The piece was not packed well - see the photo. Once it got to close to my town, I was told by the receiving company they could not deliver it to my garage and wanted me to come pick it up. I called Navis, and the person who set up the shipping said "interesting. ' Let me know how it turns out.' I tried to figure out how to get the item, but after a week, called Navis back and they talked with the receiving company and finally it was delivered 10 days later.

I was assured this was fine. The day of the move, the truck and men showed up an hour late. I was told that it was a window that was assigned to me rather than a specific time. Not true! When men arrived, we were told they could not move the freezers as they were not defrosted. This was never told pre-move. Freezers were empty however, they did not move them. When given the bill, they had added many fees on that were not discussed pre-move. Moral of story will agree to anything and then not deliver.
