My experience with this company was completely stressful. They gave a low ball quote to then show up the day of move and more than double the price quoting a different standard of how they calculate. Next they do not return calls only emails stating they don't call until they have driver info. Now their third party company calls a whole week and a half past requested delivery time frame to say there will be another cost. FRAUD!!!!!! I will be filing an official claim against them! read more

They stole all my belongings. Kept me hanging monthly and then disappeared. They disconnected their number. I am reporting them to police and attorney generals. Ashley and Jamal Mokrani read more

Whatever you do, don't use this company. Used them a few years ago, they price gauged me, would not give me a refund and didn't delivery my items for over a month. They kept my property so long they had to give me a partial , yet minimal, refund. They used day workers who damaged my bed. AND my mattress acquired mold from where they had my items stored. May this company never be successful !!! read more

PLEASE read the one star reviews on Titan Van Lines...there are so many for a reason. Absolutely horrible experience from a company that literally holds your belongings hostage as they tell you you must pay them more for the move to continue. The highlights: *Booked them through a broker (Compass Moving)...Compass should be ashamed for supporting Titan *READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU COMMIT...apparently they can keep asking for more and more funds even up to delivery day *Disrespectful employees...as your frustration grows, so does their rudeness *No professional equipment or employees...they literally flipped our furniture up our stairs, end to end, damaging several pieces *Continual delays and lack of communication *THEY HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE! The original quote rose exponentially over time, they refused to give receipts for the extra funds paid *BE AWARE...you will see the same comments in all the one star reviews...all the above is their pattern of business It was aterrible move adding to the trauma already associated with a major life change. PLEASE share this and let's shut them down! read more

Absolute horror story! Please if you are ready this please pay special attention. We hired this company to move our belongings from Washington state to Arkansas. While being on the road they called me, out of the blue requesting more money, being on the road there was no way way we could pay through their app that they wanted us to pay through. So we had to have a friend pay what they requested spur of the moment. Several weeks later the truck arrived in front of our house. It was only the driver of the truck! absolutely no help came with him! Myself and a neighbor who was friendly, and did not know me at all, unloaded the semi truck ourselves! the driver of the truck was crying saying he was overworked. over half our belongings were destroyed! Keepsakes were cracked and broken, along with my wife's New Hoveround wheelchair that was completely destroyed! 3 commercial vacuum cleaners were completely broken in half! After unloading the semi truck ourselves they requested another 2000 dollars before leaving. The manager (ASHLEY) called me and said she would take care of our broken furniture and keepsakes through the claims department, and now is not reachable. Have sent numerous e-mails and voice mails and these people will not respond to you whatsoever, hoping you will go away! I am currently seeking legal counsel, to get compensation for the disaster they had put me and my wife through. If you read this steer clear from this moving comp[any!! you would be better off selling all your belongings and buying new, after paying these expenses! Thank-you! read more

Do not use this company, they are a scam. Looks like they've started a new yelp page. We tried to hire them for a cross country move, I planned this with them more than a month in advance. The sales company that makes a bid is outsourced and the company cannot stand by those rates. we had multiple calls to discuss the inventory and number of items, I know the estimate is just an estimate, but when they showed up at my door, without counting boxes or measuring a single item their cost doubled what they had given me as an estimate. read more

I just got off the phone with the Manager Adriel. They refuse to refund me the deposit even though 24 hours before my move they increased my price 65%%%%%...... that is completely unreasonable. Who would be okay with a price going up 65%?? So they have my $1000 and will not make an exception and refund me part or all of the deposit. What a crock!!! read more

With a new job in Nevada, moving and relocating had been a venture, but Luckily I came upon this moving company Titan Van Lines, the customer service was great, the movers arrived on time and were very professional, they packed my stuff in boxes and made sure they were really protected, the pricing was within my budget and everything got loaded in a very professional timely manner, the delivery did take a bit extra day or so to arrive but the dispatch office kept me up to date with the delivery status, I really enjoyed the ease that this company provided for me during this big step, I would definitely recommend this moving company to my family and friends and I will definitely will use this company again if I need another moving service. read more

Do not use Titan Van lines. They are liars.and thieves. They start a bid.at 4k and two.weeks later.move it.to7k and on.moving day.they moved it to 10 thousand dollars. The gang boss.stole tools from my.tool box and after they transferred our.property from a 28 foot truck to a semi once they crossed from California into Arizona. The boss brought his young daughter and let her run when she wanted. He paid no attention to the employees and after they left we found they had stolen $1200.00 in coins. They broke an antique and laughed about it and dropped two boxes of books on top of a rare Japanese doll my father in law brought back from Japan after the war. They dented a new dryer and a picture frame. For all this they offered 30 dollars for the dryer.and 9 dollars for the frame. Again DO NOT use this company or you be writing about also I will not give up with this. I have just begun writing to all authorities. read more

I would give this company zero if I could. They are scammers and will cheat you. Beware and not use this company. They led to us and they tripled the estimate they gave us on the actual moving day. They lied to us when we asked if they use sub-Contractors or Day Laborers. This is exactly who they use. They said they wrapped everything in moving blankets another lie wrapped in plastic that stuck to our furniture and when it was removed took the stain with it. They stole items from us saying they didn't know what happened to them. There insurance company is also bad and work for Titan. Damaged 75% of our furniture and the insurance paid nothing. This company should be ran out of business and not allowed to come back under different nmes which is what they do. BEWARE and do not use this company. read more

