After spending $5600 for Quality Movers to pack and move our belongings, ($1,000 OVER HIS MAX BID AMOUNT, QUOTED IN WRITING ) Dave Franta choose the storage location at Berger Allied 2950 Long Lake Rd St Paul, MN. instead of 7837 12th Ave. S. Bloomington, MN 55425, like we had agreed upon originally. (Bloomington and Inver Grove Heights is all that is listed on their storage locations in MN.) (PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE THE MOVE) NOW 1 hour from Chanhassen, which will add $$ to the move later. We spent $10,000 for 12 months of storage at Berger Allied, who claim to have pest control. (THEY HAVE A MICE PROBLEM BECAUSE OUR SOFA HAD MICE STAINS ALL OVER THE SOFA ONCE DELIVERED) We spent $3600 for delivery after 12 months in storage,  using Berger Allied, since we no longer trusted Dave Franta @ Quality Transfer/Quality Moving to move us. Upon unpacking, viewing furniture, broken items, there was $5864 of damage for 18 items. DAVE FRANTA said in his email response, "IN REGARDS TO YOUR DAMAGED ITEMS, QUALITY MOVERS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE DAMAGED ITEMS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED." DAVE FRANTA/Quality Moving PROMISE on their website. "We always take protective measures to ensure that all goods remain in the same condition we found them." "The safety and security of your property is our greatest concern and we leave nothing to chance in protecting it.' "Our indoor, climate-controlled storage facilities in Edina, Minnesota, and Hudson, Wisconsin offer you both security and convenience." "100% replacement value insurance coverage.  Beware of movers who only carry the minimum state-required $0.60/ pound coverage (example: an 80-lb. flat-screen TV that's damaged would only be valued at $48 by one of these carriers. "All moves are performed by our employees, who are qualified, bonded and insured professional movers. ITS NOT TRUE and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO VALUES YOUR PROPERTY, AS THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OR ALL DAMAGED ITEMS. AND NICK FRANTA (son) just sent an email -12-8-2021, (we only dealt with DAVE FRANTA- father) threatening us to take down this review. He took NO responsiblity and said he would not be responsible for our claim of damages. read more

I contacted "Angi" this week, hoping to find an excellent moving company. Almost immediately, Jill called & emailed me to set up my "in house" furniture move the same day! Ike and Dylan came to my home and I immediately felt safe with them- I'm a senior person and live alone ... trusting people that help me is very important. They did an excellent job. Words to describe them are as follows: very considerate, careful, professional, personable, efficient, reliable, plus being resourceful (as they had to put a special, valuable table together which was very difficult) . This is the second time I hired Quality Moving and Storage and I will use them again. They are so easy to work with, helpful, efficient and honest. This last move was rather stressful. However, Carlos and Josue made it so much easier in every way from the moment they arrived. It was a very hot day and humidity was oppressive. They were cheerful, kind, efficient and I saw them sprint up the stairs on and off. I played the "mom" card to keep them hydrated and they humored me. Meeting them was a huge bonus on top of their great work ethic. When things went wrong t one point, they were patient, kind and helped me figure out what to do. We had a sizable move from a two-story to a townhome. Ike and his crew of four guys were excellent. The day before, Carlene and her packer crew of two were also excellent. We used quality Moving and storage for our parents . They moved from a lake home to an apartment and it was hard for them. We used the Hudson Location. The packers were great and friendly. The movers worked fast and hard. It was a long day but they set everything where our parents asked and they tolerated our indecisions. They did everything with a smile on their faces. I was very anxious about how everything would fit into the van and if the movers would be done in two hours. Not only were the boys on time but they actually finished before 2 hours was up. Great service I hired Quality Moving to move some big furniture from my mom's assisted living apartment and Ike and Dylan did a very efficient job. They took care to wrap items that could be scratched or dirtied in the process. They used runners on the floors so they didn't track in any sort on their shoes. All in all, a professional job.
