Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. They worked hard the entire time and handled everything with care. What really stood out was how efficient and reliable they were--they did exactly what they said they would, with no surprises. Everything was moved safely and quickly. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free move!

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

I received top notch customer service from Dorothy, the manager on site during my reservation and…read moresubsequent move-in. She was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. The facility just opened in Feb. 2015 so it's brand new and spotless. There are cameras everywhere, and each leasee has their own personal access code, so folks can't go running around all willy nilly. Now on the Public Storage system website: I had previously reserved a space at another facility, only to get there and find out that they in fact did NOT have the space I needed. The manager was apologetic and offered to check other nearby locations for availability. On the website there were four facilities near the one I had originally reserved, and all showed availability. Thank goodness the manager had the gumption to call and check because lo and behold they, too, did NOT have the space I needed. I would have been driving around like a crazy person. The website also does not advise that there is a $19 fee for the lock that comes with your unit, and that insurance is mandatory and not optional. Basically, they're not holding themselves liable for your stuff even though you're PAYING them a monthly fee to keep it secure. Okay, sheesh. An extra $11/mo to insure items that aren't even worth half the maximum liability. Ultimately not a big deal to me but may be to someone else. The $1 promotional move-in rate is a selling point and is advertised just about everywhere. It was on the website and is posted on a banner outside of the building; it's even posted here on Yelp! So imagine my surprise when I arrive to move in and my reservation can no longer be found, despite me having a confirmation email and receiving a prompt call from Dorothy to confirm. It just disappeared out of the system! I re-do the reservation on site from my phone, and you guessed it, no more promo rate listed for my space! I now have to pay the $53 full month rate plus the $22 admin fee (whatever that is) plus the $19 lock fee, plus the $11/mo insurance, and now I'm over 100 bucks for move in. So much for $1 being a selling point. I would have made a fuss but quite frankly it wasn't Dorothy's fault and I needed to move ASAP. I suppose this is how these people make their money. Nevertheless, I'm semi content knowing that my stuff will be secure while I'm abroad, but it would certainly behoove Public Storage Systems to provide thorough, up-to-date and accurate information on their website!

I'm using them for a move now in 2026 and their quote had the SAME GREAT PRICES! you can't beat that.

First, the good- They were easy to deal with. They showed up…read morewhen they said they would. They sent me a contract, they answered any questions I had and made me feel good about choosing them and the move itself. You know how it is and how stressed out you are when its moving time. Had to move about 40 miles away and with Atlanta traffic, even on a Saturday, it was nice to leave it up to someone else. Plus they didnt charge for the drive to get to my house I was moving out of. Thought that was really nice. They did charge me time to drive to my new home but again thats very fair. Second, the bad- I got the three-crew option. The leader was a long term employee and knew what he was doing. The other two gents were new and I am not complaining, we all have to start sometime. But they were slow and always seemed to be on their phone when something was not in their hand. I felt like if they were working at a faster clip it would not have to have taken the extra time I paid for. Really needed to micromanage the other two and felt like shouldnt have had to do that. Mistakes were made. They left their tools at my old house for disassembling and putting furniture back together. Shouldnt you have a checklist before you leave? Third, the ugly- I have a very expensive bedroom set that I bought five years ago and was all that I was moving that was really nice as it was a paring down move with lots of stuff not coming. They damaged that furniture dropping it on its corners. First, they tried to say it was like that when they moved but later fessed up. The leader of the crew then was like no worries we will send someone out to fix it up. Though I am not a carpenter, I thought there is no way what they did could be fixed. After almost six months of going back and forth they sent me less than 150 dollars. I did not pay for the "extra" insurance, so what I had was the basic insurance. I was naive enough to believe I didnt need the extra insurance. I am paying professionals to move it so dont you know how to move it without damaging it? Thats only a rhetorical question at this point as I know the answer. I liked their business model, just wish the execution was better in my case.

I would have given a 5, BUT…read more... Lets start with the positive. Communication was great, and easy to schedule pick up & drop off. They also showed up on time. They are much cheaper than PODS, and have better reviews than PODS. (I recommend negotiating the price if possible) My only bad is when booking we explained how much space we would need to move our 2 bedroom apartment, and the rep encouraged us to get two Relo Cubes stating it would be best. -They offer individual relo cubes, or 7+ feet of space in a shared freight trailer. (Only 1 Upack customer per trailer, and the rest left over is for commercial moving) I chose the relo cube because I was under the impression that the shared trailer was with another household. (They didn't clarify how it was shared) Im most certain the reps have no clue how small the relo cubes are because when we showed up on moving day and saw the relo cubes we were pissed. The rep I got that day kept assuring me everything would fit in the cube and I promise you theres no way in hell all our things would have fit. They switched us to the trailer, and we saved $600 switching to the trailer. We also found out how the shared trailer worked which was reassuring then. If you use them, and have many things move i recommend a trailer over relo cube. Relo Cubes are much smaller than disclosed.

I was quoted a shipping time and my shipment was delayed nearly 2 weeks. The customer service individuals were all very dismissive, unprofessional and unwilling to help. One guy told me "I don't know anything just call back tomorrow and speak to someone else." Not to mention it sounded as if he was half sleep and laying in bed. Do yourself a favor and choose another shipping company. This company is not worth your money.
