I've never used professional, full-service movers in the past. Now, AAA Soto's Moving & Storage has…read morespoiled me for the future. From the jump, they were responsive, gave me an actionable quote, and maintained communication until the day of the move. I sent a list of what was being moved to make things easier. On the morning of the move, they arrived with two movers, father and son, and a third was on their way. However, when Robert saw the quantity of the move, he cancelled the third mover. To me, that's integrity. He could've easily had the other mover show up, maintain the original (higher) quote, and I would've been none the wiser. They were efficient, friendly, quick, and most importantly, all of the items arrived exactly the way they picked them up. On top of that, we have a duo adjustable bed that they expertly took apart, wrapped, unwrapped and reassembled just the same. Last, they were able to put our furniture exactly where we wanted it. They finished in half the time that was originally quoted. Therefore, I highly recommend AAA Soto Moving and Storage. If we move again, they've got the job.

They were always a highlight of my Dad's week when he'd stop in to tinker with his memories he has religiously stored at this facility for at least 2 decades. When he recently passed away they were so thoughtful and kind when helping my brother and me fumble through the first few weeks of confusion we had trying to tie up his loose ends and helping us to not loose his precious treasures and his 73 years of memories he had stored away for safekeeping. Even though CubeSmart is so darn 21st Century with its easy-to-use online rental services conveniences, the old world human touch that you have from Denaye and Abel is priceless.
