Gave them a call and the guy was able to confirm that they have the battery that goes with my car in stock. Hurried over and was in and out in under 10 minutes. During the removal and installation of my battery, the guy was very professional. We had an easy going conversation that didn't feel force and it didn't go on too long. Treated my car with care. He even moved by driver seat back to the original position after having to move it so that he can access the area beneath the steering wheel. They offer both refurb battery or a brand new battery. So that was nice that they provided options to the customer that would best fit your budget. The battery also comes with warranty. Installation is an additional fee of $30. All major credit cards accepted. My old battery was also an Interstate Battery. Got to say, I'm pretty impressed. Used it for 7 years before it gave out. This is now my go to spot for car batteries. I use to pay a much higher price for batteries but now I get these refurbished ones and they work just as good! The man told me they probably last about 2-3 yrs, but when I came in for an exchange, mine lasted about 4-5 yrs, and I drive over 50miles daily on my commutes to work. The car batteries they sell are really good batteries. I just recently replace the battery for my car, and it lasted for over five years! Before I had the battery replaced, they tried to charge it overnight, but no go! The battery cells were beyond charging, so time to replace. Usually, they charge $5 dollars for the charge (other places that charge your battery will also charge), but I wasn't charged. They even pro-rated my old battery and applied it to the new one! Nice! The best part: since the battery was not in stock, for a refundable fee of $60, they'll install a loaner battery, so you can continue to drive your car while waiting for the new one. Once the battery is in stock, bring your car in, return the loaner battery (actually, they'll remove it for you), get your $60 dollars back, and no charge for installing the new one. Recently I tried to start my cars and my engine was cranking very slowly. Since I didn't want to take a chance to jump start my car in future, I decided to do a quick lookup and found this Interstate All Battery Center. I came to the center at 8:30 AM and was greeted by a technician named Kevin. He had a great energy and immediately tested my battery. I saw the meter reading and it was close to borderline between replacing the battery vs caution. I didn't hesitate and asked Kevin to replace my car battery. Kevin presented two options: [Refurbished battery] - I didn't even know it was even an option. Apparently some car owners select this option because they are about to sell their cars & so they would go with this cheaper option. [New battery] - Kevin suggested this option if I am not thinking about selling my car in near future. They have 18-month warranty period and 60-month warranty period and I ended up choosing 18-month warranty period for cheaper price. I asked Kevin whether they have the right battery for my car (Honda) and he said they have them in stock. The quote was $120 (Interstate Batteries M-51R) excluding tax & installation fee. Additional installation fee was $30 and it took Kevin less than 10 minutes to complete the installation. At the end I was able to get out of the center in less than 15 minutes and the overall process was super smooth. i purchased a two year warrantee battery 9 months ago , it wasn't starting the car yesterday and i returned to interstate to check it out. The tech checked the battery and found it to have a bad cell , then offered to replace the battery free of charge . My problem is the replacement (new) battery warrantee would only be good for 15 months (not 2 years ) because of the policy . If its a brand new battery shouldn't interstate guarantee it for 2 years ? This seems to be a bit shady to me that interstate doesn't stand behind there product ! We pay for a 2 year product , but when its replaced due to poor workmanship , shouldn't we not expect interstate to stand behind there batteries and keep the warrantee the same , it would be a 2 year warrantee if i had purchased a new battery. Cleary interstate battery does NOT believe there product is worth a 2 year warrantee , but sure dose charge for one! In closing if you want a company that stands behind its superior product , you may want to avoid INTERSTATE BATTERY with a high price and no service ... seek a better battery, there are many out there read more

Quite honest people who will test the wear and tear of the car battery before changing it if necessary. My old car battery lasted exactly three years, and it was time for a new one. They offer different stages of warranty for the battery purchased, as nobody can predict it's lifespan. So more of a gamble on what you think is reasonable and fair priced. I like those options! Overall, service was great! I met the owner's son who's very courteous. My process from buying to installing the new battery was about a half hour, depending how busy they are daily. These guys are top notch. I had issues with my wife's Accord not starting without a jumpstart and having an Interstate battery, I took it on the next day. I was helped out by Kevin and he tested the battery to find it completely drained. I needed to leave there overnight for them to run a proper diagnostic to honor the warranty. He gave me a loaner battery and installed it for a $25 deposit. Next day, I came back and he said the original battery had two bad cells and he would replace it with a new one without charge due to it being under warranty. I passed by this afternoon for a battery test on a battery I purchased five years ago. I figured it was better to be safe than sorry since my batteries tend to last four years. Okay, my family have always been a fan of Interstate batteries because of their reliability. My vehicle battery was no longer holding a charge and I decided to bring it here to see if it was the battery or my vehicle. Andrea tested the battery and discovered it wasn't able to hold a charge. He then checked how many months was still available in our warranty and issued a discount for the new battery. Fast forward a week after and the new battery once again did not start my vehicle. I then proceed to bring the new battery for them to check and recharge overnight. He then issued a loaner battery for me to bring my vehicle in to ensure that the battery will be installed correctly. They had the battery I needed in stock and with my battery being an interstate one, I was able to get the pro rating on it (score!) I took the battery..(after I charged it) to auto zone and o Reilly auto parts.. finally I had to call AAA to give me cables and check my battery... they all determined that the battery was not good and not retaining the charge..
