Buyer beware!! I…read moreopened a mailbox at this location in 2025 because I needed a mailing address for a business endeavor. I rarely get mail there, but needed the address. I received a notice to renew my box after one year. I went into the store in December 2025 and paid for another year. Today I went in to cancel my box because I am moving and no longer need this address. I never received any mail there, but paid for 2 years of box service. This was my choice. I was told that I didn't have a box there. Despite taking my money for a years service, for some unknown reason (they didn't even have a record of why they did it), they closed my mailbox in March. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't offer refunds on mailboxes. Even though they canceled the service I PAID FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY INPUT FROM ME, OR EVEN NOTIFYING ME, 1/4 of the way through the year, I was refused a refund. They did offer me 6 months of mailbox service, which does me absolutely no good since I am leaving the area! They screwed up and refused to take ownership of the mistake they made!

I didn't catch she was sending it USPS, but wonder WHY if she remembered our conversation she was not more clear that it was going USPS. And wonder why she was obstinate in her response to me. I also confirmed that the package could arrive without signature. She said yes. Not true. I am now having to track where the package is. I'd suggest if going to THIS UPS that you ensure the representative assisting you is actively listening and confirming what they are doing! UPDATE: The owner, Michelle, called me early the next morning to discuss this situation with me. Her focus is ALL ABOUT service and making it right.
