I had everything packed but there were a few items they wrapped up for me, helped clear out a small storage of old boxes that were mostly trash and took apart an exercise machine to properly load it. Booked a month in advance and the company reached out to me via text checking in multiple times leading up to the move which made me feel reassured they would show up. By far the worst storage place I've ever had ! I've had for 3 months , maybe been there 3 times in…read morethat whole time and today I was locked out of my unit and told I had to leave the property because I had my dog with me and all of a sudden it's in my lease that my baby chihuahua who is a very very obedient, well trained service animal that you can't even tell he's with me ever cuz he's so quiet and well behaved and so small . So in order to get into my storage i had to leave my dog in the car or have someone leave work to come get him for an hour which also means he would be away from me and not able to do his job, leaving me at risk medically. Mind you I signed my lease while I had both my dogs with me not just the one and they had treats in the office for the dogs and gave me a bag when I asked for so I could pick up the poop cuz I left my bags in my truck. So how does a lease I signed then all of a sudden change without my knowledge, forcing them to be so rude with me and my surface animal to the point where they locked me out of my paid storage till I follow rules in my lease.... Unbelievable! Than tell me I can not be there longer than 2 hours and once the hour and a half mark passes(90minutes) - the employee was then at my storage door telling me to start packing up that I needed to get out of there. It was time to go and then would come back every 10 minutes to make sure I was ready to leave at the exact two hour mark - 120minutes to unload a huge house I just moved out of - impossible! How to keep my U-Haul another day pay the extra money cause I was not allowed to be there longer than two hours. And two wrap everything up with a cherry on top. My unit completely flooded when it rained today to the point where everything in my storage that was on the floor was soaked ruined or has to be washed, cleaned or thrown away cuz there was so much rain very quickly ! They had to have known that it was going to flood like that ! It was not their first day of that location that had ever rained. They have been there for years. Knowing that exact unit had to flood like that frequently and still sold to me .

I never leave reviews but I had such a terrible and frustrating experience with this establishment…read morethat I wanted to share with other people who are considering storing their belongings here. First off, I'd like to say that YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SECURE! I rented a small unit from May-October. When I returned to gather my belongings and move out of my unit, I noticed my bike had been stolen. I was dumbfounded given that the lock was still on the door. I told the manager, Chris Trujillo, about this. We took a walk to the unit itself to discover that the shared wall connecting my unit and my neighbor's unit had been ripped off the bolts, allowing easy access from the neighboring unit to mine. It appeared the person renting the unit next to mine entered my unit and dragged my bicycle through the flimsy partition. He could have easily taken much more, but I don't really own anything of value except for the bike. Chris, the manager, assured me that there were surveillance cameras constantly filming these units, and that he had access to all the footage. He also informed me that the person in the unit next to mine had already been caught stealing from other units and was currently in jail. Not only this but the suspected thief had at one point been hired to paint the facility (I can't verify this information, as I was never given the name of the person). Mr. Trujillo assured me that he would look through the footage, file a police report and keep me updated on the legal proceedings. He also told me he would reimburse me half the value of the bicycle. These were all reassuring things that I would expect from an upstanding business owner. Sadly, Mr. Trujillo hasn't followed through with any of these promises. I feel duped because I thought he would actually care that something like this would happen at a business he runs. As of today, I have heard nothing but empty promises from Mr. Trujillo. He hasn't followed up on sifting through the footage so I'm not able to pursue the thief. He hasn't notified me of any police report. He hasn't reimbursed me like he told me initially. I have repeatedly tried to call him, but now he won't answer my calls. I now realize he only told me these things to calm my nerves after the realization of being victimized, but it's clear that he never intended to follow through with any of them. What is really concerning is Mr. Trujillo's disclosure to me that the suspected thief had spent time working at the facility. This leads me to believe Mr. Trujillo and him could have had an amicable relationship and could potentially be protecting the thief by being uncooperative and uncommunicative with me. This is very disconcerting to me and I wanted to warn potential future customers to consider another storage facility that is run with security and integrity.
