The customer service provided by the manager Mina was so helpful. She showed me multiple sizes and location of the storage units. Great customer service and knowledgeable of her facility. Bonus is, she speaks English & Spanish fluently. I will be recommending this storage place to my family & friends when they need to rent a storage unit. read more

I never realized how hard it is to come by available storage units and how expensive they can be. In the middle of construction at my home, I needed a safe and local place to store my mother's stuff. Luckily, I found an open unit here at Nova. I had plenty of questions regarding security and accessibility and this seemed like the perfect place. Competitive prices and great customer service. I was helped out by Mina and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was professional, informative and made us feel very comfortable with storing all of my mother's belongings at Nova. I would definitely use their facility again in the future. read more

I have been a customer of Nova Storage in Mission Hills for years and have always received superlative customer service first from Felicia Thomas the manager and then from Renee Gonzalez. They have graciously gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me when I was going through a hard time and needed an extension on my rent. When Renee took over for Felicia who went on maternity leave, I was worried I might not receive the same level of excellent service, but Renee is a true pro; kind and personable. Both of these woman are a credit to Nova Storage and I can't recommend them enough to take care of your storage needs. Unfortunately on a recent visit to the facility, I met the new manager Jennifer and her little dog, neither of whom were especially warm of welcoming. It was disappointing to be treated with such indifference after feeling like one of the family. When you contact Nova, make sure to ask specifically for Renee or Felicia! read more

I was amazed at the level of knowledge and dedication to a customer Nova Storage had. Albert was professional, precise and knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal on Felicia, one of the main managers approval on my 2 storage units and I can't thank them enough. I am a long term storage customer and I will continue storing at Nova Storage in Mission Hills for a lot longer. Thanks again read more

Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. On behalf of the RS team, thank you Mina and the Nova team for helping us keep our company running smooth. read more

I called to see if they had a spot available to store my boat and the property manager, Albert answered the phone. He then checked and confirmed that they did have a few spots open. So I stopped by and he went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I rented the spot, got a promotion deal, and couldn't be any happier. Albert is a true professional and made the experience very pleasant and easy! read more

The storage lot is a cramped dirt lot. The spaces are narrow and the commercial tenants don't condone themselves to their space. For a cramped dirt lot, the rent is out of line and the charge 10% tax on top of that! read more

The manager Renee made my first encounter with your company the best I have ever had. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I have rented storage units in the past from competitor companies and she was by far the best I have ever experienced. My rating is five stars plus. She truly cares about her job which is rare these days. read more

My mom went in on Saturday to inquire about a storage the lady didn't even want to communicate in Spanish. I'm sorry, but my mom doesn't speak English your employees need to know Spanish. I was not there to interpret, but telling her to come another day to speak to a Spanish male is not acceptable. After she came home upset we both went together to another storage down the street. Thumbs down to this place just lost a potential customer. read more

The business is clean and spacious. They wore masks and made me feel comfortable during the pandemic. Renee was friendly and helpful

Horrible I've been using this storage about a year and I'm about to cancel cuz it's horrible the hours aren't accurate my husband and I went this Saturday (8/10/19) to drop off some stuff we got there at 3:30 and it was close the schedule says they were supposed to close at 5 on Saturday so I was kinda upset cuz we work a lot and it was the only time we had go then I see a sign that say they were closing early cuz the employees wanted to enjoy with their families the "Dodgers game " I'm sorry but that's it's not my problem a Dodgers game Isn't a Holiday i understand when there's a holiday but for a game to me it's ridiculous they have a business we're your customers the ones helping your business to run I had others bad experience here too and I think if your gonna be closing early send a text or an email like when you do when the Payment it's close you guys send emails and text days before the due day let your customers know your planning to close cuz you want to enjoy your game i don't have time to go check if there's any signs. I'm never got an email with any of this information I get emails about my payment getting close that's about it read more

Exceeded my expectations and simplifies my life! Felicia Thomas, Senior Property Manager is an asset to The Company and her tenants. She handled my entire lease process seamlessly. Honestly I was nervous about placing my families items (our memories) in storage. However NOVA Storage was recommended by my movers 'Valley Star Moving' and I'm very grateful I listened. The grounds are immaculate with the hallways accessible and fresh smelling. The unit I rented is HUGE (yes I know how to calculate square footage) but it still seems gigantic every time I see it. The website is easy to navigate and you can pay your rent online. You will need to bring a light bc there isn't one hanging in the unit. Frankly I believe it's to discourage people from moving in, it's cleaner than most apartments I've seen. I personally feel safe and comfortable grabbing a box or dropping off some seasonal items . When needing a professional, clean and friendly location for storage needs you found it here!!!! read more

Nova Storage in Mission Hills is a great place to store belongings to be kept there. The staff is tremendously helpful and will strive to meet your needs. I inquired about a unit in Mid March , and received 9 calls per week until April 1 to remind me that units were available and would remain available for the low, introductory price of $23 per month for the modest 5 x 5 I needed. The helpful office person helped me choose an upstairs unit closer to the elevator (about 60 feet) which would cost $5 more than a further off unit which would cost only $18. I would caution prospective renters to be certain to obtain the correct space for their needs, as the doors are not stay-able, and the corridors have very tight corners. Also take note that the introductory rate is discounted from the normal monthly rate, which will accrue in all subsequent months. You must physically notify the office when vacating the unit, and gate hours are the same as office hours. read more
