I visited your store to return three unused items in exchange for the correct ones. The items were in their original condition and there was no valid reason to refuse the return. Nevertheless, your staff declined and required me to purchase what I needed outright, an unnecessary expense that should never have occurred. Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly. I always do. I am not angry. I am precise. And I will not be returning to that location. These individuals obviously hate themselves and their jobs, get better staff. AŚhe!
