I had this storage unit for a little over a year and had 3 rent raises. It was originally $69, then they tried to bump it up to $166, I then moved into a smaller one that was back to $69 and then they raised it to $88 and then to $100. Mind you this happened for little over a year. This is absolutely ridiculous and dishonest.

I didn't tell you because it is a 1% chance of getting them" he then proceeded to say " it is not a matter of IF you get mice, it's WHEN" But what happened to it being 1%? Now it's a guarantee?? He then referred me to the insurance that you get with the unit saying they would cover it,just to take pictures and make a claim. But here's the kicker, the insurance you get with the unit, DOESN'T COVER A SINGLE THING THAT COULD POSSIBLY EVER HAPPEN WITHIN A STORAGE UNIT!!!! Unless a fireball suddenly rains down on your unit you're SOL. BE AWARE WHEN USING THIS FACILITY! YOUR THINGS ARE NOT SAFE! AND THEY DO NOTHING TO TAKE CARE OF IT EXCEPT GIVE YOU A $10 CREDIT TO BUY MOUSETRAPS! Most disgusting thing I have ever dealt with and I have to get rid of everything when it is all I own. My bank had to report them as fraud and I had to get all new cards. Also, there is apparently a tenant who resides there, a very old woman who is constantly yelling at the cars coming in and out and very argumentative about how you move out/in. There are other storage places that have Nicer employees, better move out directios, and will refund whatever days you move out before your month is up. (Public storage, they're amazing!)
