Car battery died at 7:30 AM, got it to crank so I could drive to my local AutoZone. Attentive staff as soon as I walked in. Thank you to the gentleman working at the time, didn't catch his name. Showed me battery options and installed the new one for me. Also took the old one, very quick process and I was able to make it to work on time! read more

Working on cars for YEARS... The parts quality are hit and miss. Try to STAY AWAY from buying important components (like water pumps and sensors) unless they are name brand even if they have warranty. You are more likely to USE THE WARRANTY ! And LABOR IS NOT COVERED ! They are awsome when you are in a bind, so not all parts are bad. read more

This is usually the location I go to whenever I need something immediately for my car. The workers have always been friendly but sometimes can be a variety on the knowledge they know. As someone who doesn't know anything at all about cars and what I need to take care of mine so it drives for the next 100k miles, the staff is usually very patient and helpful! read more

I would recommend this place if you are in a pinch, but for something like wiper blades they are a bit on the exxy side, $60 for 2 front ones here as I checked today. Amazon is like $23 for both driver and passenger side wipers. I thought I should get the more exxy water repellent Rain brand kind, but good ole YouTube taught me to just use an old sock, saturate with WD-40, and wipe off wipers regularly to take off the debris but also allow them to wipe as good as new without streaking. So eventually that's going to be my plan for the normal non-Rain brand ones that I will install from Amazon. (Could this be the end of places like AutoZone as we know it? It is still nice to have a physical store to see and touch the product, but if you can wait a little and do the labor yourself, save $$, like how one might try out a shoe at the store and buy online later if there is a big difference in price?) I would come here for some good advice (that's what they advertise on their physical sign: "parts, service, and advice") and complement that advice with youtube, get the parts at Costco or amazon and DIY to keep more money in my pocket. read more

Huge shoutout to the manager Isaiah. I had an issue and he provided guidance and a lot of expertise. I went to two other AutoZone's before and they told me the wrong information. He's won me over, I'm definitely only coming here from now on. read more

Extremely rude manager. I bought some jumper cables which were extremely pricey and found them cheaper at Harbor Freight the same week, when I went to return them the manager would not take them, even though I had my receipt and everything was in original packaging. He simply said no, I don't think I will be back at this auto zone location again. I did go down the street and return the cables at the auto zone on Valley, no hassles. read more

I don't know who he is but he's a little fat and he's rude. You give the worst customer service. I enter for help on which windshield wipers to get for my car, you clearly tell me to get the 26 and the "1-18". So I go to the aisle, get the 26 and the...5 minute waste of time looking for a "1-18". I know I'm not crazy because my son ALSO heard you say "1-18". After I go to the desk, for help, you start treating me like a stupid or lazy person, then give me a discount like price is the problem here! You then start calling me buddy, and start talking me through the process of paying, what buttons to press and how to install the windshield wiper in a super sarcastic tone. I took it off fine, I think I can put on, thanks. To top it all off, he was on his phone the whole time. I don't care if the rest of the employees are the nicest people ever. Put whoever he is in a customer service position or an elderly home, so he can learn to have some respect or patience with the customer. Worst experience ever. Even though it's the closest Auto-Zone to home, I'd rather travel farther for better service. read more

Needed some last minute car needs and this was close to my job and gym. Typical autoZone with all the needs and wants. The customer service was great as usual as the guy helped me narrow down my windshield wiper blades. read more

This place is LAME! The idiot kid that works there sold me 2 different windshield wipers telling me they were the ones I needed I didn't figure out what he'd done til I got home! Yesterday my girlfriend went in there to buy a battery $279 and the same lazy kid told her he would put in the new battery for her but he'd need a special tool but he didn't have one so he referred her to a MOBILE MECHANIC...she brought new battery home to me, no special tool needed what a fkn LIAR! read more

Called for a part ahead of time, very responsive. They confirmed part was on hand, picked up part with no issue. Very nice ppl.

