Miss Katrina was on the floor and I explained my issue. I brought my rather large picture in and she went to work. Due to the age of the picture and framing, the parts were no longer used. No need to fret! Katrina took the frame apart and updated the fixtures. She even put on a new wire. She took time out of her day and she didn't even charge me. When we finally decided to buy a work by this artist, the subject matter dictated that we frame it using a specific type of wood. Numerous framing shops told us this type of wood was not available. Diane told us the same thing, but she had a local woodworker source that had some of this wood in his private stock. Diane and her source designed the profile of the frame and her woodworker manufactured and assembled a custom frame that is the perfect match for our artwork. Going the extra mile to satisfy her customer is what makes Diane unique. She picked up the artwork at our home and delivered the finished product.
