Beth at this facility is the best ever. If anyone is listening, she needs a huge raise.

My friend uses this place for business storage and occasionally I help so I've been here enough to…read moresee it. It's well kept in all the areas and offers a variety of sizes for customers to store. Someone always seems available and onsight. Easy to get in and out.

Do not store anything you care about here, as there is a problem with theft. I only learned about the problem after my bike was stolen. Mine was not the first theft. This facility is not secure. Do not use the disc lock they sell, as they are easy to pick. The insurance they sell does not cover picked locks. Below I have attached the denial letter from the insurance company, which is proof that they will not cover theft if the lock was picked, as was the case for me and for others. Remember...these are locks sold to customers by the facility. So, do you get it? The facility sells you a lock and they sell you insurance. But the lock that is supposed to be secure can be picked in seconds and your insurance is worthless if and when the lock they sold you is picked and your unit is burglarized. The company did not let me know they have a crime problem. The company did know I was storing nice bicycles. And that I was days from moving out when my bike was stolen. The facility is frequented by homeless people. The working theory on my theft is that a homeless person broke into my unit by picking the lock. I am guessing the homeless people can gain access to the property without going through the front entrance. The surveillance camera system is poor. The files they sent to the detective did not show anyone with my bike. There are only a few doors from the hallways that serve the inside units, and not a single one showed someone with a bicycle? My bike was sold to a pawn shop, by a homeless person. My advice, do not store anything here, unless you are looking to get rid of it.

By far the worst storage place I've ever had ! I've had for 3 months , maybe been there 3 times in…read morethat whole time and today I was locked out of my unit and told I had to leave the property because I had my dog with me and all of a sudden it's in my lease that my baby chihuahua who is a very very obedient, well trained service animal that you can't even tell he's with me ever cuz he's so quiet and well behaved and so small . So in order to get into my storage i had to leave my dog in the car or have someone leave work to come get him for an hour which also means he would be away from me and not able to do his job, leaving me at risk medically. Mind you I signed my lease while I had both my dogs with me not just the one and they had treats in the office for the dogs and gave me a bag when I asked for so I could pick up the poop cuz I left my bags in my truck. So how does a lease I signed then all of a sudden change without my knowledge, forcing them to be so rude with me and my surface animal to the point where they locked me out of my paid storage till I follow rules in my lease.... Unbelievable! Than tell me I can not be there longer than 2 hours and once the hour and a half mark passes(90minutes) - the employee was then at my storage door telling me to start packing up that I needed to get out of there. It was time to go and then would come back every 10 minutes to make sure I was ready to leave at the exact two hour mark - 120minutes to unload a huge house I just moved out of - impossible! How to keep my U-Haul another day pay the extra money cause I was not allowed to be there longer than two hours. And two wrap everything up with a cherry on top. My unit completely flooded when it rained today to the point where everything in my storage that was on the floor was soaked ruined or has to be washed, cleaned or thrown away cuz there was so much rain very quickly ! They had to have known that it was going to flood like that ! It was not their first day of that location that had ever rained. They have been there for years. Knowing that exact unit had to flood like that frequently and still sold to me .
