I'm a person that likes all the details (not just what's convenient to say), when dealing with an establishment and when an agreement is involved. Other than that, they did great. The instructions to enter the storage were spot on. The lady at the front (who seems to always be working alone) has always been very nice and professional every single time I spoke with her.

I genuinely expected to move in and never see an employee which has been my experience at all other facilities to date. I could not have been more surprised. When I arrived Joe C was waiting in the office with a smile. He welcomed me and helped me get checked into my unit. We walked through my individual needs and he catered my experience accordingly. Working with Joe throughout the process thus far has been an absolute delight. He is professional, kind and treats you like a guest in his home. The facility itself if beyond expectations.
