The movers themselves were wonderful - they worked quickly and tirelessly. One or two broken items but that's expected. When it was time to pay the cost was double the quote due to an 18% gas tariff. A gas tariff? I nearly fainted on the spot but what could I do about it? But here's a question: what if I didn't have the extra money? I won't be using this company ever again no matter how nice, polite and hard working their movers are. I felt disrespected by the cost being double the quote. I wrote down names and dates with price quoted and I'm not mistaken about what the cost was supposed to be. That was just wrong. The rear entry/exit door is locked and cannot be exited in an emergency if you are on the wrong half of the indoor storage. A quick call to the fire department should fix that blatant violation. Don't bother paying extra for "climate controlled". There is no difference between indoor/outdoor temperatures. It is shaded and the indoor bathroom is locked. Forcing people to urinate elsewhere...so wear a mask. The staff is horrendous, rude and lazy. Pay the extra $5 for safety and security (and your health) and rent somewhere else. I have videos and recordings of it all, including the staff.