" Feng " was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend yesterday. He kept argueing with us about why we cant return something back to the store and he got aggressive and slammed a bottle on the table. FIRE HIM NOW!!!!!!! read more

I had an unsatisfactory experience at AutoZone due to poor customer service. "Feng" was unhelpful and dismissive when I needed assistance, spoke to me with complete disrespect I don't know if it was his ego that got to him that day but he kept trying to belittle me when all I went in for was a return,This incident was unexpected and not reflective of my usual experiences with this store. I hope my feedback leads to improved service in the future. read more

Awesome service. Thank you for helping on replacing the car wiper. I would definitely come back

He tries to sell you the most expensive car battery. I tell him i dont need it and i point to one that costs $99. He insists that the $99 car battery doesnt work, but i show him the autozone app on my phone which states that it is compatible with 5 star reviews. He fucking shuts his mouth looks down and the look of his face as if he has seen a fucking ghost. read more

We called this place to order a part, and when they told us it was there, and to come and get it. We drove all The way there, and when we got there we asked them for the part they told us,"the part didn't come yet", are you serious you called us and told us to come. Then the guy was really rude and told us that he didn't know "shit". Are you serious, how rude can you be. He had a high school sweatshirt on. I will never come here again or tell anyone to come to this store. If you want to be yelled at, and waste your time, go ahead and come to this place. But if not find a north suit zone. read more

I am not an auto zone expert so I will keep this review short. - It has used oil collection center. - Free testing. - Free battery charging. - Free loan a tool service. - They sell sodas in case you are thirsty while fixing your car. - They do carry cute stuff like Tinkerbell and Hello Kitty auto related stuff. - They don't automatically give you plastic bag. You have to ask for it. Maybe it's a green company? read more

Service is super meh...employees are cold and seem pretty mean/gruff--is it supposed to make them seem more manly or something? Don't get me wrong--they'll do the job, like replacing a car battery, but I'm actually slightly intimidated when I talk to them because I feel like they'd snap at me for not knowing anything about cars. Aside from that, they do have almost whatever you need, and they offer great services. Their store is also very clean and organized, and it's very easy to find. It's more of a 3ish to 4 star, but seriously, whoever I talked to made me feel rather small. Not a good feeling for me, but I guess you may have better luck. read more

Seriously not a car person at all and when my car battery died on me during the night AutoZone was really able to help me. I didn't even know that they will actually put the battery in for me!! Thank you Paul for helping with my mom's car battery. We called in earlier today and Paul picked up the phone and answered all our questions in regards changing a new car battery. He offered to installed it for us. We were on our way as soon as we could. We ended up picking up a battery with a 5 year warranty. He tried to even test the battery to make sure it was bad and checked our alternator. Unfortunately, Paul could not get our battery out because our battery was so corroded. He recommended silver sea auto repair a few blocks away. We got the part changed and it cost us 15 bucks. Paul was super professional and friendly the entire time from first phone call to when I returned with the dead battery. Please remember that these guys are not mechanics and only sale auto parts. They can help us as much as they can. Bravo Zulu to Paul Nguyen! Thank you. I will be coming back. read more

I had a nightmare experience buying a battery and the staff was very rude and unwilling to give me back my battery core even though the battery they gave me was bad. I never took possession of the battery and they refused to give me my battery back and said the manager was off for a month so If I had an issue I should call Corporate and call in my complaint. I stop my the next morning and the Manager Jefferson was very helpful. Made a phone call, apologized and gave me back my old battery. He was awesome. I did not care for the staff in the evening. Very rude and 1 individual was borderline threatening. At least I felt like it. I make a lot of purchases at this AutoZone. I am glad they have an employee like Jefferson read more

Worst customer service from so called assistant store manager Vanessa. Dont come here if you want help. You will just get half assed laziness with a side of attitude from Vanessa. Shes rude and a know it all. That's why I came in, for help. Not to be looked at and spoken to like i'm an idiot. I am a manager too, and in my store, we put the customer first. Had to change my car key battery and I originally was going to go to Toyota because I had no idea how to change it or what I needed. I called this car place and they told me to go to AutoZone. I came to this autozone to rent spring compressors because i was going to finally install the lowering springs i bought for my car. I came in at night, and there were 2 men behind the counter. I walked up to the guy behind it and asked him "i want to rent spring compressors". The first thing that comes out of that guy's mouth wasn't "Hi welcome to autozone" or "Sure I can help you with that". NOPE! his response to me was "shouldn't you be in the kitchen?" REALLY?!?! Is that how you treat female customers here??? I wanted to walk out of there but I wanted to lower my car that night. So i just took in all the negative comments and when i got the spring compressors i walked out of there. FYI if those guys ever read this review... I ain't just a girl renting spring compressors to lower my car. I'm a girl who is madly in love with cars, and studying to design cars in school. I think you guys should go back to school to learn some manners, and maybe some customer service skills. read more
