Buyer beware!! I…read moreopened a mailbox at this location in 2025 because I needed a mailing address for a business endeavor. I rarely get mail there, but needed the address. I received a notice to renew my box after one year. I went into the store in December 2025 and paid for another year. Today I went in to cancel my box because I am moving and no longer need this address. I never received any mail there, but paid for 2 years of box service. This was my choice. I was told that I didn't have a box there. Despite taking my money for a years service, for some unknown reason (they didn't even have a record of why they did it), they closed my mailbox in March. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't offer refunds on mailboxes. Even though they canceled the service I PAID FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY INPUT FROM ME, OR EVEN NOTIFYING ME, 1/4 of the way through the year, I was refused a refund. They did offer me 6 months of mailbox service, which does me absolutely no good since I am leaving the area! They screwed up and refused to take ownership of the mistake they made!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. The facility is impeccably maintained, and the truck was in perfect working condition. I already rented a storage unit up the road but will rent one here if I need storage in the future because this is a family owned & operated shop with year-long monthly rate guarantee with customer service that is second to none. 1,000 thank yous to James for his help. These guys were fast and efficient with packing our items into a storage box. They were well trained and if I'm not mistaken they did it in less than 2 hours. Also saw them using most of their moving blankets to secure everything in the storage box. Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.
