Once all the boxes were unpacked, Joe came out the next day and picked up all the boxes. It's great not having to worry about disposing of all the boxes I needed. Highly recommended!

I called Navis, and the person who set up the shipping said "interesting. ' Let me know how it turns out.' I tried to figure out how to get the item, but after a week, called Navis back and they talked with the receiving company and finally it was delivered 10 days later.

My friends would not go onto elevator for fear of being stuck in it. They charge $5 or $10 to pay your bill by debit or credit card. They try to raise the price every time the bill is due. Three contact is shady. Make sure you read every word, and know they will follow through with every unfair charge they can get away with. I believe they make more money on unfair charges then they do renting lockers. It feels like dealing with a street dealer I feel a weight lifted from me finally getting tie cut. On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote. When I pointed out that their pricing was double that of other quotes, he had the audacity to laugh and snidely remark, "Well, if you want your stuff damaged, go with them." Let's be clear: I explained, in the simplest of terms, that it was just one hour of moving. But no, their inflated minimum is two guys for two hours--$550 for a single hour's work! After being showed the materials to be moved, he didn't make any notes about the items to be moved, yet he gave me a quote. and I agreed on the price. When I talked with the owner Nick about the method of payment, he absolutely refused to accept a cashier's check. He was concerned about the check bouncing. I had to explain to him how cashier's checks worked. On the day of the move, they showed up in a Uhaul, one guy was late, and two of the 3 guys showed up smelling of alcohol. I walked them through the items that we had agreed that were to be moved. They told me that they were on a two hour schedule and some of my things would not be moved. Explained that I was simply paying to have my things moved, I didn't have control over how smart they worked. They called their owner Nick who was extremely unprofessional, apparently the young man who gave me the quote had mistakenly failed to list many of my items. (remember he didn't write anything down during the walk through and had just made up an incomplete list. Even though he had not been present during the walk through, and have not seen for himself what the items to be moved, he swore his employee had not made a mistake,.