This is a new Yelp page. They shut down the other one from all the bad ratings they had. I used them and they finally sent us our stuff after two months. Tons of stuff was broken. I saw them rolling a box of China off the truck, Crystal glasses were broken, and my bed was usable afterwards. I highly recommend taking the time to find someone else to care for your move, because they won't. They dont deserve to stay in business after the slew of people they scammed. And trust me it's as bad as it sounds. Or take your chances for some reason. Titan should be ashamed. They never reimbursed me. Here is my last review 8 months ago, my rating did not change: Titan Van Lines, Is there anything I could do to assist you with the delivery of my possessions? All I want is a positive outcome to our business with "Titan Van Lines". However, my experience has been consistent with the other negative reviews I've read. So, naturally I fear for the final results. * Its been over 45 days since the first available delivery date. * A set date of delivery has yet to be determined. * The final rate is near triple the estimate we were originally given. It might have been a bait estimate, which doesn't instill a trusting relationship. * Any issues I have are only met with a "sorry", and no reasonable solutions are contributed on Titan's behave. I've called several times asking for a manager, but they will not speak with me. Although, emails have been responsive and I have spoken with a nice woman who trys to be helpful, kind and understanding, but she isnt able to get anything accomplished. She says, "they are experiencing setbacks, sorry". I should not need to pay this much money for such extreme setbacks. Seemingly, NO ONE there is taking accountability. Their compensation for late delivery is only $30 per day after 30 business days. If I am late to the drop they charge $50 per hour or over $500 per day. The contract seems to be set up to only benefit the company's needs. "Titan Van Lines" sales team estimated a bit over a couple thousand for my move, but when the driver came he adjusted the bill and wanted to charge me over triple. I found that was insulting and I asked him to leave. Later he called me with a "Grand Total, Flat Rate" that seemed more reasonable. I excepted, but he failed to include the deposit in his "grand total". He also added more charges on the back end after loading. The driver even told me after he was close to done loading my things he wouldn't be able to load ALL of my possessions. He told me to "start making choices" of what I needed him to load and what to leave behind. They still had half the truck he wasnt using! He told me he had another house to pick up with that truck. I clearly didnt feel like a priority customer and it's unacceptable by any customer standards. Furthermore, I find it appalling that the company isn't doing their best to remedy the issue or compensate me in this matter. We felt taken advantage of during a time of vulnerability. One positive thing I will say is that they did an excellent job wrapping and loading my goods. Really, I could only hope the warehouse employees and subcontracted moving company will be as careful with the handling. Bottom line, we deserve to have our property delivered with better financial compensation, beyond the inappropriate $30 per day, which I never thought would be a plausible factor. A more reasonable compensation would be to forgo of the whole delivery drop payment entirely. The rating for this review could change with an updated status report upon delivery and final results. read more

Please BEWARE of Extra Mile Moving & Storage, Inc. dba Titan Van Lines who have now changed their business name to Platinum Van Lines. They are a complete scam business that baits you with a low quote ($1,200) and then end up upcharging you a ridiculous amount ($3,000+). In addition, the delivery which should have been included in the initial moving had an additional cost of ($1,000). Not to mention, they knew they were delivering to NY added on an additional cost because they needed to rent a UHaul truck for an additional $350. You would hope that a company that does these frequent deliveries would have this included, but they don't. Stay away from Titan Van Lines! They costed me over $5,000 plus missing and damaged furniture. I would rate them zero stars! read more

I hired Titan Van Lines to move me from San Diego to Pompano Beach, Florida on December 26th after another move I hired came to my house and doubled my original estimate.. I called Titan and explained to them what happened and they were there to bail me out of my situation. THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY! I couldn't believe it. They even honored the original estimate from the 1st mover who screwed me. The delivered my items in 8 business days . The other company said 21 business days! Junior sand his crew were honest and courteous.. Diana in the office was responsive and extremely helpful..My items arrived in the same condition they left in. They set everything up .. After my experience with the 1st company and the STORIES I read online ..If I move again or anyone I know moves it will be with Titan ..and no one else! read more

SCAM ALERT(URGENT)!!!!! I was quoted for a $3200 move and ended up paying over $6500. DOUBLE the price even after I decided to sell my dining room table, entertainment set and sectional couches, patio table and chairs. The movers came and tried to raise the shipping cost twice after halfway packing my furniture in the loading truck. The price over the phone was $3200 after going through the inventory . The price increased to $5500 once the movers arrived and inspected my items in the house. The price then increased to $6700 after halfway through the move. Then the we're trying to increase the price to over $8500 when they they told me I had large furniture and big boxes and i was going to go over a certain cubic feet in their truck. Keep in mind i took my dining room table and four chairs, ottoman, and entertainment set off the original inventory when they arrived. They refused to put my couches, book case and other patio furniture in there when I told them I would not sign a revised qoute for $8500. This is just bad business and I will be reporting this company to the BBB also. They initially provide you a low qoute to lock you in. Do not give them a deposit or you will never be refunded if you decide to cancel with in 48 hours. I'm still waiting to talk to the so called CEO about my nightmare experience with this moving company. A lot of dishware were also broken upon arrival to destination. Movers also had the nerve to ask for a tip after they were done and misquoted me with this SCAM. I wished I looked up this company on yelp or BBB before doing business with them. Unprofessional people and Poor business practices!!!!! read more

do not use this company! they are scammers. they quote you one price over the phone, ask for a deposit, quadruple the price then refuse to give your deposit back. they will then haggle with you. they contract out to 3rd parties and quoted me an arrival time of 3 days when my items were delivered 6 weeks later. my mattress was molded and the mover broke my bed. they had no choice because it was an ftc violation to hold my items longer. check the bbb website there is a fraud alert there. do not, ise this business, they are frauds. they hired workers who not only stepped on my clean bedding they also defected in my toilet seversl times. i had to literally use bottles of bleach to disnfect it. disgusting. do not use this company. any positive reviews are fake. youve been warned. they also work under titan moving and storage or titan van lines. there are other yelp pages on here. yes im yelling. i dont want people to be scammed like i was!!!!!!! read more
