Jorge, had all the right answers for my storage needs and was very thorough and even I got a big discount for my first month. On the day of the move you can imagine it was very stressful. After loading up a huge U-Haul I got to StorQuest it was greeted by Jorge with a smile. We filled up the paperwork gave me the code to the gate. Throughout he was very respectful and entertaining. My storage space was clean and we unloaded the truck in no time. I'm a long-term renter here following a divorce and the subsequent extreme downsizing that often comes with it while you try to figure out your new life. However, after years of using them, I'm finally elated to say that I am moving the eff out this weekend, and I couldn't be happier. Some of that is the freedom of finally dealing with the final remnants of my old life (not to mention saving myself $200 a month), but most of it is simple relief that I can hopefully rescue a few things inside that actually mean something to me. The property appears clean and well-maintained - at least the parts you see. The staff has always been really nice and seem to want to be helpful. There's a deaf guy on staff (I think he's the Maintenance Guy/Groundskeeper) that is tough to understand and communicate with, but even that always works out somehow. The people just seem genuinely nice. However, nice doesn't equal competent. I've rented a lot of units here, and during the consolidation process where we got rid of our smaller units to merge them into a large one, we discovered that every single unit was infested with rats that have destroyed our belongings. They chewed through clothing and furniture. They crapped all over EVERYTHING. Some of them even took the ride home with us, having been hiding inside boxes. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MASSIVE THAT FREAK OUT WAS. When I went to the office to explain that my items were infested with and being ruined by rats, the guy there said, "Oh no, that's no good." THAT WAS IT. I'm not a pushy or brash person... maybe here I should have been, but I don't start yelling at people. I bet if I had something would have been done, but it shouldn't have to get to that point. The entry and exit hours change like the seasons here, with the gate sign never accurately reflecting what they actually are abiding by at the time. They have locked us inside MANY times, even though we should have had two more hours to work according to what the staff told us. Long story short? You're going to pay a lot of money for a little space, and everything you love will be chewed to bits by vermin. They also waste no time giving rent increases, while knowingly allowing things that are important to you and your family be ruined. Don't be drawn in by the dollar for the first month's rent. Everyone does that, or better. Not everyone has rats. I have used a StorQuest in the thick of the hood that had people freaking LIVING inside their units and preparing food on little camping stoves, and there were no rats to be found, so it's possible to properly manage a property and keep it rodent-free. I have been using Storquest facilities for over 10 years now. I was there before Storquest took it over. I am very disappointed in their service, their handling of their accounting and their attitude. I have been paying for the rent of the unit via Paybill for over 10 years now and they said that they had not received the check several months ago and last month I was ding of a double late fee. I can guarantee you that there will be a yearly increase in the rental fee for the unit and so shop around for other storage areas in the area. read more

The folks here run an efficient ship. I was in and out, no delay, in less than 15 minutes. Brianne, the manager, was super helpful in assessing my needs - she recommended a smaller unit after I told her what exactly I was storing, which I didn't think would fit, but it does so she saved me some money. Robert, the dude who works in the office, was very efficient - he processed my information and first month's payment in a quick and friendly manner. The maintenance guy James, who is deaf, was super friendly and on top of coming to my unit and checking that it was clean and secure before I moved in. The facility is a clean, safe and welcoming one. I was glad to see how well they placed their cameras and how spacious the allys are for driving through. I loved my experience here, and feel assured that my stuff will stay secure. If you need storage, this is the place to go. read more

I've had a unit here for over 1 year and no problems but today I could not believe how unprofessional and rude the lady with blonde hair in the office was. I was denied a trash can to throw away a cup from mc Donald's I had. Then denied to use the bathroom there. The lady told me in these exact words " Go take a SHIT at home"! I'm on their property where I pay them monthly and denied use of their public restroom.... If you get a storage there make sure to use restroom before leaving your house because she will deny you access to theirs. read more

I recently was shopping around for a storage space and had the pleasire of finding this one for a great deal and excellent overall experience! The property was very clean and well maintained. I also like the fact that there is someone on site and gated to protect my valuables. The customer service when I went in to fill out the paperwork and move my stuff in went extremely smooth. Breanne and Robert are extremely friendly. They were knowledgeable and were able to make me feel comfortable and in trusting them with my belongings. I been renting with them for over a year now. I changed my unit three times due to I needed more space. For the size of the unit that I have, they do charge a lot. I have rented storage units a lot bigger than this before for less $$. I'm renting here because it is convenient for me that this storage is really close to my house. I have been renting my unit at StorQuest since 2011 and the service is great. Staff is great especially Robert who is in the front office. Awesome guy. I needed an extra unit in 2016, Robert was so helpful with trying to figure out the size of unit I really needed. When moving items to the extra unit, he was there to offer bottled water, knowing we were doing this all day. Property is clean and well maintained. I dealt with Robert, who not only called me back promptly he went over their policy and procedures very clearly as well as answered all my nagging and annoying questions Thanks ROBERT!
