On the morning of the move, they arrived with two movers, father and son, and a third was on their way. However, when Robert saw the quantity of the move, he cancelled the third mover. To me, that's integrity. He could've easily had the other mover show up, maintain the original (higher) quote, and I would've been none the wiser. They were efficient, friendly, quick, and most importantly, all of the items arrived exactly the way they picked them up. On top of that, we have a duo adjustable bed that they expertly took apart, wrapped, unwrapped and reassembled just the same. Last, they were able to put our furniture exactly where we wanted it. He wrapped things I told him not to and not just wrapped them but blankets, bands and plastic wrap. Here is what our move consisted of: Downstairs: Kitchen table with 4 chairs 45 boxes 7 bookshelves(that could go as is) Small desk Upstairs: King size bed (that did need to be taken apart) 2 twin beds (that did not need taken apart) Small entertainment center Second small desk 1 small book shelf 2 kids dresser 1 medium dresser 1 large dresser 2 night stands 1 toy box 2 recliners 22 boxes I didn't think this would have been a difficult task. When we moved into this house one year ago we had all the same stuff save for a few things we've bought through our time here. But no furniture purchases since we moved in. At first everything looked like it was going great. The guys were super nice, and we paid for 3 movers to get the job done quickly. They arrived right on time and started at 8:15am. The movers looked around the house with me so I could show them what was going, and they told me 4 to 4.5 hours to finish this job, and that's what they told the lady they were on the phone with. Fast forward to 4 pm and they finally finished loading the above mentioned items. Mind you, just a year ago me and my friend loaded and unloaded everything just the two of us with a uhaul and an F-150 in less than 8 hours. This includes taking stuff apart and putting it back together. When the movers showed up to our new place, a good 75% of the items they loaded were just going to be unloaded into the garage. The only thing they needed to move upstairs were the 3 beds, dressers, toy box and recliners. Everything else I was going to take care of. It took them another 5 hours to finish unloading. During the unloading time the 3 movers got into a heated argument and nearly came to blows outside of my house before one of the guys just upped and left leaving us with only 2 movers now. Mind you, they were cursing and fighting in front of my 2 small children. This did not sit well with us, so my wife called the company and the lady who answered was not very helpful. After explaining what happened, my wife could hear a guy yelling in the background on the phone at my wife and the lady trying to repeat what he said in a nice customer service voice. I'll tell you this guy is lucky I wasn't on the phone. You DONT get to talk to my wife like that whether you're speaking to her directly or through someone. They turned around and tried to blame it on us with how long it was taking them to finish and telling us how they had to cancel another job and we have more stuff than they bargained for even though they walked the house with me and told me it would only take 4-4.5 hours. I would have done this move myself had I not been recovering from knee surgery after getting hurt in a Judo competition, so I needed movers to help. I seriously feel they were milking the clock they would move some things and then I wouldn't see them for 20 mins. Then it apparently took 2 big dudes to fold some blankets which took about another 30 mins to fold a few blankets. I understand they needed to be folded, but does it take 2 guys to fold it? I mean I can fold a blanket by myself in about 30 seconds. Let's move on to the pictures I have. First the wall. While bringing down a nightstand, a mover dropped it and dented the wall at the windows frame. I mean stuff happens, but dude didn't even apologize or check to make sure the nightstand was good. I had to. Next, while unloading another mover dropped a TV off the lift, again no apologies or anything. Luckily, the tv is old and we've just had it in the closet this past year, so I don't care about it. It's just the principle of the matter. My buddy told me to take my security camera footage and send it to the news about these guys. I wanted to do it, but my wife talked me out of it and just wanted to be done with these guys. I still might send my footage about the fight and then dropping my stuff, and to show how long it took them to get everything done. All in all, I wanted to give a 1 star, but they did call back and we got a 15% discount. It was something, but not enough. My wife didn't want me to post, but I feel I needed to. Also might send my security footage to the news. People should know. Just be cautious when going with this company.

I was told by Mari that she would send me the sale proceeds amounts that evening, but then I was completely ghosted for several weeks. After daily attempts to reach her with no response I had to send a formal message with a deadline stating that, if I did not receive a response and check I would be filing a police report. Only then did I receive a reply. The check that arrived was for only $1,100 for an entire home full of beautiful items, with no itemized list of what was sold or for how much. There was no transparency about pricing, totals, or how the proceeds were calculated. I felt taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time, and the lack of documentation and communication raises serious concerns about how funds from different estates are being handled. If you are considering using her, I would strongly suggest insisting on a detailed written report of itemized sales records and I would encourage you to sit at the sales monitoring items that were sold. From what I could see she list items at a high price and collects alot of unreported cash.

The guitar was missing its case, and was placed in a "speed pack". There were damages (cracks and scratching). We spoke and both of us agreed to resolve this by taking it to his resources for repair. A few hours later he claimed to have gone to 2 repair shops and feedback was it was not his fault. He heavily relied on this information and turned around and dismissed all responsibility, claiming it was already damaged. He offered a small amount of monetary damages, but when he returned the guitar to my home his tone changed and was very rude. And went back on his word about paying for damages. He got in a shouting match outside of my home with me. My neighbors and family witnessed it. Zeev didnt handle this very well. Zeev comes across as a happy and professional in the beginning, claiming his company has no drama. But its not true. He doesnt handle conflict very well and that must be the way he handles no drama. I told him he'd be getting a bad review, and he had his chance to turn this all around to resolve where the customer would be happy to do business with again. But unfortunately due to those events I will never go back to his services. I paid over $3900 for this service (2 days), tipped his crew both days and I provided lunch and dinner.

My girlfriend and I have rented trucks four times from the Camino Casa Verde U-haul location. The…read morenumber one reason we continue to rent from them is customer service. The individuals who work there are extremely friendly and accommodating. There isn't anything that seems to be a bid deal to them. Every time my girlfriend and I think we may have a problem with something regarding the truck rental (reservation, pick-up, return, and or equipment) the answer is always, "No problem. Not a big deal. We'll take care of it." As I said, the people there, at least the ones we have dealt with, are very easy-going. Here are some other things that we have noticed from our experiences with the Camino Casa Verde U-haul location: 1. They seem to have plenty of equipment to rent if you need it, particularly a nice assortment of boxes. 2. They always have a nice selection of trucks and trailers when we are on-site. 3. You can pick up keys for your rental on a Friday afternoon and then pick up your rental on Saturday morning. They will park your rental out front of their facility for your convenience. Actually, they probably do that any day of the week. 4. Their projections on what trucks will be available at their facility for a potential rental at some point in the future have been accurate in our experience. I say this because if you have dealt with U-haul via their website, then you probably know that your reservation, particularly where you will pick-up your rental, seems to change each day as well as the availability of the equipment that you wish to rent. It can cause stress. In these instances, we simply called the Camino Casa Verde location and asked that our reservation be placed with them, contingent of course, upon the availability of the truck we wanted to rent. We have never been told that they wouldn't have what we need. 5. If you happen to return your rental when the facility is not open, then you will find that there is limited room to park the vehicle out in front of their facility. If you happen to return it during a busy weekend, then I can definitely anticipate that there wouldn't be a place to leave the rental. Having said that, we haven't had that happen to us. If it did happen to us, then I feel confident that we could simply take cellphone pictures of the crowded lot, email Camino Casa Verde via the U-haul app about our situation, and then return the rental the following morning. In that scenario, I would expect them tell us, "It's not an issue. Don't worry about it. You won't incur any additional charges." Of course, I don't know this for a fact; but based on my experience there, I would be shocked if they handled it differently.
