Nevertheless, your staff declined and required me to purchase what I needed outright, an unnecessary expense that should never have occurred. Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly.
