Buyer beware!! I…read moreopened a mailbox at this location in 2025 because I needed a mailing address for a business endeavor. I rarely get mail there, but needed the address. I received a notice to renew my box after one year. I went into the store in December 2025 and paid for another year. Today I went in to cancel my box because I am moving and no longer need this address. I never received any mail there, but paid for 2 years of box service. This was my choice. I was told that I didn't have a box there. Despite taking my money for a years service, for some unknown reason (they didn't even have a record of why they did it), they closed my mailbox in March. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't offer refunds on mailboxes. Even though they canceled the service I PAID FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY INPUT FROM ME, OR EVEN NOTIFYING ME, 1/4 of the way through the year, I was refused a refund. They did offer me 6 months of mailbox service, which does me absolutely no good since I am leaving the area! They screwed up and refused to take ownership of the mistake they made!

I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

I went in today to mail several holiday packages, and was in and out very quickly. Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.
