I took three things to this store . The two packages I got to the destination, and I had a tracking receipt for those which it showed that it was scanned several times. But the third package was a iPhone trade and I got a tracking number for that . No updates no other scans never made . I'm sure they all know what was in that box so nice I hope the enjoy their stolen phone. I'm sure stolen there or on the truck. Yeah let's tell the person they just forgot to scan it . If that were the case it would have at least gotten scanned at some point. And how did my other two packages same time I got scanned and tracked along the way same day . So there goes my money . Do not send $$ items ups . Shit I don't even know if I can trust fed ex but I've used fed ex more . Oh and don't bother trying to do claim . Terrible knowledge and service. I tried sending a package for delivery within 5 days, they put it in the wrong envelope and it came back to me. Then I had to pay more for 2 day delivery and it was delivered 7 days later! They wouldn't compensate me for a mistake that was theirs AND my delivery was late, which is another problem I have to deal with. I will never go back to this store. read more

it can be a convenient place to drop your USPS packages too, but they leave them pretty much right out in the middle of the store, so anyone can basically help themselves to them without too much trouble. I dropped 3 packages there and they lost 2 of them. read more

Arrived a bit before 8 to drop off some returns on a weekday. Their hours say that they open at 8 so I just waited outside. 8 came and went, 8:05. 8:10. I gave up and left. Left a Yelp review and heard back from owner this situation was related to a child care issue. Felt bad and removed review. Have been at 8 am three times now since, and the store opened late every single time. They are friendly, but I'm on a schedule in the morning. If you say you are open at 8, you should be ready for business at 8. Not just starting to open the gates at 8:05. read more

I have had a box at this store for over 10 years. I receive a lot of packages that do not fit into the box. They always notify me (by email) when packages arrive, then carefully keep them until I am able to pick them up. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I am very happy with the service and the pricing. I have moved farther away since I started here and I still come back even though there are places that are closer. Highly Recommend!! read more

I was online researching stores where I could get some of my confidential papers shredded. I decided to call UPS store nearest to me. The young man who answered the phone talked very fast and was not even understandable, it felt like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. But I did get their pricing ($1.50/lb). But, I thought, 'I am not going there.' And, so I called a second UPS store. That young man was a lot like the first, just spewed the information and acted like he couldn't wait to get off the phone. I asked about their pricing ($1.75/lb). I asked him about the difference in pricing, and he got snarky on me. It was an obvious, it was another, 'I am not going there, either.' And, SO, I called a third store, which is located at 2038 Ford Parkway in Highland Park (St. Paul) and I spoke with Matt. OMG, what a difference! Matt was so helpful, he explained how their shredding service worked, the price ($1.50/lb), and he was pleasant and he spoke like a competent, respectful businessperson. Matt impressed me, and I decided that was the store I was going to go to. I trusted him, is what it was. And when I met Matt this afternoon, I was so happy to realize that he IS every bit the nice young man he sounded like on the phone. He was so helpful and friendly and pleasant, I know exactly which UPS store I will be using when I need them! This location is just another shining example of UPS's negligence, and overall abysmal customer experience that they reliably deliver time and time again. My most recent unacceptable experience with UPS originated from this location. Long story short, they held onto a package for three days after it was dropped off to be mailed, during which time no tracking information was updated into the system (I had the receipt with tracking info, time stamped, etc). It took this location THREE days to actually mail a package. In addition, the package showed no updated information for an additional three days. Supposedly my package was on a train that was in an accident in Arizona causing a delay and now a TBD delivery day. I needed this shipment for a work assignment this weekend. It's certainly understandable for a package to be delayed due to a random accident, however the package should have been at my door three days ago... since this location sat on my package for three days after it was dropped off. So now I'm left hoping my package arrives not totally destroyed, if at all. Again, if this branch actually processed the shipment appropriately instead of fraudulently leaving it sitting around the store for three days before sending it out, I'd have it by now. I never use UPS because of things like this- And now I will cease doing business with any company or entity who utilizes UPS services. Just use Fedex and save yourself the aggravation. Oh and to boot: I called UPS to file a complaint/report the fraud at the location, was promised a call back "within an hour", and am still waiting for a call back over three hours later. read more

The service at this UPS Store is great. I will always use any UPS Store. This one is absolutely fantastic. Both the owner and the co-workers are friendly and attentive. I don't know where the terrible reviews are coming from but I love them here! Printing, sending, copying, anything - they do it and they do it so promptly and with a smile on their face. They support all of their customers and really get to know you if you're a returning customer. Even though they have a small store they do everything professionally. This UPS store and their employees rock, plain and simple. Five stars and no less! UPDATE: I know I'm late with the update. The package arrived on time without a problem. Poor, poor service. Two employees there when I arrived. Asked to ship two large-ish boxes (~40 pounds each). They said fine. Went to get the boxes. I don't expect them to help me lift them, but to have them just watch me through the glass as I tried to open their front door was disappointing. I also asked about a AAA discount. The clerk, Jina, said they have one. She weighed and measured the boxes and rang up the shipping. The price seemed high. I asked what the price would be without the discount. She then said she hadn't added the discount yet. I paid, got my receipt, and left. I reviewed my receipt in the car and realized the discount was on only one of the shipments. I returned and asked Jina and she informed me that the discount could only apply to one package per shipment. Hmmm. There are dozens of UPS Stores within a few miles. I chose the wrong one. My rating is affected by the fact that I've been to another UPS store that doesn't charge for printing out a label (which I think is awesomely fantastic). I happened upon this UPS store while running errands and decided to ship out a package with a prepaid label. I wasn't informed that the printout would cost anything and although the lady behind the counter was nice, it would've been nice to have had the process more streamlined and... well, cheaper. It's a bit ridiculous to spend $1.13 to print out a shipping label. Had I known before I printed it, I would've gone to my usual UPS store in Minneapolis. Other than that, the place looks pretty normal. It's a small size but I"m sure it carries whatever you need to package and ship. read more

Showed up 20 mins before they closed on Sat 1/4/20. The place was locked up and the two ladies inside looked like they couldn't care less that there were 4 parties at the door with packages in hand to ship. Someone even banged on the window. Clearly, what they needed to get to after work was more important than doing their job. Took packages to FedEx on Snelling. I hope UPS corporate takes notice and deals with this behavior, we won't be back. read more

Worst experience with shipping I've ever had. It was my first time with UPS and I decided to ship my box of clothes and my $400 softball bat back home to LA. My experience started off terrible. It took more than 10 minutes for the manager to come out of the back to help me and she did not look too happy either. She helped me, overcharged me about $15 for one package. As soon as I called to get it sorted out, the same manager tried getting me off the phone and actually ended up hanging up when I was still talking. The other workers were more helpful than this manager, by the way whose name is Claire. I would not recommend using this store if you are trying ship expensive items. My bat turned up missing, I got the tube but whoever took it, even took the end cap. It is a shipping nightmare! read more

Try to avoid this UPS store. I mailed a package from this store, it never got to the person I sent it to, and the owner was not at all helpful in tracking it down (ultimately I tracked it down). Moreover, the owner was not willing to reship the package at his expense even though I had spent at least $500. shipping packages from there this last school year. Go elsewhere! read more

This store is so convenient! They handle returns and shipping promptly, they have helped us with passport photos, and every month I email printing to them for a church group I am secretary for. The printing is done timely and very neatly. One time I accidently emailed a 150 page document and wanted 10 copies - UPS called me to verify. Thank goodness, they did - it would have been an expensive mistake for me. Very good and personal service. read more
