the integrity of this business. (message me if you would like details or proof of this)

The quality of the work is great, and the red calipers completely changed the look of the car. Check out the before/after photos. Noe and his brother are both super cool guys who take pride in what they do, and it shows in their work. After going back and forth with Noe several times over a few week period trying to find a time slot that worked for me, we finally got it scheduled and they were able to bang it out within a day. Dropped her off in the morning and picked her up later that afternoon. They were even able to fit me in on a Sunday (during World Cup!), which I really appreciated as this was really the only way I could make it work with my work schedule. The price was fair and reasonable, and their work is backed by a three-year warranty for added peace of mind, which is super rad and demonstrates they stand behind their work. I highly recommend Long Beach Calipers to anyone looking for quality caliper powder coating and great service! I searched for several hours trying to find the best place (and price), and I'm stoked I chose these guys because they nailed both. Save your time and look no further, these guys are the real deal.

Don't let the name fool you... they really do have every rim!…read more After my daughter's used Tesla kept showing a low tire warning for three months, we finally discovered the real culprit--a cracked rim. Tesla's response? Blame the driving conditions, even though the tire itself had no damage and it was pretty clear the crack wasn't new. Then they quoted us over $600 for a replacement rim with mounting and balancing. Ouch. Thankfully, Salinas Tire pointed us to 1-800-EveryRim, and I'm glad they did. Ralph was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution instead of the most expensive one. No pressure, no gimmicks--just honest customer service. We were in and out quickly with the exact rim we needed for $250. We took it back to Salinas Tire, had it mounted and balanced for another $40, and were back on the road for about $290 total--less than half of Tesla's quote! It's refreshing to find a company that believes in taking care of customers instead of taking advantage of them. If you need a replacement rim, skip the dealership and call 1-800-EveryRim first. Honest people, fair prices, fast service, and a business that has earned my respect. Highly recommended!

Rang the bell, explained how my husband was going back-and-forth via email with someone, Nishan Michaelian, Online Sales Lead. We were looking for a wheel for a for my son's Corolla. We really didn't want to spend a lot of money, and as the website will explain there are wheels grade A, B and C. We settled for a C to save money; it looked terrific by the way with maybe two little scratches. We got the wheel and paid and were in and out in 10 minutes. In addition as a woman, I feel highly intimidated going into some male oriented businesses, and they were polite, professional, and very respectful. Five stars to this wonderful, wonderful business. Quick response, variety of choices, saved money, and a quick turnaround of 24 hours to get this wheel. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full…read moreaccountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
