It feels that I am a bother to the staff while I simply want to pay and ship things. Most recently, a package I mailed took 3 full days just to be picked up by a truck and start moving (day 2 was New Year's day which I will acknowledge) I was not made aware it would just sit for over 72hours) - I would've taken to another location or fedex with a pickup scheduled sooner. They told me what MIGHT be wrong with it and what it would cost, and then took unit in back to take a preliminary look. 15 minutes later, they brought it back, explained that the connector was "pretty dirty" and that they cleaned it and it was now charging just fine, and I could see that the battery was indeed higher than when I brought it in. I asked what I owed and was told it was no charge because it was a quick fix. The unit is now home and charging and working just fine! I have used them before and their service was fast, reasonable and professional.... This store is now my first go to for anything electronic needing repair.

I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work.
