To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

I live in the country in Tennessee with a private road where I'm the only house ? Not like I live in the city or an apartment? The horse shippers had no problem delivering in their Semi? The guy down the street has his own semi and trailer? It was just an excuse to extort more $$!! So when I called them out on it that's when they got rude! Then I got rude back! And they are refusing to deliver my stuff? There is zero customer service!! So then I looked on FB and was horrified by all the negative reviews!! Do not use them!! Pay more and use a real company like Allied!! I went with them to save $$ but they do that so you sign! And once you sign you are screwed! And the original nice guy who came to my house said that they could not put any more in the truck because they had to get somebody else's stuff that was moving to Tennessee also and that's the same truck that was going? And if they did move it to a semi? They had no permission to do so!! And if they had the address in the beginning? Who would they add $700 later? It should have been in the contract!!

My friend was 100% right - I had the best moving experience with them. From the initial inquiry, Arthur was in constant communication with me and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The pricing structure is not only straightforward with no hidden fees, but also extremely fair for the level of service. On moving day, my movers Misha and Alex texted me when they were on the way and showed up right on time with smiles on their faces, ready for the busy day ahead. The building I was moving out of was located in a very busy neighborhood with little street parking, but they were able to find a spot close enough and make it work. The universe also dealt us an unexpected curveball that day: one of my building's elevators was out of service, and it happened to be the elevator closest to my unit (and to where they parked the truck). Because of this, Misha and Alex had to use the elevators located on the far side of the massive apartment complex and walk back and forth for each trip. For context, the walk from my unit to their truck took about 7-8 minutes round trip. I imagine that they made this trek over 20 times! Despite this unforeseen inconvenience, the two of them maintained their cheerful demeanors and moved my belongings with great efficiency. I was particularly impressed by the level of care and thoughtfulness they demonstrated when transporting my belongings. I have a lot of bulky/fragile furniture and delicate plants, and not a single belonging was damaged in transit. Additionally, I was initially worried about dirty tracking into my new apartment, especially since my room has carpeted floors. When I informed them of my concern, they immediately offered to take off their shoes and proceeded to do so each time they entered my unit! They even went the extra step by lining my bedroom floor with a cardboard walkway to prevent any dirt from settling onto the carpets. I was truly impressed by these seemingly small gestures, and their level of attentiveness provided me with a sense of reassurance that everything would be taken care of. Overall, I could not be happier with my moving experience. I have a degree in hospitality and ample experience working in customer service, and I having nothing but praise for Misha and Alex. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes.
