    Amazing Service! Ethan C. and Corey L. S. were absolutely amazing and so helpful! My car battery died today, and I first went to the store on S. Vermont in LA, where I was unfortunately given a battery that didn't fit my car. Since I don't know much about cars, I drove to the Temple City location to ask Ethan if it was correct. He immediately noticed it was unsafe for me to drive with that battery and quickly helped me exchange it for the right one. Both Ethan and Corey were super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm so thankful for their help and kindness -- truly outstanding customer service!

    I have a hybrid car. I took it to the car wash, and it started to malfunction it would not start. Anyway -I took it to autozone because they have this tool that measures the battery. I wanted to see if it was ok. The person there was helpful he used the tool on the battery but it gave no signal. Could not connect. Maybe it was the water from the earlier car wash. They also have another tool that checks the car further. Good customer service!

    So grateful for the two gentlemen that assisted me with my shattered mirror crisis. I was able to get my mirror replacement ordered easily with them and it came one week later. They were really nice and helpful and I appreciated their time. Thank you again.

    Worst customer service ever. I went in for power steering fluid and ask one of the four people that was working there and he looked it up on a computer and told me I needed a certain brand. I went to look and they did not have enough so I picked another brand that was for European vehicles and asked him if it was a good substitute. He told me to google it. So I did and then went on to pay for my items. They had to switch to another register so I went down to it. Instead of just bringing my items with him he told me to go back and get it myself then proceeded to bs with his coworkers totally ignoring me. CS in general has really gone down the toilet!

There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.

So : I don't know the name of the older guy who wears horn rim glasses but every time he's at the counter he invents some lame dishonest excuse why he cant sell me what I need no matter what it is I want (spark plugs, door handles, gaskets etc.) . I'm a retired VW Mechanic and shop owner so I know when I'm getting hot air The most recent example was this : I needed a #120 main jet for a Standard Solex 30PICT-1 carby on a 1963 Bug with 40 horse engine . He B.S.'d me saying there were many different jets and he'd need to _SEE_ my old one before even trying to sell me one . That's a COMPLETE LIE and there's no way he didn't know what I wanted or needed a sample . I am a cash paying Customer and never, _EVER_ return parts so he can't complain I'm a difficult Customer . I'm told by the many local VW Hot Rodders he's tops in the Kadron business (Kadrons are Brazilian made copies of SOLEX carbys, made for dual carb. installation) . There's NO EXCUSE for this . I went to IPC 14222 Prairie Av. Hawthorne 90260 and as soon as I said "I need a #120 main jet" he pulled out a large box full and asked "? what size Sir ? I have many " . I hope Kaddie Shack does well in it's new Temple City location , please give them a try before you make up your mind . Every time i go to the store i am at least approached by 3 different people asking me if they can help me. They also fix your car or lower your ride on Saturdays. Prices are very competitive and super cheap - pay cash! They also do a great job! Their parts are also one of the cheapest on-line. After some confusion with my Garmin (which didn't recognize that the address existed and instead prompted me to select an address up the road), I successfully pulled into a parking spot. It's located in a typical San-Gabriel-Valley-style warehouse chain. The storefront was minimalistic--just a small lobby with a door to a warehouse (employees only) and a flight of stairs leading up to...somewhere. There were two display cases against the wall, and they contained mostly cosmetic parts (fairlady z badge, jdm honda badge, a couple of shift knobs [including a ctr shift knob!], pedals, a boot or two...). A young gentleman came to assist me and, after hearing why I was there, went into the warehouse and returned with some Blox knobs for me to check out. I had assumed that the other shift knobs available for ordering on their website would be in stock, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Oh well. I asked about Razo knobs, and though they didn't have any in stock, the salesperson was kind enough to walk us over to another employee's car so I could have a look at what the Razo looked like installed. Anyway, the Blox was pretty much what I was looking for, and he gave me a good price (woohoo, no shipping charges), so I took it. BOTTOM LINE: small storefront, call if you have your heart set on a particular part, nice people. would return to buy more!
